An Unforgettable Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne
We had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne on Saturday night the 6th and Sunday the 7th of December, and we can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the very moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The concierge team was impeccable, greeting us with warmth and professionalism and personally escorting us up to the eighth floor to check in — an experience that set the tone for our entire stay.
Every aspect of our visit was sensational:
🍽 Amazing food and drinks — each meal was beautifully prepared and delicious.
🍳 Breakfast service — consistently excellent with attentive staff and a wonderful selection.
🍫 Turn-down service — a lovely touch with chocolates on the bed that added to the sense of luxury and care.
A massive shout-out to Tim, the Manager — his leadership and genuine hospitality were clear throughout our stay and made a real difference. The Ritz-Carlton team are clearly very well trained, professional, and truly focused on pleasing their guests. We felt welcomed, valued, and looked after from start to finish.
Walking through the front doors, the delicious aroma immediately tells you you’re somewhere special. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was immaculate — from the lobby to our room, and especially the pool and spa areas, which were pristine and relaxing.
There is truly nothing we could fault. Every moment was enjoyable, every team member was friendly and efficient, and every service was delivered with genuine care.
