This hotel staff are arrogant while talking, I called them few minutes back for booking, He is talking shit, if you are getting better price in other hotel please go for it, please maintain your standard guyz, let me tell you you have just lost 5 night 2 rooms business from me, I will also not recommend anyone to visit this hotel in any case. Thy are itself not Welcoming on call....

Worst customer care experience: We had booked this hotel for 7 rooms and unfortunately faced the Indigo flight cancellation crisis. While most hotels were sympathetic to the situation, this property flatly refused to cancel or adjust our booking. Even though the booking was refundable, the deadline was 1:00 PM. Our flights were officially cancelled only around 4:00 PM, after which we immediately contacted the hotel. Despite this being completely out of our control, they showed zero flexibility or empathy. The manager has been unreachable for over a week despite repeated calls. They are not even willing to consider a partial refund, even when MMT staff tried to mediate on our behalf. Extremely disappointing behavior and lack of basic humanity. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel around 6–7 times before and always had a good experience, but this time was very disappointing. The staff was not well-behaved and their attitude was rude and unprofessional. It seemed like they had no interest in helping guests or providing proper service. As a returning guest, I expected much better treatment. The hotel management really needs to review their staff’s behavior and customer service standards. This experience has made me think twice about staying here again.

Worst ever experience in this hotel. I am still staying here. But experience is the worst. Do NOT ever book here. Their reception doesn't know how to smile and how to say no to a client. Truly rude and embarassing team.

So, this hotel will charge you Rs 50/- for shaving kit. When I questioned , he said will have to speak to his superior for this consideration, if he doesnt then I will have to pay. Seriously!! i mean these days , even the roadside hotels will give you this complimentary .Thank God I am carrying other toiletries . No dental kit is provided. Restaurant has sent food without plates. Most of the rooms have dampening smell. Checked 4 of them, most of them have recently been through pest control as couple of customers complained on review that they got cockroaches . People allergic to smell or asthma, strictly dont show up here . I have been requested to adjust tonight, i am promised a better room tomorrow. Lets see how it goes ..will keep you all posted. If things dont change by tomorrow, will put this over my social media handles to save others from this experience.

Expect good location nothing is ok. Poor Cleaning and cockroach will definitely welcome you. Worst room service with high service charges will feel you a worst hotel experience. Complementary breakfast will ensure you to skip the breakfast. Staff behaviour is also not acceptable. No ventilation. I referred goodle reviews before booking but I am dam sure these all good reviews are paid and fake. They charged for 200 Rs for an unexplained reason also. Screenshot attached.
