Perfect for a quick healthy bite to eat. They have salads, soups, coffee and other beverages. There is outdoor seating. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service is fast. There can be a wait during lunch. It is wheelchair accessible and friendly. There is no wheelchair accessible parking or bathrooms. #accessible #vegan

Great for tasty salads made with the best of ingredients, hot or cold sandwiches, my favourite is the rocket ball. A nice selection of cakes and great coffee. All at a reasonable price, served by enthusiastic friendly staff. What's not to like.

I am a regular customer and the food is delicious as well as super healthy. The only negative is they put too much salt on the salad leaves but this is optional so tell them no :-) The spelt salad is one of my favourites and I have lost lots of weight by switching my regular lunch to Rocket Man. The seating is outdoors only so its really takeaway centric.

Absolutely delicious and healthy food, beautiful middle eastern flavours. Really lovely chicken and yogurt lime sauce sandwich. Salad and flatbread was a nice big portion. Excellent coffee to boot!

The food is excellent, in particular their chicken and salads. The staff are generally fairly surly. Handy for a quick work lunch - agree with other reviewers, would be handy of an evening.

I'm just a tad dissatisfied with my visit. My server started to fill my take away large plastic container with quite a lot of salad leaves so I asked her to take them out as too much and I could see discoloration at the edges so then she said she would have to chat merge by weight. Originally had quoted €6.50. So immediately alarm bells go off and I'm thinking McDonald's where they half fill your drink with ice. They advertise 3 salads and 3 dressings for €6.50. Lettuce shouldn't be compulsory to fill up the container. Use a smaller container but don't mislead us please. Then I'm told to add cheese is €1 extra. That's fine. The dressings look nice but they only give you a tiny amount. I found the whole experience very military and when I asked for a few flaked almonds at the end I thought she was going to call the food police.!! No warmth or conversation from my server and my chat just fell on deaf ears. Also when I asked about the organic leaves I saw which looked so fresh and yum I was also told .....yes you've guessed it...another €1 extra. !!! Instead I was offered the discoloured ones for free , providing I allowed her to half fill my salad container with them to reduce the amount of food they were going to fill it with. I use with other salad bars in the city and they don't do this. Never a problem either with extra dressings ect. Also I noticed that the humus had a dried crusting on the top. Come on guys, lighten up and play fair...

One of my favourite places in cork. Always a go to for lunch. Such attention to detail in every aspect and beautiful wholesome food. Fabulous coffee as well. A god send or the area!

Good choice of delicious salads and good fruit drinks! I like the idea of choosing different salads with toppings : I took two salads ( pearl one and a chickpeas one) with humus topping and a juice ( Apple beetroot carott lime). It was really good but... This place is good for take out because they don't have real sitting. Anyway good healthy food there !

Attention!! They now have sandwiches. Ham Hock Chicken Melted cheese Veggie I'm giving you one word but my god, why would you expect anything less from these guys. This season I recommend the Beet Juice.

Had the most delicious breakfast today at Rocketman. I had the 3 salad 2 dressing deal and my God was it amazing! So flavourful, and filling. It's nice to be able to grab something on the go, and you can tell the salad was just full of energy and nourishing ingredients! I also had the green juice (I'm obsessed with kale so I loved it) but I wouldn't recommend to everyone! Especially if you don't like green juices, I've heard great reviews on the beet juice though. So happy with this place, I definitely will be coming back!

Good, lots of choices, but only one choice for the salad base. The coffee was tiny and over priced. Loving salads was a bit better but rocket man was also good for healthy fast food.

The squash and lentil stew was crazy good!! Healthy and delicious especially with the mint yogurt on top!
