Firstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful. The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night. As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV.The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended.Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out.Photos mostly match what's on the profile already.

Very nice and cozy rooms, with good service. The entrance is also very interesting. Definitely a good choice to spend a few nights.

Great hotel situated above a quaint but bustling coffee shop/roaster. The cafe handles the check ins and outs and takes you to the room. There is no lobby as such the atmosphere is more like a hostel with private bedrooms and bathrooms. The room came equipped much like a hotel, towels, soaps, hair dryer, TV, things you don’t have are fridge, phone, microwave. With no lobby there is not 24hr support not sure what happens if you have issues after 5pm as the cafe closes you get a keycard to get in and out. Our water did go out for 10 mins one night but came back before I could figure out who to call (no phone in the room) so only a minor issue.

Located in the heart of Phuket Old Town Sunday Market only 30 seconds walk from this hotel Very clean and comfy Water heater working well also the wifi and TV. Their AC is freezing but yes, We need that after city tour! Definetly recommend this hotel.

I booked this place knowing the location was very heart of the old town. However, I didn't know that there was only one entrance with the same as the coffee shop. In order to access the room, you need to walk through the coffee bar and customer area. There is no elevator so I needed to climb up the stairs. It was not good for people with big luggage. Also, no receptionists nor staff to help accommodate your request after 6 pm. Just need to make direct contact with the owner. Noisy at night. The A/C was quite loud. The bathroom could be improved. No cleaning service during your stay I have to get my bottles of water for the second day. Good value for money and good if you have a carry on luggage and stay for a night or two.

This place is a really cozy one with one of the best cafe's in town built into it. The rooms were very nice and the natural light was fabulous. The service was also fantastic~ they were super friendly and understanding 😁 The only thing that got me was that I was trying to sleep early (stomach bugs..), but the sounds and especially the Karaoke music from the market right outside penetrates those walls pretty well, so I could only fall asleep once they had finished at about 10:30 pm. So, if you're not feeling well and/or need to sleep early on a Sunday night, then prepare you noice cancelling ear / headphones.

In the heart of Old Town so great location, however it was inside a coffee shop so it's easily walked past. Inside the coffee shop there is little indication of its relation to the accommodation and no devoted reception, so guests need to wait for the customers to be served before asking one of the baristas for check-in. After check-in, you have to go through the back of the coffee shop and passed a quaint professional coffee grinding spot, before leaving your shoes in a little locker and heading upstairs to your room. I was on the third floor and there was still a subtle coffee aroma permeating the room, so if this will bother you it might be better looking for a place elsewhere. The room was comfortable, but nothing special.

Was looking for heritage type hotel and selected this one out of about 5 potential sites. Room was nice, comfortable, but not the one I hoped to get. (They have about 6 rooms total). It is a 3 level building (stairs) with rooms above the coffee shop. You must take shoes off on ground floor and leave in locker. There is a common fridge on the 2nd floor you can store anything that needs to stay cold. We were warned not to turn the hot water to max or it will trip, with this in mind we just had cold showers! No breakfast was included but it would have been nice to have a brewed coffee or tea included from the coffee shop. Location was ideal, the 3rd floor room was slightly noisy from the road but as expected for the location.
