The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh

I have been staying here for the last week and the entire team has been amazing! Great customer service, lots of smiles and authentic, sincere service. This includes everyone from the reception and lobby team, to the concierge, room service, laundry, breakfast and dinner team. Sitting in the lobby area waiting for a ride, Mohamed Ali was kind enough to offer me a refreshing drink - this genuine gesture really lifted up my day! I also had a brilliant massage at the spa with an amazing therapist! Room service food is also delicious with a wide variety of healthy options. The room is also impeccably clean with such a comfortable bed, all thanks to the house keeping team working their magic in the background. Oh, and I love the vast view from my room!

I went to Ritz Carlton for breakfast. It’s available for non-residents as well. Enjoyed it a lot. Amazing selection of food and drinks. Was impressed to see infused water. The staff is very friendly. Would like to thank Meerim and Elmar for their excellent customer care. Great experience. Would love to come back.

I am Rose. |I worked as a Hostess at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Riyadh, in the Al Orjouan restaurant. Due to my pregnancy, I went on maternity leave. As an employee here, I can say that the dignity of a person and the value of their work are truly honored. Every employee is given special attention—not only on their birthdays but also on their country’s National Days. Today, Uzbekistan is celebrating Independence Day, and at the Ritz-Carlton this occasion was also recognized. Together with my fellow countrymen, I felt proud to see Uzbekistan’s Independence Day acknowledged among the employees.||Here, I experienced love, care, respect, and friendship as if I were among my own family.||As a Hostess, I welcomed many guests. Great attention is given to every guest here, with individual care and hospitality. We warmly greet new visitors and treat our regular guests like family members, always striving to fulfill their every need. We are also regularly trained to improve our skills and expand our knowledge in the hospitality field.||For our guests, we constantly work on bringing innovations, comfort, and better service. During my time here, I witnessed many summits. I had the chance to see Presidents, Ministers, Delegates, World Stars, Celebrities, Businessmen, Movie Stars, and many other famous figures. All of them left with great satisfaction, praising the comfort, the delicious food, and the team spirit of the staff at the Ritz, taking with them bright memories.||If there were a 7-star rating, I would give the Ritz-Carlton 7 stars. Both employees who come to work here and guests who come to relax feel the warm family atmosphere, the highest level of care, and the joy of being part of such a wonderful team.

The 5-star hotel exceeded expectations! The staff were attentive and friendly, providing exceptional service. The rooms were luxurious and clean, with stunning views. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and fine dining options, were top-notch. The location was prime, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic stay with unforgettable experiences.

I had an excellent stay. Everyone took great care of me. The professional staff at the Italian restaurant were wonderful, and the receptionist who checked me in was very professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Zyad at breakfast he was highly professional, always smiling, served with a big heart, and paid attention to the smallest details while applying the highest standards. Thank you all!

What an amazing property one of the best I have stayed in . Amazing hospitality from reception to the staff in breakfast ( every single one of them were amazing). Special thanks goes to Denis our butler who made our day a special one. Definitely will be coming back with family soon .

This hotel is about service. Amazing service, the attention to detail, always willing to help, etc. in a nutshell, they agave a solver attitude, nothing is a problem. Which is rare and amazing. Extremely streamlined operation. Room service food and breakfast are good, lots of options, quick, on the pricey side as expected. The rooms are clean, no noise, full of amenities. However they are quite ugly 😂 I guess in line with many Rita Carlton but it is getting seriously outdated. Also all rooms are copy paste of the others so can get quite monotonous if you are coming every week. Location is what it is, but can walk in 5min to Via Riyadh which is great All & all: great hotel all about service, outdated decor

This Eid I decided to spend it by staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. 🏨🌟 I am pleased to have done so; they’ve offered a great experience in terms of space, well-maintained rooms, great service, excellent hotel staff, exquisite restaurants with delectable food, and much more. On our first day we stayed, it was quite empty due to all the celebrations, so our room had been upgraded to a Club Executive One-Bedroom Suite, which was very spacious. Soon after being in our room, we were greeted with a honey cake with fruit slices on the side, along with complimentary sweets, which were beautifully assorted inside a small golden box. To mention, we were considerately offered more throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and patient, offering us anything we needed and doing so generously, especially one housekeeper that went by the name (( Mohammed Alauddin )). He was very kind and wished us a happy Eid with a big welcoming smile. When coming, definitely check out the pool, as the view is absolutely stunning from the poolside. Beside it, you’ll find an Italian restaurant by the name Azzuro, and on the level above, a Chinese restaurant called Hong. The restaurant located inside of the Ritz Carlton specifically (🇮🇹) Azzuro, had absolutely delicious food, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to have a stay here. ⚠️ On the downside, I’d like to mention that the all-day menu was quite underwhelming, at least in terms of what we had ordered. We got the Ritz Carlton Cake, which was very dry and lacked in flavor. In addition, we had the assorted cold mezze; however, we did request to switch the Fattoush with Batata Harra, which had an excessive amount of sauce, and most of the dishes looked and tasted like canned food. Besides that, my overall experience staying here was very positive and I would definitely choose to come again. ✅
