The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

We had a bad start with the hotel, but they truly did their best to make it up to us, and we appreciate that effort. We booked the Al Rimal Pool Villa, and the view was beautiful, watching the deers walk and eat around. The pool was spacious and larger than what you typically find in other resorts with pool villas, which I really loved. However, if you’re looking for complete privacy, I’d recommend going for the enclosed pool villa, as we could see people swimming in the villas across from us. Breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of food options to suit different tastes. Overall, for the price you pay, this resort offers great value especially since pool villas at this price range are hard to find.

The customer service is consistently exceptional the staff are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety and high quality in every meal. What truly impresses me is how the standards never change every year I come back, and it’s just as perfect as the first time. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience are always top-notch. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such consistency year after year. This hotel has become my go-to getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable stay. Our second time visiting Al Wadi. The villa was perfect, luxurious, comfy as always. But the trip was made by all the staff who put their all in looking after you. From before you arrive, Lovepreet handles all your booking needs and enquiries. Amr was the best showing us around on the golf|Buggy and picking us up from our villa and making sure we departed with care and attention. The rainforest spa is a must. Medhat serving your perfect drink and always knows what you need. Hoping to visit again very soon!

From a personalized welcome card to freshly baked lactose-free bread, every detail was perfect. My wife and I stayed at this resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism—starting with the security guard at the gate and continuing with the wonderful reception and concierge staff. We genuinely felt like royalty throughout our entire stay. Our villa was luxurious, spotless, and fully equipped with every amenity you'd expect from a 5-star resort. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team who went above and beyond by leaving a beautiful, handmade "Happy Anniversary" message on our bed—what a thoughtful touch that really made our day. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, from our delicious dinner at the Farmhouse restaurant to the exceptional breakfast in the morning. The service was consistently top-notch, and every staff member we encountered made us feel valued and cared for. Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary so memorable. This hotel is a true gem in the UAE. It’s one of those rare places where you can completely disconnect from the world and that alone makes it a winner. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely welcoming. The villa, the surroundings, the animals, the peaceful atmosphere and the food were all just perfect. We honestly can’t fault a single thing. We can’t wait to return, I think we’ve just found our little hidden gem to escape to whenever we need to recharge.

Firstly, to be transparent, we are lovers of Zuma the brand having eaten at several of their restaurants around the world. When we booked this hotel, we are excited to see that they had Zuma as part of their offerings. We absolutely found out that it was just a pop-up, but the plan is now for it to be open full-time in the next few months.||As always, the food was superbly presented and had magnificent flavours. The freshness of the dishes was amazing and we enjoyed it so much that in a four night day we went twice. The setting is beautiful, even on hot UAE nights you can sit out on the deck of the restaurant and enjoy the breeze and the beautiful setting.||Added to this the service is exquisite. For those that are visited the Dubai based restaurant this is very different in terms of ambience. As much as I love the Dubai version and the show that it puts on this was perfect for the setting and once it reopened in a few months, I would recommend it to everybody

We spent our honeymoon here and had a very nice experience as always at Ritz, this is definitely our favorite hotel. Beautiful facilities and villas. Food and beverage manager Amr made sure our stay was well taken care of, a big thanks to him. And we also had a wonderful chauffeur named Amr aswell, he helped us with everything we needed, he even took time to show us around etc, we felt very welcomed by him and he made our stay very comfortable.
