The Roa Hotel

Expect good location nothing is ok. Poor Cleaning and cockroach will definitely welcome you. Worst room service with high service charges will feel you a worst hotel experience. Complementary breakfast will ensure you to skip the breakfast. Staff behaviour is also not acceptable. No ventilation. I referred goodle reviews before booking but I am dam sure these all good reviews are paid and fake. They charged for 200 Rs for an unexplained reason also. Screenshot attached.

Hospitality is really ultimate. But the rooms need much cleaning people like from outstation feel annoyed. Room service and staffs they have provided there best service. Only for hospitality and stays responce I am rating 5 ⭐

We recently had a family function and get together for 2 days at The Roa Hotel. The hotel provided us with very good services. The entire staff is extremely cooperative and hospitable. Special mention to Mr Prashant and his entire team, Ms Deepika, Mr Maxwell and Mr. sachin.

We only called to ask for room availibility and a Mr Sachin told us that he will not give us anything, not even the room tariffs, not the availibility, not the confirmation of the rooms without advance payment. While money is a key aspect of any transaction, they are unwilling to even let us know the availibility of the rooms without advance payment. His exact words were "Advance payment karte ho to karo. Naito doosra hotel dhoond lo." Hospitality is zero. Mr Sachin Salve has no sense of customer service or any common courtesy to answer

I stayed in the hotel for almost 7 weeks on different dates. Got best service and staff and service people were excellent. Location is best for travellers by train,bus and auto and convinient. Food service also the best.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel for four nights and it was absolutely worth it. Special thanks to Deepika at the front desk and Abhishek from the crew for their genuine hospitality. This place is truly a hidden gem among the expensive options near the airport. I stayed in a suite room at a very reasonable rate and it was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was outstanding and despite the proximity to the airport, I didn't hear a single sound of airplanes in my room, even though I could see them flying overhead. As a frequent traveler, I highly recommend this hotel!

Initially the outside look of the hotel is soo beautiful 😍 and the entrance, the front desk & the Waiting hall was too good.. 😊 the lift maintenance, floor maintenance, power maintenance is really taking care in a nice way... ✌🏻✌🏻, then coming to the rooms 🏨, they're really awesome 😎, like the lighting, the cupboards, especially the bed and duppata are very very soft and comfortable to sleep 💤😴 they're looking and giving feel like we're a celebrity 😄😄, then the interior of the room is so pretty 😍, like all the facilities available like our own house, then the bathrooms are like pretty clean and they even provide the soaps daily, herbal shampoos, body lotion, moisturizer as well 🧴, so we don't worry about the essentials while bathing 🧼🧼,... And the main thing is we can order any food item or any issue we have with AC or water or TV, we can simply call them using landline which is available in every room.. so any food item you can order will comes to your room without going out or taking pressure... And the coming to the taste 🍗😋😋 which is really good... I've tasted most of the items from past 5 days which are really nice 😋😋😋, 💯... And coming to the morning tiffin, we have variety of items available including fruits, coffee, tea🍵☕ 🥛 milk... Please find all the images or videos taken by so, totally the ROA is a very Good hotel..
