The Ritz-Carlton, Perth

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. ||The check-in process done by Amanda was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a room with a fantastic view.||The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for my family of four. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in, just that the pillows could be better.||Breakfast buffet changes on a daily basis which is good as we had ours 3 days in a row. The restaurant staff were friendly and made sure everything was perfect.||The location is ideal, within walking distance of to the city, and great restaurants. ||We really appreciate how the Ritz-Carlton delivers the same top-notch experience every time we stay. It’s clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are top priorities here.||Thank you for a fantastic stay!||Shout out to the Concierge and Valet team, they are always ready to welcome us back and assisting us in every way! My kids enjoyed their conversation with George too!

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz Carlton. It is in a fabulous position and offers great views over Elizabeth Quay. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your break the best it can be. The rooms are large and spacious. Breakdast offers a large variey of options. The spa facilities are wonderful, and include a large heated outdoor pool. It definitely has got everything you need for a special stay.

Outstanding Accommodation, we recently stayed for three nights and couldn’t fault a single thing. All staff members (housekeeping, valet, reception, lounge, cafe staff - literally everyone) were SO friendly, and all went out of their way to create a memorable experience for us. Rooms were clean and well appointed, and serviced each day with the addition of a turn down each evening, so we always had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Spa and pool facilities also lovely, with great views from the sauna. The Club Lounge was also an added bonus! Extended thanks to Farah for seamless communications leading up to our stay, and also to Amanda who checked us both in and out. Definitely the best accommodation in Perth to celebrate any special occasions. We will be staying again for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay here, I was celebrating my special birthday. Upon arrival I had a beautiful surprise waiting for me from the hotel staff - a beautiful card, cake and a beautiful bottle of champagne. So thoughtful and kind. The view was fabulous overlooking the sawn and onto South Perth. So clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back here for a break again and would highly recommend others to stay, great value for money as well. I would choose the Ritz over other places in Perth

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. From the moment we arrived after a red-eye flight, the service was thoughtful and warm. A special thank you to the hotel manager for the kind gesture of offering an early check-in—it made a world of difference for us.To our surprise and delight, we were also upgraded to a river view room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was immaculate, and the comfort was second to none.Service throughout our stay was impeccable. Staff were consistently attentive and professional without being overbearing. Breakfast was another highlight. The menu was delicious and changed the next day, which was a nice touch for guests staying more than one night.Couldn’t ask for more—thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

A Truly Memorable 20th Anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton We recently celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the level of service and attention to detail was truly world-class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, treating us with warmth and professionalism throughout. Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which offered a delightful variety of high-quality options and added the perfect finishing touch to our mornings. Every aspect of our visit reflected The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to excellence. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service we received and will cherish the memories of this special occasion for years to come.

We stayed 8 nights in a beautifully spacious Elizabeth Quay Suite on the 10th floor.|The Ritz-Carlton Perth is one of the finest Hotels we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. That’s not just in Australia but the likes of Paris, London, Vancouver, Dublin & New York. It is well and truly tops the list.||We were spoilt and pampered from arrival to departure.|And special shout-outs to Charlie, Catarina, Courtney and Yonna in the Club Lounge. They were so lovely at breakfast every morning and to come ‘home’ to every evening. The Club provides a good selection of fine wines, spirits and port (including Moet Champagne).||The friendly and ever-smiling Doorman, George, cheerily wished us a good day each morning as we set off on our adventures and such a warm and friendly welcome home when we returned.

Had a wonderful two night stay - couldn’t fault, not even one aspect and I’m very particular (worked many years for the Four Seasons Hotel). The room was lovely, every staff encounter was on point, food was yummy and spa/fitness facilities were well received. Would highly recommend

Unfortunately the Ritz does not live up to its reputation. The décor is nice, the location great and the amenities are good but service is lacking for it to be anywhere near a 5 star service. Staying there for two night there were some minor headaches with billing as we had purchased a package but had been charged for singular nights resulting in our credit card being nearly charged twice as much as it should have. The disappointing part was when we arrived Saturday night to find our room had no running water. A phone call to the reception and all we got was "we will let the maintenance crew know" then conversation ended. No other communication was given after this and after 3 more attempted phone calls an hour later with not a reply i gave up on the matter. The next morning we had running "brown" water , with still no follow up from room service. We went for breakfast, then checked out. The staff were apologetic but by this time after not being able to shower or not a care from the staff the night before it was time to leave. Until the night staff are better trained and the general service is lifted i would not recommend staying here. A short walk away is the QT or a short taxi ride is the Crown Tower. Cheaper and much better options.

The hotel is artfully decorated, and has a classy, but earthy vibe to it. Our room was the Langley Park Suite and it was well appointed with all the luxuries you'd expect from a 5 Luxury Hotel. The array  of wall mirrors added another dimension to compliment the magnificent view of the City, Langley Park & the Swan River. The Infinity Pool on level 5 was ideally placed to take in City Views, while enjoying the perfectly temperature controlled water that was crystal clear, or relaxing on the very comfortable chaise lounges provided.  When we checked in to our Suite there was a complimentary bottle of bubbly on ice along with some hand-crafted chocolates (compliments of the GM). The staff were well trained, and greeted each guest with a warm and genuine smile, eager to serve, jovial and very attentive. Special mention goes to the beautiful Reservations Manageress Alienor, who made our stay that much more special, and to the Concierge Milton, who was most efficient in having my car ready when needed, and to ensure our luggage was taken to and from our suite in a timely manner.
