The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg was truly beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, checked in early, and even upgraded to a stunning suite, such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely special. We also received a complimentary breakfast, thank you Nicole from guest relations 🙏 it was absolutely delicious, with made-to-order eggs and a rich, varied buffet. The entire hotel is immaculate, every space is spotless and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the perfectly folded towels to the personalized welcome cards. We visited with our young child, who was thrilled to receive his own bathrobe, a gift set, and personalized coloring materials. He loved the hotel so much he didn’t want to go back home. The pool area was the highlight, it’s massive and warm, we swam in late October perfectly fine. The spa and gym were equally pristine, and the staff there and everywhere were kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Our suite was elegant, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Every interaction from the front desk to the team helping us with the car and restaurant was handled with such care and professionalism. Being right in the Autostadt made the experience even better. We got our tickets directly from the hotel and spent a wonderful day exploring. It’s a perfect destination for both adults and kids. Fun, relaxing, and inspiring. A huge thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton team for making our stay so memorable. You made us feel special, cared for, and truly at home. We can’t wait to return! 💛

Google Maps or BMW couldn't navigate there right (tried to guide via Volkswagen factory), but it was quite easy to find although there were not too many signs.|Neighbourhood is very nice such as hotel interior. Efficient service. They do have valet parking. Nice, spacious room. Good shower. Good bed. Nice balcony. Good breakfast. Aqua restaurant was fabulous.

The hotel itself has a beautiful, chic style, with spacious and spotless rooms that immediately make you feel at ease. Valet parking was excellent, adding a smooth and convenient touch to our arrival.||Breakfast was truly a highlight - not only was there a vast selection, but we. could also order from the menu, making it both indulgent and satisfying. In the evening, the bar offered a cozy atmosphere with live piano music and delicious cocktails, perfect for winding down.||On the downside, the swimming pool could have been warmer for a more relaxing experience. Additionally, the dining options left us slightly disappointed. The hotel has two restaurants: Aqua, which requires reservations far in advance, and Terra. While Terra offered good food, we were disappointed not to experience Aqua during our stay.||Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg delivers on luxury and atmosphere, with a few small drawbacks that are worth considering when planning your visit.

An unforgettable experience! We stayed for one night on our way to Berlin. We arrived at almost 12pm and the room was ready for our family. We were upgraded to a room as a benefit of our Platinum tier. Thank you for organizing the event, Minjeong. Other than that, the hotel breakfast was delicious and basically a very well maintained hotel. It's a pity that I couldn't take many photos due to my tired schedule.

We had high expectations, especially for such a special occasion, but were let down. Room service was extremely slow, with items missing and cold food (fries were inedible). Staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed. Long waits everywhere. The rooms are quiet but feel outdated and lack style. Sadly, one person in our group had a special day ruined by the experience. Definitely not what you’d expect from a Ritz-Carlton. and I’m personally shocked that it is a thing to like the view of a fabric. Ngl Worst room service ever 1/10 stars - wrong order and in bad quality and long wait time

What a great hotel!! We came to Wolfsburg to see Autostadt since our boy likes anything to do with cars. At check in we got surprisingly got upgraded to a signature suite, which is huge with tasteful deco. Thanks a lot, Minjeong, Irina and Nicole! Our boy loved the complimentary chocolates and kids bathrobe. That was very considerate since he does not get kids bathrobe often in other 5 star hotels. The heated swimming is very long, suitable for proper swim. There is spa for male/female mixed and for female only. The staff at the spa was friendly, sorry I cant remember her name. Breakfast was great with plenty of healthy choices like fresh fruits, salmon, guacamole etc. Also omelette, pancake, waffle and more can be ordered too. It is a lovely hotel in all with great staff. We will be back again when we visit Autostadt again.

From the first step to the property, the staff were attentive and tried to help in every way. I loved everything about our stay. We especially enjoyed the live music at the bar (we even canceled our restaurant reservation to relax to the live music).

Most staffs are really nice and the amenities are also very nice besides no club lounge. I had dinner at Terra. I wanted to have the wine bottle comes with my package. But one male staff told me that they could change from the one bottle of wine to the paring wine set without extra charge. But it took too long to receive dishes to enjoy with the wine. Only 3 course dinner took about 3 hours. My boyfriend received his beer and I received one glass of sparking wine after 30 minutes. All the beer form was gone and warmer to make a toast together. After soup, we could not receive the main dish over 1 hour. My white wine became warmer and I finished before the main dish came. I complained about the situation to female staffs. Then we received the main dishes. I was served the same sparkling wine again. And I didn't receive a glass of different wine to pair with the dessert. It was tasty but very frustrating dinner. Next morning we found the bill was wrong when we checked out. I asked the front desk male staff to check about it to the restaurant manager. But he told me that he was not able too. My partner got upset and told me to give up. It was not right. So I told about the female staff working next to him. She was not to fix the issue, either. So I asked her to tell about it to the restaurant manager how disappointed we were. It's not reasonable to pay that amount for this guest service. My boyfriend wrote that it's for my birthday. But no one said happy birthday and no special service as my friends received when they celebrated their special days on other Ritz Carlton. Again we had great time but are very unhappy about the way too long dinner and the wrong billing.

This is a spectacular hotel in the middle of what I call Volkswagen Disneyland, a wonderful family oriented place dedicated to automobiles and particularly those of the Volkswagen family. we were upgraded to a magnificent corner suite and were able to eat at a Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. it is fantastic and probably the best restaurant in Germany. The hotel went above and beyond and had several unique treats for us based on our stay.

Absolutely lovely place. Phenomenal view of the Autostadt and impeccable customer service. Would come here again and again and again.

The welcome is great thou the guard at the checkpoint about 300 yards down the entrance had struggle to understand English. The took care of my luggage and walked me thru the room. I like that they do not present themselves as 'hungry for tips' like I experience in the various Ritz in the USA. The door to the room closes in absolute silence. Same counts for the a/c operation. Perfect for a good night sleep: you do not hear anything from neighboring rooms or doors. The service is almost invisible and one time. Other experience at the various Ritz in USA. Your room either faces the water or the courtyard. Both is relaxing. You are close to the Autostadt in case you like to wander thru the exhibition: I recommend the ZeitHaus. The breakfast beats everything: just amazing variety of meat, fish or vegetarian to vegan. Including the famous German art of bread and tiny rolls. Definitely my place to go and home far away from home.

Have stayed here twice, and loved it both times. The hotel staff knows your name, everything feels personal. The pool area is amazing, and touring the Autostadt for the first time is a really neat experience. It's also walking distance to the Wolfsburg soccer stadium, so make sure you catch a game! I've stayed in a bigger and smaller room, and both were great. I love the heated bathroom floors, the complimentary drinks and wasabi snacks, and the Asprey bath products are great. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were really uncomfortable. I'm sure they'd bring you a different type of pillow if you asked, but I was too lazy. If you're in the Wolfsburg area, treat yourself to the Ritz. Great experience!

this hotel is great. there are probably 5 people servicing each guest, so you definitely feel pampered. unfortunately i didn't get to spend much time here to fully enjoy the place. i had a suite, and the room was gigantic. it was practically half the size of my house! the bathroom alone was great and had more closet space than i have at home. the king sized bed was plush and super comfy. i also loved the asprey products in the bathroom. the gym was nice and had a lot of equip. i wish i had my bathing suit w/ me to swim in the infinity pool, but it's probably better i didn't, b/c it faces the VW factory and smoke stacks!

The Ritz Carlton Wolfsburg should be considered the gold star of hotels. We had a magnificent stay with them. Every attention to detail was given to us at every turn. Our suite was eye popping and above and beyond our expectations. We were welcomed by the front desk and personally shown to our suite. Our dining experience was expertly executed with outstanding service and exquisitely prepared food. We would also like to express our extreme appreciation to Deniz Temur who made our dining experience even more incredible. He provided us with great service and also directions to our next destination. Deniz also prepared an amazing basket of goodies for the road which was so special and kind. We can't thank him enough for taking such good care of us. Needless to say, we highly recommend this Ritz if you are ever in Wolfsburg.
