Yelp
I regretted moving here since the first week I moved in.
This place is on not only a VERY busy street (which is right off the freeway), but right next to a fire station (a fire station that sends out vehicles multiple times a day, every day, and oftentimes might even wake you up past midnight). The units facing this street have double paned windows, but they simply aren't enough to block the lower frequencies (which are loud enough to resonate in your apartment and drive you crazy) from stalling trucks (did I mention this busy street this apartment is on is also right by an intersection?), basic LA trash flooring it in their basic LA trash cars and, of course, the fire trucks, all of which will annoy you all day and all night, every day and every night, incessantly.
If you're on a lower unit, you'll hear your neighbors above. If you're on the first floor, you'll hear the cars from the parking garage below. Hell, some of the units have their bedrooms literally directly above the parking garage's automatic gates, so have fun hearing those all day and night too if you end up in one of those.
I'm getting the hell out of here and I'm not looking back the moment my lease is up. **** this place.
The manager, Bruce, is really the only redeeming thing about this place. Like many of these other reviews have mentioned, he's great. But that's it.
