The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

We stayed in two villas over a couple of nights for my mother's birthday. The staff were incredible - very helpful in arranging special occassions and surprises. And such an eye for detail in making our whole stay amazing! In addition, the two restaurants served delicious fresh food. I'm so grateful and impressed by the personalized customer service - many thanks to each and everyone. And a special shoutout to Sandeep for his very kind and enthusiastic manners!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing, I wanted a quiet getaway and I got exactly that. Firstly, whoever designed the garden did an excellent job, I’d never leave my house if my garden looked like that whilst having also having an outdoor bathtub/jacuzzi. Then the cherry on the cake is having your own swimming pool. You can access the beach straight from your garden. The beach is HUGE and for the hotel’s guests only. This was another reason I chose the hotel, to have a quiet beach time. The beach beds/ cabanas are a bit of a walk from the villas, but knowing that the whole beach is for you and 31 other villas compensates for that. You can also request for your own bike to get around the premises which is another nice touch. The service from the staff was extremely of the highest quality. Upon arrival, the energy from the staff instantly made me know this wouldn’t be a disappointment. Unfortunately I’ve forgotten names but every single staff who I came in contact with were full of positivity, especially the gentleman who brought my dinner and assisted me at breakfast. Although I would return back, the food was the biggest letdown in any 5* hotel I’ve ever been to. I ordered a pizza to my villa for dinner and it honestly didn’t taste fresh, it was almost as if it was bought from a frozen foods section in lulu or Carrefour and was just heated up, and it was sold for around 70AED. Then, the Shisha was another letdown. To clarify, this was the electric Shisha I ordered to my villa as I understand having normal Shisha with coal would be tricky. I might aswell have gone to ShoreHouse and smoked there for about half the price. The electric shisha lacked taste, I’m not sure if this was down to the flavour I picked but the hotel needs to sort this out. The gentleman did offer the option to choose something else free or charge which I commend, but I’d have rather spoken to a manager and got a refund or some sort of compensation. Breakfast didn’t make my culinary experience at the hotel any better. Some of the pastries were nice but again, it felt like some of the items weren’t freshly made. Part of the pancake I had was hard, which made me wonder again, is the food freshly made. Despite the food and Shisha not being up to par for their competitors, I look forward to returning again, if there was an option without breakfast, I’d even happily book that.

My family and I had a lovely stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there. A special mention goes to the staff driving the buggies — they were exceptionally kind, friendly, and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We recently spent several nights at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach and found it calm, private, and easy to relax into from the very start.||The villa had a comfortable, inviting feel and gave us a strong sense of privacy. The combination of indoor comfort and generous outdoor space made it easy to settle in, and the pool quickly became the focus of our time there. Cooling off during the day or sitting out in the evenings felt effortless, and the surrounding grounds added to the feeling of seclusion. It was exactly the kind of retreat we had hoped for.||Dining worked very well. The resort has one restaurant, and our half board package included a dine-around option at other hotels, which gave us variety and flexibility. One evening we ate at the Waldorf Astoria’s Lexington Grill, which was excellent and made the package feel great value. Breakfasts back at Al Hamra Beach were relaxed and unhurried, with friendly service that always started the day on the right note.||The service throughout our stay was a real highlight. Every member of staff we met was friendly, warm, and genuinely keen to make us feel comfortable. Nothing ever felt scripted or forced, just a natural, welcoming approach that made us feel at ease from start to finish.||The atmosphere of the resort matched this perfectly. With only a small number of villas, it never felt crowded, and the overall pace was calm and restorative. The mix of privacy, a comfortable villa setting, and consistently friendly service made the stay highly memorable.||We left feeling refreshed and pleased with our choice. For anyone looking for a boutique property where peace, privacy, and warm service come together, this is an excellent option.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton. I celebrated my husband’s birthday there, and they surprised and delighted us even more by bringing a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which happened to be on the same day. Their service was excellent, very fast, and the place offered great privacy. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was also very nice. The pool was very clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent as well. We had our baby with us, and everything was made so easy and comfortable—we didn’t face any difficulties at all. I would especially like to thank Sufian and Sandeep for his outstanding service.

I had my Emirati treatment at The Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and it was truly wonderful. I was warmly greeted by Ratheesh who kindly briefed me about the treatment. Shinta offered a refreshing welcome drink to start my experience and then accompanied me to the treatment area, which feltlike heaven. The view was heartbreaking, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. Shinta was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the Emirati treatment itself was amazing. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend The Ritz Carlton Al Hamra Beach – Spa to anyone looking for truly relaxing and unforgettable experience.

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah in the Baha villa, and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The villa felt like a mix between luxury and a traditional Arabian tent — super spacious, beautifully designed, and completely private.|The private pool was amazing, especially at night when it was all lit up. There was also an outdoor tub and shower which made it feel extra special. I loved having the outdoor dining area where you could just sit back, eat, and enjoy the views without any disturbance.|One of the biggest highlights was having direct access to the beach from the villa. Being able to step straight from the pool area onto the sand felt unreal. Sunsets there were something else.|Service was great too — staff were friendly, helpful and always available, but they also gave you your space which I appreciated. Everything was kept spotless and well-prepared.|If you’re looking for a private, relaxing, and unique stay, this villa is worth it. For me, it was a solid 5-star experience all the way.
