"The Roseate New Delhi Designed by Thai architect Khun Lek Bunnag—who has garnered a reputation for building luxury resorts that highlight the natural beauty of southeast Asia (Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai; Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve)—the centerpiece of this peaceful boutique property is a 330-foot swimming pool that’s anchored by four massive gold-leaf columns and meanders through a forest-backed eight-acre garden. Vast domed and wood-covered rooms are controlled with iPads and express a fusion of modern Thai and Indian aesthetics—think sleek marble surfaces, whimsical panelled walls, and silk throw pillows. Guests are mostly couples and child-free travelers unfazed by the freestanding bathtubs that sit next to king-size beds and showers separated from sleeping areas by glass sliding doors. The many unfenced walkways over the swimming pool and other water features make the hotel unsuitable for very young children, though older kids might appreciate outdoor movie screenings."

Roseate House New Delhi (New Delhi, India) 3 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"You’ve got to hand it to New Delhi’s urban planners — they’re ambitious, if that’s the word for the “aerocity” metro-hotel-retail complex right at the airport’s doorstep. Conveniently accessible both to the city proper and to Gurgaon, its swelling business-district twin, this development is a temple to growth that reads as if the global recession was just a minor blip. Just one among many planned ultraluxury hotels is the Roseate House New Delhi, whose rooms and suites should give an idea of the scale we’re playing with here." - Tablet Hotels

3 stylish retreats in New Delhi - SilverKris

"Set across 3.2 hectares minutes from Delhi’s airport and a short cab ride from major markets, this urban resort feels like a world apart, combining Mughal-inspired grandeur — bronze and copper pillars, domed ceilings, expansive gardens and serene water features — with 50 spacious, minimalist rooms finished in muted cream, white marble and lightwood interiors." - Rachna Sachasinh

I truly wanted to give this absolutely stunning hotel a 5-star review, but unfortunately I can’t. The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and equipped with every amenity you’d expect from a luxury hotel. However, the experience was significantly undermined by a major issue, the air conditioning in the rooms does not properly cool. Worse, when this concern is raised, management repeatedly minimizes or dismisses it. Our room was consistently warm and muggy over the course of the 3 days we were there, and never came close to the temperature set on the thermostat. Over a 24-hour period, I contacted the front desk four times and had three technician visits, each time being assured the system was “working as designed.” On the fourth visit, the technician accessed a hidden settings menu and managed to lower the temperature by a couple of degrees, but still nowhere near the set point. The exact same issue occurred in my father’s and brother’s rooms. The technician would come in, press the temperature down button, and confidently state it would cool, yet it never did. This alone prevented the stay from being a 5-star experience. In a hotel of this caliber, guests should not be sweating through the night or being given false assurances instead of real solutions. Management needs to take guest concerns seriously and address them honestly and effectively.

Had a very comfortable stay. My room was upgraded on arrival, and the service was thoughtful throughout. Fresh fruits and Indian sweets were a nice touch. The room was cleaned immediately when requested, and I was pleasantly surprised with a perfectly made masala chai served in my room. Airport drop and an early morning wake-up call were handled smoothly. Special thanks to Butler Ritu for the warm and attentive service.

I genuinely wanted to write a nice review, but this hotel left me no choice but to rate it one star. It’s listed as an MMT Luxe 5-star property, but nothing about my experience felt remotely 5-star. I’ve stayed at Taj, Hyatt, and Marriott, so I know what to expect at this level—and this hotel fell far below that standard. The first room they gave me was shockingly dirty. There were hair on the floor, visible dust, and stains on the flooring. This is the bare minimum any hotel should take care of, let alone a so-called luxury property. I was just hoping for a comfortable stay, but even cleanliness wasn’t taken seriously here. To make it worse, when I informed the front-desk staff member, Alka, about these issues, she responded with a completely blank expression—no apology, no concern, nothing. The lack of basic courtesy was honestly more disappointing than the room itself. I would not recommend this hotel on any day. There are hotels in Aerocity and Gurgaon that are far better—at least twenty times better—in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall experience.

Google
The hotel, service was great. However, the "dark" theme this place claims vs. "horror" (no way to identify the location, entrance is dark, no person around at valet, not well lit well groomed grounds) it creates w the darkness at the place after sun goes down goes overboard (hence 4 star not 5 star). Liked the structure, ambiance, grounds during day time; night time is a different story ... maybe it's meant for the night owls.

My parents recently hosted a family brunch at DEL. A heartfelt thank you to every staff member for making the event special. Everything- from beautiful setup and delicious food to smooth coordination and warm hospitality- was simply perfect. Deepak, Parvesh, Chef, and the entire staff at DEL have done a fabulous job of managing the event. Kudos to all! Their patience, smiles and attention to every detail truly made a difference. Our family and guests couldnt stop appreciating the arrangements, food and the care shown by everyone throughout the event. So grateful for their efforts and genuine warmth with which they hosted us. Thanks once again for helping us create memories for life. Warm Regards Ritika

As a luxury professional on my own and a hospitality enthusiast— I’d like to say that the Roseate House is over hyped. I’ve stayed at The Taj, Oberoi’s, Hilton etc and it was a more personal experience than this place. Our toiletries weren’t stacked well, no glasses in the washroom, had to call for a comb, no bathrobe, just one dental kit, the towels weren’t all restocked, no seperate gel for bubble bath, overall it was not worth it ! There are better hotels that you can find in the same price point. The food was good though. I’ll give you that:)

Went to the hotel for a Sunday brunch. The hotel is located in the Aerocity , close to the airport... The restaurant ambience was great and so was the spread. We were spoilt for choices.... wide range of starter's and delicious main course to top it up with a great choice of sweet dishes and cakes. The service was great. A day well spent.
