Mainly go here for Walmart. The location itself is pretty good. Right off the 101 lots of food there and across the street. Even has a GameStop if you still enjoy that type of stuff. And I’m not 100% sure but I think the subway there is 24 hours

This shopping center is full of shops, including Vons,Chase Bank, Joanne's, Hobby Lobby, and Sally's. Come with patience because the parking lot is a zoo and crowded! Restaraunts, recycling, and sitting areas here as well.

Chase Bank is located at The Rose. Worst Service ever. The manager is irresponsible. Port Hueneme Branch needs a different manager or fire the one they have.

There is also drive-thru Starbucks, Shell gas station, McDonald's, Ameci Pizza, Dairy Queen, Baskin Robbins, Subway, Wing Stop, Cricket wireless, GNC, Daniel's Jewelers, Fashion Gap, Game Stop, UFC gym, a Dickie/Levi's store (forgot name), a hunting store (forgot name) and a recycling place (next to McDonald's and Sam's Club). One big downside to here is that there is always heavy traffic going in and out and parking is awful.
