The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Aruba

Had the best time at the Ritz spa. The staff were so lovely (especially Rose). They helped our party pick out our treatments and explain the different options as well as touring the facilities. The cost of the treatments is definitely hefty but we thought we might as well try it while on vacation! Unfortunately the women’s jacuzzi was out of operation during our stay but the steam room and sauna were great and not busy at all. I had a body treatment and my friends had massages and facials. The treatments themselves were pretty standard compared to other spas but the service and consideration definitely shone through. Waiting area had some tea and snacks and they provided a sweet dessert after the spa treatment. I ended up losing my jewelry after my treatment but the staff were able to find it and return to me the day after ! Overall an amazing experience here.

Had a men's facial today and Miss Wendy was great - she was kind, gentle, and friendly. Also Mr Richard in the Men's locker room was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Booked the stress relief massage and collagen mask for my mom and I. The staff was incredibly nice, especially Maxine! The service was great and very relaxing. This was my first experience with a Ritz Carlton spa and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend!

Aruba is absolutely beautiful, but when you add in the firdt class customer service, beautiful property on the ocean and the attention to detail offered by Ritz Carlton it makes an already great experience simply unbeatable.

Aruba Vacation By Darren Chaker - For those of you who needed to detox from the last couple of years from the stress of COVID, masks, vaccinations, and just when you thought life would move on - now a potential WW III, I found it to be perfect timing to take another vacation. The staff at the Ritz Carlton is the same as I have experienced in Dubai, Cairo, and Rio - all absolutely phenomenal people who have made customer care a career. The beaches are gorgeous and am proud to say the locals take pride in keeping trash off the beach and out of the ocean. The water is clear, warm and time here was well spent.

High quality experience! I have been to a number of the spas across Ritz, Four Seasons, St Regis, etc. What stood out most in this experience is Richard was the most attentive spa attendant I have experienced. This significantly elevated the experience! Doret gave a great massage and was a perfect balance of pleasant but allowed it to be a relaxing experience.

They told my wife they were adding an additional "experience" free of charge because we are gold Marriott members then proceeded to add an additional charge to the bill. We brought this to their attention. They acknowledged the mistake and confirmed by email they were refunding us. But they never did. I reached out twice to try to correct the issue but hard to do from the USA. Very annoying to waste time on this. Double check the spa bill if you go.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. The team here went above and beyond to make my spa experience extraordinary. Robyn, my therapist, deserves a special mention. She was exceptional. And super accommodating when I asked to change treatments. What a perfect way to end off my vacation in Aruba.
