The Ritz-Carlton, Pune

We recently stayed at the RC in Pune and had an excellent experience. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and attentive. A special mention to our waiter Sahil who arranged a bunch of roses and an amazing chocolate mousse on our first evening and looked after us throughout our stay. The bar on the top floor as well as the pool bar had a great atmosphere in the evenings and the food was amazing. The Executive lounge was a great place to relax and have afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks and snacks. Again the staff was very attentive. Not to forget the extensive breakfast options. Try the best french toast with apple and cinnamon here.

This is not a cheap hotel and therefore not particularly great value for money, the location is not particularly special either. So what makes this such a special place? step inside and I challenge you to not say 'wow' to yourself. ||You start with the approach to the hotel, which has the ritual car checks away from the entrance and then a short drive to an eye catching entrance. Stepping inside there is a triple height entrance lobby with enormous chandeliers and an more traditional decoration style. The staff are quick and courteous and direct you to your room which is certainly better than most, more space, more everything, the room is lovely and a great place to be. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a fabulous large shower. The only note in the room is that the bed is quite high up and shorter people might even need a step! The bed is also a bit on the short side, if you are over 6ft your feet might hang out the end!||Breakfast looks amazing but is a bit disappointing, there are different areas for different cuisines, which makes it feel huge, but in truth the choice is only 'good' not 'great'. The coffee is fantastic, a very good espresso.||Overall - worth a visit, but given the rooms are 30-50% more than the other good hotels, it is not great value for money

recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality here truly sets a new standard every staff member I interacted with made me feel genuinely cared for. A special mention to the front desk team Nistha and Shivani were exceptionally warm and made check-in a breeze. The housekeeping team, especially Soham and Nikhil, ensured my room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged every day. The Bell team, including Shriraj, were always so courteous and quick to assist with anything I needed. The Executive Lounge was another highlight Chetan and Arti went above and beyond to make the evenings there memorable with their attentive service and friendly conversations. Overall, everything from the food to the attention to detail reflected true Ritz-Carlton excellence. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special can’t wait to return!

Hotel is really awesome and their housekeeping team and event management team is amazing. These guys go extra mile to make sure your stay remains comfortable and they are consistent about their work. ||I would like to mention some of the names those who really love what they do- Ms. Gayatri (Housekeeper) Suraj & Ranjit (Housekeeper). Mr. Manish and Mr. Akhand ( Events) they are fabulous people. ||What to work on- Sales and Front Office. Even they are very nice people only thing is as these guys are frontiers their way of dealing leave first n last impression.

Getting transferred for work to India can be scary! Staying at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Pune was just the right welcome to our new adventure. The staff is amazingly attentive to your every need. The restaurants cater to all the flavors of the world. And the amenities are spick and span! After three weeks of "living" at the hotel, finding a home was difficult. Special thanks to Sankeet (goes above and beyond), Chefs Anand & Rajish, Jennifer, Opi, Divya (best bartender mixologist), Arti, Kiran (The Savior), and Arun. We also wish to highlight all the great people working incredibly hard in the background to deliver such impeccable experiences. Thank you!

Best experience. The food is amazing, kind & helpful staff, very kind and helpful Manager(Chetan). It was our wedding anniversary and we were gifted with a cake and Frame. Location, atmosphere and value for money.
