The Roa Hotel

Expect good location nothing is ok. Poor Cleaning and cockroach will definitely welcome you. Worst room service with high service charges will feel you a worst hotel experience. Complementary breakfast will ensure you to skip the breakfast. Staff behaviour is also not acceptable. No ventilation. I referred goodle reviews before booking but I am dam sure these all good reviews are paid and fake. They charged for 200 Rs for an unexplained reason also. Screenshot attached.

So, this hotel will charge you Rs 50/- for shaving kit. When I questioned , he said will have to speak to his superior for this consideration, if he doesnt then I will have to pay. Seriously!! i mean these days , even the roadside hotels will give you this complimentary .Thank God I am carrying other toiletries . No dental kit is provided. Restaurant has sent food without plates. Most of the rooms have dampening smell. Checked 4 of them, most of them have recently been through pest control as couple of customers complained on review that they got cockroaches . People allergic to smell or asthma, strictly dont show up here . I have been requested to adjust tonight, i am promised a better room tomorrow. Lets see how it goes ..will keep you all posted. If things dont change by tomorrow, will put this over my social media handles to save others from this experience.

Hospitality is really ultimate. But the rooms need much cleaning people like from outstation feel annoyed. Room service and staffs they have provided there best service. Only for hospitality and stays responce I am rating 5 ⭐

We recently had a family function and get together for 2 days at The Roa Hotel. The hotel provided us with very good services. The entire staff is extremely cooperative and hospitable. Special mention to Mr Prashant and his entire team, Ms Deepika, Mr Maxwell and Mr. sachin.

We only called to ask for room availibility and a Mr Sachin told us that he will not give us anything, not even the room tariffs, not the availibility, not the confirmation of the rooms without advance payment. While money is a key aspect of any transaction, they are unwilling to even let us know the availibility of the rooms without advance payment. His exact words were "Advance payment karte ho to karo. Naito doosra hotel dhoond lo." Hospitality is zero. Mr Sachin Salve has no sense of customer service or any common courtesy to answer

Horrible coordination from staff, lazy attitude and miss managed. Not worth staying. Never recommending to anyone.

I stayed in the hotel for almost 7 weeks on different dates. Got best service and staff and service people were excellent. Location is best for travellers by train,bus and auto and convinient. Food service also the best.
