We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. ||The check-in process done by Amanda was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a room with a fantastic view.||The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for my family of four. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in, just that the pillows could be better.||Breakfast buffet changes on a daily basis which is good as we had ours 3 days in a row. The restaurant staff were friendly and made sure everything was perfect.||The location is ideal, within walking distance of to the city, and great restaurants. ||We really appreciate how the Ritz-Carlton delivers the same top-notch experience every time we stay. It’s clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are top priorities here.||Thank you for a fantastic stay!||Shout out to the Concierge and Valet team, they are always ready to welcome us back and assisting us in every way! My partner and I stayed for two nights here, and every moment was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. A special thank you to Katie from the Front Desk, she went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and our entire stay seamless. Her professionalism and warm approach set the tone for the rest of our visit. At the restaurant, Valerie Tan provided an unforgettable dining experience. Not only was she attentive and kind, but she also made our meals enjoyable with her friendly and engaging personality. She turned dining into one of the highlights of our stay. Lastly, Jesse from the Valet deserves recognition for his outstanding service. He took great care of our car and welcomed us with such a positive attitude every time we arrived or left. His helpfulness and upbeat energy really stood out. Overall, the combination of world-class facilities and exceptional staff made our stay one to remember. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend The Ritz Carlton to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Perth for a night for a work trip and conference. Overall an average experience. Entrance is a little discrete, so took a moment to find. I saw a few people doing laps of the building to find an entrance and it seems like this might be a common experience based on staff comments. Check in process was simple and straight forward, staff were friendly, communicative and helpful. Room was very a great size and layout. View of the Swan River and Bell Tower was exceptional. Room wasn’t perfectly clean, noticing some dirt on the floor. Blinds have seen better days and were a bit banged up. Bathroom was huge with a nice layout. Amenities were a little odd, multiples of the shampoo bottle throughout the room but one conditioner and no hand wash. Iron leaked the moment you put water into it. Check out was a bit on the slow side. There were about three people waiting and only one staff member. Several of their colleagues appeared to check on the front desk, but none helped. Overall, decent stay for work.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. From the moment we arrived after a red-eye flight, the service was thoughtful and warm. A special thank you to the hotel manager for the kind gesture of offering an early check-in—it made a world of difference for us.To our surprise and delight, we were also upgraded to a river view room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was immaculate, and the comfort was second to none.Service throughout our stay was impeccable. Staff were consistently attentive and professional without being overbearing. Breakfast was another highlight. The menu was delicious and changed the next day, which was a nice touch for guests staying more than one night.Couldn’t ask for more—thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton! Our King Bed Ocean View room was beautiful and the view was just stunning. What really made our stay special was the service. Ms. Ha, the Front Office Supervisor, took care of us when we checked in and she was so kind and welcoming. She really made us feel at home right away. We were also surprised with a complimentary sparkling wine in our room such a thoughtful touch that made us feel extra spoiled. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything just felt relaxing and luxurious. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz Carlton. It is in a fabulous position and offers great views over Elizabeth Quay. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your break the best it can be. The rooms are large and spacious. Breakdast offers a large variey of options. The spa facilities are wonderful, and include a large heated outdoor pool. It definitely has got everything you need for a special stay.

We were in Perth as a part of my wife’s birthday celebration and stayed at the Ritz Carlton. Upon check in my Bonvoy ambassador status was recognized. I was told my room was upgraded and ready for check in. ||On entering the room we found they had sent a cake and assorted fruits and a happy birthday card for my wife. ||The location can’t be beat. It across the Barrack st jetty which makes it convenient if you plan on taking the ferry anywhere. ||Our corner suite had a gorgeous view of the city and promenade. ||The room service meals were one of the best meals I’ve ever had at any hotel in the world. You would not believe it’s took service. ||The staff if extremely prompt and friendly. It’s what you expect of the brand and it was not a let down. ||I would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone is planning a luxurious stay in Perth.

Unfortunately the Ritz does not live up to its reputation. The décor is nice, the location great and the amenities are good but service is lacking for it to be anywhere near a 5 star service. Staying there for two night there were some minor headaches with billing as we had purchased a package but had been charged for singular nights resulting in our credit card being nearly charged twice as much as it should have. The disappointing part was when we arrived Saturday night to find our room had no running water. A phone call to the reception and all we got was "we will let the maintenance crew know" then conversation ended. No other communication was given after this and after 3 more attempted phone calls an hour later with not a reply i gave up on the matter. The next morning we had running "brown" water , with still no follow up from room service. We went for breakfast, then checked out. The staff were apologetic but by this time after not being able to shower or not a care from the staff the night before it was time to leave. Until the night staff are better trained and the general service is lifted i would not recommend staying here. A short walk away is the QT or a short taxi ride is the Crown Tower. Cheaper and much better options.

The hotel is artfully decorated, and has a classy, but earthy vibe to it. Our room was the Langley Park Suite and it was well appointed with all the luxuries you'd expect from a 5 Luxury Hotel. The array  of wall mirrors added another dimension to compliment the magnificent view of the City, Langley Park & the Swan River. The Infinity Pool on level 5 was ideally placed to take in City Views, while enjoying the perfectly temperature controlled water that was crystal clear, or relaxing on the very comfortable chaise lounges provided.  When we checked in to our Suite there was a complimentary bottle of bubbly on ice along with some hand-crafted chocolates (compliments of the GM). The staff were well trained, and greeted each guest with a warm and genuine smile, eager to serve, jovial and very attentive. Special mention goes to the beautiful Reservations Manageress Alienor, who made our stay that much more special, and to the Concierge Milton, who was most efficient in having my car ready when needed, and to ensure our luggage was taken to and from our suite in a timely manner.
