The Roseate, New Delhi

We booked it via the hotels website and the booking process and communication from the hotel was very smooth. Our taxi was waiting when we arrived, the rooms were huge and the property screams luxury. It is almost impossible to believe we are in the close proximity to the Delhi Airport as the property is very spacious and lots of greenery & water bodies. The reception staff was very helpful and they even did a little decoration in the room as requested. However the butler( in room dining ) service was very substandard to say the least. I called the restaurant thrice and no one picked up the phone, i called reception and they said they will walk up to the restaurant to call me back however no one called us back. I was 4th time lucky in ordering however. The breakfast buffet was average as our order for tea needed 3 follow ups and the waiting staff was not very interested to say the least, the food however was decent. The check out ( and check in) process was very quick and smooth. Overall a great stay but the in room dining and the waiting staff needs to up their game to match up the 5 star service that is expected.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with great attention to detail. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided, making the stay both relaxing and indulgent. What truly stood out was the ambience—so serene and refreshing, it feels like a peaceful escape from the chaos of daily life. Walking around the property felt therapeutic, especially with the greenery and natural light all around. The staff deserves special appreciation—warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. We had an amazing time at The Roseate, we had gone their to stay with our parents and it was one of the best staycations ever. Definitely a recommend.

A beautiful property but very much an event venue and it’s a hotel secondary. Every night I stayed there was very loud noise from events and many people running around keeping hotel guests awake. Rooms downstairs are extremely noisy. Weddings and events take priority over hotel guests so be prepared for sleepless nights, limited dining options and when wedding is happening virtually no where to go except your room. The only restaurant you can use is full with wedding guests. For the price it has been a very disappointing experience. Nowhere else close by to go to eat and drink so can be trapped. When large weddings are held, the hotel shouldn’t book other hotel guests. It’s not fair on either the hotel guests or the guests of the wedding. When I gave feedback to reception, a shrug and “ok” was the response. I usually stay at Taj and made a huge error not staying there this time.

Went to The Roseate for a cup of coffee. It’s a beautiful property. Very well maintained. Great staff too. My issue was that after ordering one double shot cappuccino, I was served a single shot cappuccino. After raising the issue they took my coffee back, added a shot and reheated the same coffee. A well trained barista knows that reheating the coffee changes the taste and profile of the coffee. Also using a steamer the coffee that I’ve already tasted is unhygienic. Never seen any establishment do that to reheat. They could have simply made a new one keeping in mind that they are a luxury establishment. I was in a rush so I avoided raising this issue. The server was polite and accommodating though as I mentioned this before leaving. Though I didn’t enjoy my experience I did like the property a lot.

Nice Hotel! We had a very good property tour alongwith some nice pictures clicked from Ram Pal ji. Who seems to be one of few early employees of Hotel. It seemed like Taj Mumbai property tour which was highly memorable . Almosrvof Hotel staff seem well motivated. Polite , active always ready to help and walk a extra mile for you. Amazing Breakfast! Good variety. We especially enjoyed Paranthas, Well done omelette and BC and Fresh Organge Jouice. Very well care and service by Chef, Sudhanshu and Upmanyu. Such commited employees are backbone of any such Hotel success. Keep it up! Thank you . Loved my stay and will come back again.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Stayed recently at The Roseate and while the property and ambience are beautiful, I unfortunately had a concerning experience with the breakfast buffet. Within hours of having breakfast, I developed acute stomach infection symptoms (watery motions and mild fever). Given the timing, it strongly appeared food-related. For a luxury property of this stature, food hygiene and handling standards need to be absolutely impeccable. I would request the management to review buffet food storage, temperature control, and overall quality checks to prevent such incidents for other guests. The service and infrastructure were good, but health and safety should come first.

What a hotel, the staff are unbelievably good. The ambiance is perfect. Very affordable too. Anyone who doesn't like the roseate has no taste. Yes some of the joinery in the rooms could be a bit better but it's minor, the rooms are extremely spacious and clean
