I enjoy using this spa and most especially seeing Darrell for my deep tissue massages. I get weekly massages elsewhere, but when I get the chance, I book with him to help work out the extra kinks of WFH (tech neck and tight hips). His extensive knowledge and advance techniques help with circulation issues and help drain the lymph system. His massages really set in and I experience continued relief into the following days. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ritz Spa in Dallas, and it was nothing short of an extraordinary experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Michael Jimenez at the front desk, who set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable day. His friendly demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. On the men's side of the spa, Danny Cardenas ensured that every detail was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure there were plenty of towels, robes, and sandals available, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The facility itself is impeccably clean and spotless, making for a serene environment to unwind. The whirlpool was inviting and worked perfectly, providing a soothing escape. The steam room was incredibly refreshing, filled with just the right amount of steam to melt away any tension. And let’s not forget the sauna—the heat was perfectly intense, allowing for a deeply relaxing experience. Overall, my visit to the Ritz Spa was truly unforgettable. You simply can't get better than this! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to indulge in a little self-care and rejuvenation. I can’t wait to return!

I recently visited the Ritz-Carlton Spa for the first time and came in with very high expectations, given the brand’s reputation for luxury and the glowing experiences shared by others. My massage therapist was truly wonderful—so kind, attentive, and I especially appreciated the accommodations for women with a larger bust. That thoughtful touch was a first for me, and it did not go unnoticed. That said, there were a few details that didn’t quite meet the luxury standard I anticipated. The spa robes felt quite worn and were not as soft as expected. Interestingly, I noticed beautiful robes for sale and thought those would make for a perfect in-spa marketing feature—something guests could enjoy and then want to purchase. After my service, I was offered champagne in the relaxation lounge, which was a nice gesture, but it was served in a plastic flute. Small touches like this can make a big difference in the overall feeling of luxury. I had also heard from friends that the spa sometimes offers samples of mud masks before the steam room, but that wasn’t part of my experience. I’m not sure if that’s something that’s changed or if it was tied to the promotional package I booked. I truly wanted to fall in love with the Ritz-Carlton spa experience, but I’ve honestly had more elevated experiences at places like Woodhouse Spa—which I never expected to compare to Ritz.

I was super excited to come to this exclusive spa in Dallas, TX while traveling visiting family. As you will see from my profile I travel a lot doing reviews all over the U.S. This one was different. Why? This was my first Ritz-Carlton experience. As you will see from the photos no expense was taken in this elegant so real experience. As I drove into the front of the hotel lobby I was greeted by valet ready to take my car. I quickly told them I was here for the spa this trip and no room for the night. They gave me the ticket and I was off to the floor the spa was located. As I walk out of the gold plated elevator my eyes immediately noticed the white marble floors that brings back fond memories in Jordan at a palace. The air, atmosphere, colors, and decor was screaming luxury but in a calming way. As i pulled on the glass doors I was greeted by the spa front desk staff. I was told to bring a bathing suit but left it in my car and remembered just then. I told the young lady at check-in to have her immediately radio valet to go get my suitcase from my car and brought it up to me. I was very impressed already. As I waited for my suitcase I looked around at the items for sale nothing but the best from face mask, selection of lady dresses/shirts, to lotions and perfume. Everything was bright, spotless and perfectly placed to gaze over. This is when I met my own personal male lockerroom attendant/ conceiur Jay. Jay was absolutely amazing. Why? The spa is a maze and he made sure I never got lost. He was always one step ahead of me in my needs or request. Jay made the experience for me here. He took the time to show me the male waiting area where I had lunch after my massage to the large locker rooms to the spa/steam room, and sauna area. He even put more eucalyptus in the steam room for me just before I went in. This helped open my lung for optimal condition. I loved the way the male area was setup you could tell there was a lot of thought taken in for maximum luxury for men. I have no idea what the ladies side looked like but I loved our side. Their was a common room where we could get together with the ladies for a meal while there too. Now, to the heart of this review and why I gave only 4 stars. I take pride in my experiences and rarely give negative feedback unless warranted. I will happily pay for higher quality things in life like the Ritz-Carlton spa but to be cheated out of 20 minutes of a 80 minute massage I paid for is unexceptable. I don't mind paying 235 dollars for a 80 minute massage but it was only 60 minutes. Then my massage therapist asked about addition services like oils etc. I was never fully clear on what they were or the fees for this services. The massage therapist just told me to sign my name to the document and don't worry about what it says. I was alittle puzzle by this statement but went ahead. I was charged about a 100 dollars for the these oils that was used on my neck and head. I need to also add the massage was mediocre at best and my personal massage therapist in Chattanooga hands down better plus way cheaper. Again this is not about price but quality given in services. Other than the massage I had a blast with Jay pampering me with food and using all the menities in the men's locker area. Would I personally recommend this spa ? Absolutely. But I will not go back to that massage therapist again. Will I return again when I town? Absolutely. Don't take my word for it, go try it out for yourself. Tell them I sent you.

Google
Spa experience was awesome. Place was clean and Staffs were really sweet and professional. But on my way out after my shower in changing room some drunk person was vomiting in the bathroom right next to the changing room. Hope you guys make sure no one who’s drunk or is drinking is in the sauna or hot tub area. That wasn’t a pleasant end.

Google
Great massage the facility itself is clean but dated need some upgrades. The steam room was also under renovations when I went so there wasn’t much amenities to enjoy put the massage Therapist was great.

Google
The spa itself was nice—I enjoyed the sauna, mimosas, and snacks. However, a staff member restocking was loudly slamming lockers and humming, which ruined the quiet lounge vibe. It was my birthday as well, everyone was super nice but nothing special for birthdays. Massage: 7/10 Good pressure, but felt rushed toward the end. I’d book a longer session next time. Facial: 4/10 Felt like cheap scrubs were used with no real hydration or glow. Minimal extractions, and no personalized skincare advice. Overall the facial lacked value.

Google
Beautiful spa! I received the best massage from Sara ! I can not remember the last time I felt so relaxed. The amenities are stunning as well and every staff member was so kind and helpful. They even provide mimosas!

Yelp
I can not say enough about the pure bliss I experienced here. Service 10/10. Amenities 9/10. Massage 11/10. They literally have everything you need to enjoy your time here. Just and incredible experience all around. I love the ambient soft luxury that permeates in the lounge areas. I can't wait to come back. It was exactly what I needed.

Yelp
This wasn't the experience I was expecting. I was in town celebrating my mothers birthday and we wanted a spa day. We opted for the spa at the Ritz because it is synonymous with elegance. I frequent spas regularly and this wasn't that. Everyone was extremely kind. They handed us a robe to change and it was not a great quality "spa robe." Kind of rough and not comfortable. We were offered drinks as well. I ordered a mimosa. The glasses they came in were plastic and falling apart. Think Party City. There were plenty of snacks in the waiting room and the my massage was amazingggg. Would I return? Probably not only because I'd expect higher quality with the price I paid. This is not on the staff who were wonderful.

Terry S.

Yelp
All amenities are superb. The only issue was the young man at the front desk was rude. His name may have been Brian. Evening around 5pm. That won't stop me from coming back as it was a first and typically this wasn't the case.

Yelp
Rest and relaxation personified! My sister and I visited for a girls' spa day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was unable to book online (possibly due to the type of service), but the associate was kind, responsive, and helpful. We booked the Calm, Balance, and Delight package. Duane, my masseuse, was amazing. He was tender, firm when needed, and calming. He talked me through my tough/tight areas and left me wanting another 120 minutes. LOL. Heated tables, floors, and slippers. Aromatherapy scents that played well together. Tasty comp snacks and the CBD infused bites delighted all of my senses. I didn't indulge in the whirlpool, but I enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Typical for most elevated spa experiences. A small flag is the changing room/locker area. They are too close together, and we had to wait for our neighbors to finish due to not being able to open our lockers without getting in their way. The space was a bit cramped with more than 3 or 4 people. I've visited 3 different ritz, and the standard is consistent. I'll book again.

Yelp
The staff were wonderful and helpful! I was able to really truly relax! After a two hour massage and face mask treatment, coupled with an hour in the relaxing sauna and hot tub, I felt like a whole new person. I thought maybe 2 hours was overkill for a booking, but it was exactly what I needed. For anyone needing a break or just a treat, I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Spa!

Yelp
My annual birthday massage with Vivian never disappoints! She's so talented at her craft and always leaves me wanting more. Vivian has an unmatched ability to use acupressure and stretching to release tension without leaving you feeling sore and bruised. Can't wait until December 2025 for my next visit! If you are planning a massage at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas, ask for Vivian and you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
update: The extra charges have fallen off and I have been charged appropriately. therefore I am adding a star. Decided to treat my two adult children and myself to a message at the Ritz Carlton Spa while on a mini vacation in Dallas. While I could say the messages were good, (agreed upon all three of us) I did not like the fact that my credit card was charged 3 times for the full amount instead of the $180 per person x 3 . I feel like this high end place ( or any place for that matter ) should not be making this kind of error. Now, I feel like I have to " monitor " this situation. Geez, just what I wanted ... ughhh...

Yelp
I think there are better places to go in Dallas. The facilities are nice but for a high end hotel and spa there are definitely some issues. The therapist asked my husband if he would like oil or lotion and he chose oil, upon checkout the oil was actually CBD oil and they added $62 for it. They tried to add it to my service as well but I told them I never requested it and they removed the charge. I asked for a deep tissue massage and even though I liked the masseuse, I was given a light massage. The complementary champagne was cheap and sweet in a flimsy plastic flute. The valet is $15 plus tip and they don't validate. I did not see any self parking option. I enjoyed the Crescent and the Spa at the Thompson Hotel more.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my mens Spa Day. It was gifted to me for my birthday. I was very impressed and will be coming back most definitely for another facial for the Opening Opera Weekend.

Yelp
I been more obsessed with the Ritz spa than I should be lately. My fave used to be 4 seasons spa. But lately they really neglected their facilities. Anyway- Sheri work magic with her hands when it comes to her massages. Best I ever had!!!! And I have been to a lot of luxury spas. Their amenities are dry sauna, steam room and whirlpool. All kept up nicely and clean. The relax lounge is sooooo comfortable. Sometimes I fall asleep there. I'm Already trying to plan my next visit :)

Yelp
I really enjoyed my time here. I had a two o'clock facial appointment so I got there early to hang out. There are a few things that I dig in a spa. I like having lockers that have a code and not a key. This place had the code lockers, so you don't carry around an annoying key. Their robes are large, fluffy and have pockets. Score. Their staff was very nice and non-intrusive. They are there keeping things stocked and are available if you'd like some hot tea. My facial was fantastic. It was one of the best I've had. And after, they give you some grapefruit sorbet. There are several areas to hang out. There is the relaxation room, the waiting area, the jacuzzi spa, the steam room or the sauna. I love options. It was quiet. Hallelujah. I hope spas can figure out that if they book a party, they should ask other people if the noise may be an issue. Nothing ruins a spa day more than a gaggle of chicks yacking it up. So I was lucky and will go midweek again. They have plenty of showers and everything you need to get ready. They had fresh coconut water, cucumber water and water bottles everywhere. The only reason I don't give it a five is the lack of healthy food. I didn't see a menu that you could order some light fare. They did have apples, candy and granola bars. But I was starving and would have loved some real food. This place is a keeper.

Yelp
My massage was lovely but the overall experience not so much. No one provided a tour or offered a beverage upon arrival. Which I guess wouldn't matter but they offered champagne to all the other guests. Also they have showers which I used but they have no brushes. At checkout no one asked me about my service or experience. When I told the receptionist she just said "sorry". With a $250 massage you really do expect a top notch experience. Save your dollars friends.

J A.

Yelp
Very average considering the prices: ~$600 after the "suggested" and automatically imposed 23% gratuity for two 80 minute massages. The facilities are nice but not amazing. A lounge which consists of 4 chairs, a tv and snacks. Should be much more comfortable considering it's the Ritz. The lights throughout should be dimmed and light music should be playing. It was way too bright. The locker room / bathroom are nice but feels slightly dated with the brown granite and cream colored walls and floors. The spa: hot tub, steam room, sauna and shower. The hot tub is suitable but the massive handicap seat crane thing is just sort of ridiculously big and kind of takes up half the space. This should be removed ASAP. The steam room gets nice and hot but there are stains all over the floor inside which made it feel dirty. The sauna was the nicest amenity as it was large, clean and hot. The feature shower with 4 body sprays and one rain shower was a sad attempt at an elevated shower experience. The valves are on the opposite wall so you have to turn those on, and get sprayed, while you find the correct temperature. The massage itself was not bad but considering the cost it was a big disappointment. Almost no technique was used and she just sort of rubbed my back, legs, etc. Whenever she transitioned to the next area to massage, she just whipped the sheet over very abruptly. Seems silly but it's almost like she didn't care. Aromatherapy would've been nice, dimmed to dark lighting, more technique and more of a zen-like experience. This was more of you asked for a service and they fulfilled it without much attention to detail. You could also hear people out in the hallway throughout. On a positive note, the staff members were nice and helpful. Nothing against them, but the Ritz should promote the ability to order drinks or have some light bites before / after your massage. Guests want the ability to have a massage, get some drinks, a bite to eat and relax. Hard to do this here. For example, there's no sort of tables to eat food and in general very limited seating: 4 chairs in lounge and 2 by hot tub. That's it. Again, bright lights and no background music. Last, if you get a couples massage and want to reconvene after the massage there's a completely separate lounge area near the front desk. Meaning you have to walk back out to the front in your robe and sit in a separate room if you want to share a drink or bite of food. This could be vastly improved. Overall, not impressed. Expected better. Was it a bad experience? No. Was it a disappointing experience for the price? Very much so.

Yelp
The spa is nice, I loved the whirlpool and changing areas but I felt like it could be bigger and offer more amenities. I received a massage and it was honestly one of the worst massages I ever received. I told the lady deep tissue/firm and didn't get that at all. It didn't even feel good. I would rather her not have been touching me at all. She didn't know pressure points or anything. It seemed like she had no training at all. I've received way better massages at the mall and massage envy which is sad to say. Especially with how pricey it was. The worst part was they automatically added a 25% gratuity. He told me I could adjust it but the masseuse was standing right there so I felt so uncomfortable. So I tipped her 25% on what was probably the worst massage of my life. Two stars for the nice relaxation area, hot tub and snack area. Better off not to get a massage service though.

Neena P.

Yelp
Hubby surprised me with a spa day at the Ritz! The service and amenities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Akthar and my massage with Jacqueline -- both of them were attentive and professional. I'm still reaping the benefits of this relaxing experience a week later!!! Highly recommend checking this place out for a staycation or quick getaway in the city. I'll be visiting this spa again soon! COVID practices: Recommend only visiting this spa if you're vaccinated. Most clients and all employees were wearing masks most of the time; however, mask usage is not enforced. Everyone was mindful of social distancing and the spa enforces a limit on the time you spend in the spa and the number of clients. Overall felt safe as a fully vaccinated patron.

Debi P.

Yelp
The Spa was amazing! The food service at the Spa was lacking. We ordered lunch, and we were seated at a dirty table. I asked for the table cloth to be changed and it never was, I asked for salt and pepper- I never got it, I spied a dead fly RIP. I did give feedback, but then had to pay an automatic 23 percent tip for the poor service.

Yelp
Great spa @ the Ritz! I enjoyed the Dean's Margarita Scrub on 3/1/19. The service was lovely and excellent. It was finished off with mango sorbet. The hotel itself is stunning and such a great place to visit. Great day of pampering! My only comment is the spa is not quite as luxurious as I would like. It's small and just doesn't have as many amenities as other 5-star spas I've visited. I've visited some of the best spas in the world. It seems that Fridays and weekends are the busy times to come. There were bridal parties and bachelorettes and they can be quite loud. Come on the weekdays. I would definitely return.

Beverly G.

Yelp
10/10 enjoyed every minute of it! I recommend this to anyone just wanting a day off and relaxing. Take the time and infest in yourself at this location, it's definitely an amazing time!

Meredith J.

Yelp
Customer service is great, facilities are dated and average, and massage was so disappointing. Definitely would try other spas in Dallas given the opportunity. For the luxury price, I expected much more than below average, won't be coming back for sure.
google avatar

Marina G.

Yelp
The facilities are ok. And yes, it's indeed very loud but come here for a massage with Craig and all of your knots will be gone along with the announce of loud speaking females. I came looking a a great masseuse and I finally found one!!!

Yelp
Went in December 2020 during covid. The steam room was shut down but the hot tub and sauna were open. Overall great area to just relax and unwind. I do wish the area was a bit bigger. Haley gave me a massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I highly recommend her!

Yelp
I recently got a facial at the Ritz and really enjoyed my experience. They use Eminence products, which is a wonderful organic facial line that I even use at home. The facial was hands down a 5 star experience. My esthetician was friendly and informative, but also said the magic words "I am going to stop talking now and let you relax". It was wonderful! I especially loved their plush and heated facial bed, it was super comfy. The amenities at the spa were also nice. I was provided with a locker and a fantastic cushy spa robe. They had a variety of products to use ranging from razors to mouthwash to hair products. I definitely recommend using the shower located between the steam room and sauna because it is an overhead rain shower head with 4 powerful shower panels on the wall for a 360 shower experience. The other showers are just plain showers. The entire space, compared to other spas, was rather small. I made good use of their "healing waters" hot tub and their sauna. There wasn't anything special about them, but it was relaxing. They had iced towels near the sauna which was very refreshing. Unfortunately, the steam room was closed the day I was there. I am sure I am not alone, but the steam room is my favorite part of visiting the spa. I was very disappointed that it was closed without notice, but the sweet attendant saw my disappointment and later offered me a complimentary gift of spa products. I thought that was a very nice gesture and I understand things happen, but it definitely contributed to my less than 5 star experience. The other contributing factor was the noise. I was booked at the same time as a large bridal party. They were laughing and having a great time, as they should, so I escaped to the quiet area to relax with my complimentary glass of champagne. However, the quiet lounge does not have a door and is directly across the hall from the open dressing area, which also doesn't have a door, so it was very loud! It certainly wasn't relaxing until the group left. Adding doors would be an easy solution for the Ritz to make the spa experience relaxing for everyone. In addition to the champagne I also enjoyed a variety of flavored hot teas and the world's cutest tiny gummy bears. My check-in/out experience was great and all the staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to genuinely want to make my day special. I especially loved the warm welcome with essential oils. I would definitely come back to the Ritz spa, especially if i caught another one of their mid-week deals. However, if trying to decide between the Gaylord Texan spa, as I was this time around, I would probably go with the Gaylord simply because it is much more spacious and plush (even though it doesn't have a hot tub or fancy shower). I think the Ritz is a pretty solid 4 stars "yay, I'm a fan" spa.

Yelp
I'm a huge RC fan so I'll name the pros of our spa visit first: The spa itself is beautiful. There's a jacuzzi, steam room and dry sauna that were all really nice. The pool is on the rooftop and just a quick walk around the corner from the spa. Service at the pool was quick and The guacamole was delicious. Cons: the massage was terrible. (Not to mention shortened) I left the treatment room irritated not relaxed. We were at the spa for a special occasion to reward our employees, which the staff was aware of, and I was hoping to see the above and beyond customer service the RC is known for- but no mention of anything even though I emailed ahead with a special request. The staff was confused on where we could or couldn't have food at the spa- that was settled (pool side only- no food anywhere inside the spa) and then even though we ordered mimosas upon arrival and enjoyed them inside the spa we were later told by another staff member that we couldn't order beverages in the spa area and that we had to be outside to get a beverage. Staff Training is needed. Several of the lockers didn't work, we were told they would bring us slippers and that never happened, the sparking rose was room temperature, the list goes on. It was an OK experience but not what a Ritz carlton experience should be. I was excited to share the day with my employees and we looked forward to it for a while but ultimately were left disappointed.

Yelp
The Ritz Spa most certainly deserves a 5-Star rating. My mom, sister and I always choose the Ritz for spa services when doing a girls weekend! There are plenty of places to relax, allowing the spa to accommodate different groups. For example, you can chat with your gal pals and order food closer to the main entrance or you can retreat to the entirely quite relaxation room. Speaking of ordering food, the spa allows you to order from the regular lunch menu! The guacamole is a 10/10 and sometimes, even at the spa, you want something more than quinoa!! The service is wonderful. My last trip to the Ritz, the receptionist brought out complimentary strawberry champagne infused sorbet; delicious! The receptionist also went out of her way to get me saline solution for my contacts. The treatments are great. My facials are always so personalized and effective. The vitamin c facial is my go-to. Love this Ritz Spa!!

Yelp
Today I spent my birthday in the spa and was there from 11:30am till about 6:30pm. The staff was all very friendly and helped me check in, showed me around and i changed and got ready for my first treatment. I started off with the hydrafacial which was quite amazing and left my skin feeling extremely smooth and not red at all. After that treatment I had a few hours break so I sat in the relaxation room, the hot tub and saunas. I ordered breakfast and ate in the spa which was nice. At 3pm I started my next treatment which was a hydrotherapy bath followed by the Texas Transformation. The bath was quite cold and even though I added a lot of hot water I couldnt really enjoy it, I don't think I would add that on again. The transformation though was quite relaxing. I loved laying in the warm mud and falling asleep for a while. The massage was good and I felt pretty good afterwards. I've been to quite a lot of spa's and though this wasn't my top experience it was quite good and I would go back again. I wish they had a better more suited spa menu rather than just the basic room service menu, some more healthy revitalizing options. They did give me a hand written card, cupcake bath bomb and an actual cupcake on my way out for my birthday! Which was really nice :)

Yelp
Before we dig in, I highly suggest massages here. Craig and Matthew are both incredible - they're nice, they listen, and they don't talk too much. I always leave feeling like I lost all my knots. For facials, I really like Zaina. I've now had two hydrofacials with her, and she's terrific. That said, my issue is with the price versus the experience. I completely feel that you get what you pay for - and if I leave with an almost $500 bill, I would hope that I leave less stressed. But recently, that hasn't been the case. - Noise: The spa is SO loud. Between the assistants walking around yelling for people who are ready for their appointments ("MRS. SMITH? MRS. SMITH??? ARE YOU IN THERE??? WHERE'S MRS. SMITH???) Plus, they accept massive parties. I get it - have fun with your girlfriends, but someone has got to be the person that controls the noise volume, because unfortunately, it seems most guests cannot. The "healing waters" aren't so healing when a group of 8 women are cackling in the front room... I hope RC will do something about this, as it is mentioned quite a bit by fellow Yelpers. - Music: This is personal preference, but I wish they played something a little more relaxing than jazz music. Instead of feeling relaxed, I felt the need to do the jig multiple times throughout the day. + Amenities: They have the cleanest steam room I've ever seen, and they have very comfy robes. The sauna is fine, and the showers are always clean and nice as well. Healing waters are just a glorified hot tub, but it's nice as long as there's not a bunch of hens in the vicinity. See above. They have a "relaxation room," but as I mentioned, it's so close to the front that you constantly hear employees looking for "Mrs. Smith" or guests cackling about their daughter's recent purchase of a selfie stick. I'll go back - but mainly because Craig and Matthew have the hands of God.

Yelp
I don't normally review spas, but I feel the need to review The Ritz's spa due to the delightful experience I had there. We went for a couple's massage, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles. There was a mishap with the appointment that we made, but thankfully, someone had canceled and they were able to add us to their schedule. The robs, the slippers, and the neck massager all made the initial start of the appointment so relaxing. The women's locker room and restroom area was very nice and clean. The only thing that wasn't pleasant about my time here was the bridal party that was in the locker room. They took over all of the seating and they were very loud with their gossiping. It was more like a sorority club than a peaceful surrounding. Luckily, the spa had areas outside of the locker room for waiting before my appointment started. My masseuse was absolutely amazing! She had me in pure bliss the entire time and there wasn't a thing I would have changed about my full body massage. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Yelp
Oh how I love me a spa day...I first visited the Ritz Spa in October after noticing an ad in the paper for their "Spa-lo-ween" party! I unashamedly rsvp'ed about 30 seconds after reading the ad - and happily went over to do my trick or treating for some fantastic free samples and makeover/mini manicure! I made an appointment for a facial that night and went in last friday to experience bliss... In my opinion, a facial is a good test, because you usually get a little massage too, total relaxation and pretty skin to boot? Sign me up! Zina checked out my skin and told me I didn't really have fine lines (thanks!) so the basic facial would do me just fine, and she proceeded to do about 10 different things to my face all of which were wonderful. Somewhere in there, she gave me a hand massage and put heated mitts on my hands...love that! I went on a friday afternnon so I was the only person I saw there. The spa attendant Carrie was SO friendly and I really regretted not leaving more time to enjoy the "relaxation room" or the whirlpool while I was there! But I will be back! PS - a VERY small ding for the automatically added gratuity, not my thing. I always tip well based on service, so in this case it would have been very well. So be prepared if you go, it's automatically 23% added.

Yelp
The ladies at the Spa recently did my hair/makeup for a wedding. Claudia did my hair and Mallory my makeup. My experience was outstanding. I have difficult hair to manage but Claudia was able to create beautiful curls which lasted all night. I don't typically wear a lot of makeup and I just told Mallory what I was wearing and she did a great job. Both ladies were professional, courteous, great listeners and did a great job. Next time I have an event in Dallas I will go back to see them. Exceeded my expectations!

Yelp
One of the best massages I've ever had...and I've had massages at other Ritz Carltons, Mandarin Orientals, Las Vegas Spas...and this one is definitely the best..my husband agrees that his was as well. My masseuse, Scott..I would highly recommend to anyone... I did feel like the locker room, relaxation room could use an upgrade. I didn't like the lounge chairs in the relaxation room or the curtains. It's a high-end wicker like material with a thin mat on top. These don't compare to some of the heated chairs in relaxation rooms that I've been in before. I also didn't like the flimsy curtains or that the dim lights in that room are right next to a very bright and loud hallway. I also wish there was a cold plunge pool to enjoy in the spa side. I also didn't like that the snack foods were in small plastic solo cups..is this a health department thing. Also, the exfoliating scrub is in the same plastic cup. I just think there are a few things that can be done better in the spa to keep up with the Ritz Calton Brand. But because my massage was soo good, that's really all that matters.

Yelp
Since I had a long flight, I treated myself to this wonderful Spa. The Spa is very clean and cozy. The Champagne on arrival and lockers were a plus. Very attentive staff and good massage therapist. I had one of the best massages ever. I will definitely come again.

Yelp
I will start by saying that I have visited over 20 spas around the country, most of them in 5 star resorts, four seasons, fairmont, ritz carltons and st regis spas. The ritz carlton in dallas is average, nothing special, the check in was cold, the girl looked like she was dissapointed to see me arrive. There were no candles anywhere to create a tranquil ambience, no refreshments anywhere and my massage was blah. I kept thinking about the time and the girl kept talking, its always hard to tell your therapist to can it kwim? Also the location of this hotel is hard to get to the traffic is hell and the valet parking there is just awful. Do yourself a favor and book your next treatment at the four seasons in las colinas instead.

Yelp
I live in dallas but a weekend getaway down the street to the Ritz is always nice. A little room service, the spa, and relaxation. The spa treats you like a queen and if anything wasn't to your liking they treat you right.

Yelp
The spa and the staff were amazing. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make my birthday experience with my friends an excellent experience. We had such a great time. The massage and therapists were wonderful. We will be back again and again! Thank all of you for all you did to make our time a great experience!

Yelp
Loved the spa, Double loved the facilities. If you're getting a treatment here, be sure to give yourself an extra 30 min before and after to take full use of the amenities. Cool blue salt water jetted jacuzzi, large steamroom and sauna, extremely spacious showers with a walk in hall way/drying area in each separate stall, not to mention the exfoliating body scrub they offer there as well. The massage itself wasn't top quality, more of just an oil and rub down (even though I asked my therapist to apply full pressure). But the rest made up for it, the treatment room even includes its own soak tub. When you check out they do add an automatic 23% gratuity charge (not mandatory, but their strategy here is that whoever asks to lower the 'standard' tip amount, will just feel cheap in front of everyone). 20 percent goes to your therapist, and 3% goes to the spa facilities attendant. Highest "automatically added gratuity" I've ever seen in all of their hotels, but I didn't say anything.

Yelp
My last visit to the Ritz Spa was disappointing so I felt compelled to write a review. This spa has gone downhill in the last few years, it does not exude the luxury it used to. The facilities seem a bit worn, my robe had two large (very noticeable) tears in it. The customer service was seriously lacking. I will stick to Four Seasons Las Colinas and the Joule from now on.

Yelp
Fantastic experience at this spa! Had a wonderful relaxation massage with Tori Ribas. She did a terrific job and I would highly recommend her to anyone! The spa amenities are great as well and include a steam room, sauna, and salt water jacuzzi tub. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I will certainly be back!

Yelp
I regularly go to the Ritz Spa and it never disappoints. Every treatment I have ever received here has been amazing. I suggest the body balancer treatment and stress relief massage.

Yelp
When I'm in the Dallas area, this is my favorite spa. Even though it's in the midst of the hustle and bustle, I feel a real disconnect to the outside world when I'm here. Of course, being the Ritz, they are on the higher end price-wise, but I justify it because they allow you to relax using their amenities for as long as you'd like. The staff here are top notch as well from the front desk to the concierge staff to the therapists. For amenities, they offer a whirlpool tub, a sauna and the best is their eucalyptus steam room. They also have a 5 experience shower if you can get in. I have always gone on slow days during the week when it is nice and peaceful, but I imagine it can get a bit noisy with a full house. I've had body treatments, facials and massages here and almost all were wonderful. (They are one of the only spas that uses my favorite skincare line, Natura Bisse.) On my birthday visit, they even brought me a giant fruit plate complimentary. My only poor experience was the result of a combination of bad timing and, after I decided it was enough to let management know, their Spa Manager contacted me immediately and resolved the issues to more than my satisfaction. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious spa experience in the Uptown/Downtown Dallas area.

Yelp
I woke up with a terrible migraine and couldn't get into my regular masseuse at Bliss. I called the Ritz and took the next available appointment with Matthew Morris. I'm so glad he treated me- it was by far the best massage I've ever received. I appreciated that he listened to my issues and spent the 50 minutes focusing on my shoulders/neck and scalp. He relieved the pressure points that triggered my migraine and I left feeling like a new person. The facilities cannot be beat and I will now continue my regular massages with Matthew at the Ritz. Anyone who suffers from neck issues or tension headaches/migraines should request Matthew.

Yelp
The Ritz Spa is my favorite in Dallas. I like their wet area that has a a relaxation room, showers, sauna, hot tub and is just a great way to begin and end your day at the spa. Usually I get the Swedish massage or the jet-lag massage after a long trip. I believe a massage is an experience more than just the 50 minutes your spend having the treatment done. The Ritz Carlton delivers a 5 star spa experience.

Yelp
Gorgeous facilities. Tiny hot tub. Lovely lounge area and snacks. The massage was relaxing but more like a moisturizing session pushing oil around - definitely not deserving of the 18 percent gratuity they automatically add to the bill ($33). What was otherwise a terrific overall experience was sullied by an awkward checkout experience.

Yelp
Last week I had the most amazing transformation facial from Kirsten. Kirsten was very professional, charming and meticulous during my treatment. My skin looked amazing once Kirsten finished and I'm ready to go back again and bring my husband to see her. 5 star treatment at an amazing facility by a fantastic esthetician.

Yelp
I came here with the bride and two other bridesmaids. We were supposed to have champagne, lunch, and manicures and pedicures. The facility was really clean and the staff were very professional. I was happy that my manicures and pedicures lasted almost a month before they started chipping. My only complaint is that we never had lunch served. The spa tried to make up for it and it sent lunch to our rooms after the fact, which I appreciated it. I would highly recommend coming here.

Yelp
The staff is always friendly and professional! The facilities are always in pristine condition! The massage tables feel like heaven and the sheets are amazing too! Everytime I walk out of there I feel like a million bucks!

Yelp
I really expected a lot more from this spa - massage was good, but nothing special. You would think at this very nice hotel that the spa would be over the top....not!

Kim M.

Yelp
Really nothing special about the Ritz for a massage. The prices are inflated as compared to other local/comparable massages. If you are looking for a maternity massage, skip the Ritz and go to the Joule or Exhale.
