The Rohet House

Beautiful property in the heart of Jodhpur. I loved my stay here so much, it’s a boutique hotel with only 8 rooms so it is super intimate. I would love to visit again!!! Omji looked after us for most the stay and he was fantastic, such an excellent host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Rohet House is one of the best stays we’ve had anywhere in the world. A warm, welcoming boutique hotel in Jodphur that feels like home. The owner and his son are often at the property (they have 3 in the area) and they pop in to say hello and welcome guests during the stay. It’s the details that matter here. Beautifully laid tables, hot water bottles on the bed at night, upmarket furnishing and gorgeous garden setting with fire pit at night. The excellent staff led by Resident Manager Praduman are universally outstanding. If you stay you MUST go on Praduman’s early morning walk of the old blue city. It will give you an incredibly insightful perspective into the heart of the city and you’ll see the incredible local architecture and street art. And you’ll safely taste a few local delicacies. The owner also advised us to take in the local polo one afternoon which we throughly enjoyed. Shout out to Pradunam, Om and the team for an incredible time in Jodphur. If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate!

The Rohet House is a truly beautiful property with elegant design and thoughtful details. Our room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Common areas are spotless and very well maintained. The entire place feels calm, refined, and welcoming. A very special mention to Mr. Praduman, the manager.|He took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Efficient, calm, and always ready with the best recommendations. Thanks to him we discovered great restaurants, an excellent guide, and things to do. After traveling across Rajasthan, this was the best property we stayed in. A perfect blend of comfort and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended — we would absolutely return.

We had an excellent stay at Rohet House. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, professional and attentive. Our rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was very cozy and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches.|We did the morning walking tour with Praduman. He was excellent and the food that we ate on the tour was exceptional. My partner and I just checked out of The Rohet House after a 2 night stay. Our stay was an absolute highlight of our India trip. The room (we stayed in a ground floor room near the pool) was stunning - very large, well appointed, exceptionally clean and beautifully renovated / designed by the owners. The staff and owners were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful people who we enjoyed getting to know. The grounds of the property are stunningly landscaped, allowing you to fully relax amidst the business of Jodhpur. We enjoyed the variety of food available, and appreciated that staff accommodated earlier and later lunches for us on the days we checked in and out. If you stay, you must do the early morning walking tour with Praduman - it was easily the highlight of our time in Jodhpur!

Rohet House is paradise. Unlike the large scale fine hotels, Rohet House spares absolutely nothing in terms of looks, comfort, service, and style. It's a place you wouldn't want to leave too soon. I got a personalized tour of the Blue City, plenty of tips on things to see and do, and fine meals with local flair and tailored to desired spice levels. Frankly, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else after long days touring Jodhpur and its nearby excursions. Check out their other properties - both of which are unique and equally comforting. If you want to get lost in a serene and luxurious environment, Mihirgarh is your spot. Guaranteed joy!

The hospitality and warmth at Rohet House was absolutely unmatched! The team made it a very memorable experience for our family. An absolute royal experience. An impeccable and stylish residence, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Jodhpur. The staff are amazing, and special mentions for Praduman Singh and Ashok who took care of every need. The spaces smell perfumed with plants, the gardens are well kept, and every detail on the property are thoughtfully curated, down to the dining set. I had the chance to visit two other Rohet properties. One has the ancestral old-world charm, the other a newer luxurious hideaway with pin-drop silence (except for chirping birds), nooks to hide, and spacious private spaces with either a small pool or hot tub. It's not for everyone, but everyone should experience it at least once.
