Nice Ritz. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are nice. However, it doesn’t have the best view in Macao and isn’t the best located compare to the Londoner’s court. It’s at the end of the island hidden after the Venetian. It is a very nice hotel if you want to enjoy a chill and nice time in family but in my opinion, not to best to truly enjoy the dynamism of the city.

Dear readers, please understand that 10 out of 10 for Ritz-Carlton, Macau doesn't even start describing the level of this hotel! Hotel design, cleanliness, staff attitude, food, amenities are out-of-the-chart top notch. I heavy travel (business and personal) for the past 30 years, and this is the first time in my life when I saw how hotel staff provided an absolutely amazing service WITH LOVE ! (not because they had to...) I am totally ruined for my next vacation, as I have no idea which hotel can come even close to this one! MY ADVICE TO YOU - JUST DROP EVERYTHING AND GO THERE! Great deluxe hotel, but the room is too "goldish" to me and old-style (lights, TV, etc). However the room is very big with jacuzzi, 2 showers, mini bar, service is perfect. Location is ideal inside the gallery with shopping mall, food court, restaurants and Casino

Had the luxury of staying at a handful of RC locations and this one is definitely one of the best if not the best in terms of room quality and service. Nitpicking, I would say the view could be improved but the area is still newish I assume and some more hotels being built. Having access to its own kids play area (paid) that was indoors was awesome along with own pool and linked outdoor galaxy waterpark was great for the kids. Didn't wander around too much and just staying within the complex had enough food choices and entertainment. Casino is a few steps away for the parents if needed.

I felt warm welcoming in this trip. I want to thank you Amy, Selena and everyone who helps me with the trip. It was very sweet that the staff would help to take care of our child during the check-in. Everything about the birthday celebration was perfect. Thank you so much to all the Ritz staff. However, we felt a little bit disappointed about the breakfast. And the room of day we stayed was not that much full, but we cannot be upgraded to Carlton suit, though we can understand the policy. Hope next time we can have the lucky day. Overall, it is a memorable trip. Hope we can be back soon.

Amazing hotel. The attention to detail from the ladies and gentlemen is incredible. Truly luxury stay. Phoebe went above and beyond from the first email confirmation booking to leaving. Beautiful and stunning decor throughout the hotel. Fresh flowers everywhere. Breakfast was a very small selection, but great. The rooms and amenities were all perfection. I cannot rate this hotel enough. It is by far the best hotel I've stayed in a long long time, and superior to other marriot hotels I've stayed in.

Room is spacious, smells good, quiet, clean and tidy with a nice design and a great resort view. Staffs are nice and helpful. In room dining is satisfying. Public area is not crowded nor noisy which is comfortable. Great for honeymoon. Everything is perfect except for a few: -the electric kettle is quite small; -water spills out from the corner of the shower glass door that floods the bathroom floor; -not much space in the refrigerator to put our own food and drinks.
