Love the Rosen House! There is a mini “museum” with three rooms of Old Fort Worth antiques after you enter the front door. Up the stairs you’ll be met by a comfortable king-sized bed with modern air conditioning. But the joy of the Rosen House is the breakfast experience! Not only is the food yummy on a rotating menu but Kelly and her assistant, Kristina, are so personable and caring. There are also two sweet Great Danes that love people and can accompany your experience! If you’re a dog lover, Rufus and Nellie can easily fill your dog-loving bucket!

All I can say is WOW! Book it - you won’t be disappointed. This historic home is as charming inside as it is out. Homemade breakfast included a wide variety of fantastic entrees. (My favorite was the Eggs Benedict on our final morning). The owner provided our group with terrific suggestions on places to visit, unique restaurants, and local shopping. Thank you for making our girls weekend such a memorable one. I would give this stay ten stars if I could!

Kelly has done it again! Another perfect visit! This is our third time visiting the Rosen House and each time we have enjoyed it. From the time we arrived to the day we left her staff has made sure we had what we needed and than some. I can't say enough good things about this B&B. See you again next year Kelly!

We extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights because we loved this accommodation and local area so decided we could explore dallas as well as fort worth from here. Loved the stunning house full of wonderful antiques and exploring the other streets in this historic area and the eateries and bars on Magnolia just down the road. Cooling off in the pool, the beautiful dogs and great breakfast and service. Thoughtful touches abounded. Highly recommended!

Google
Absolutely a lovely B&B house. I use this service every time I go to Fort Worth. Kelly, the owner, is such a darling, early morning ready to go to cook me breakfast! Always so attentive to my needs and food allergies. The house is kept in great condition as well as the surroundings. Is full of antiques, like a museum. I loved just taking walks around the neighborhood admiring other historical homes. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosen House Inn. The house was charming and had so many thoughtful little details. Kelly and Jason were very gracious hosts. They provided us with tons of information about the areas and recommendations of places to see and where to eat. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The inn was a lovely neighborhood that felt safe and wad within walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Fort Worth.

Google
Loved it! We stayed 2 nights and 3 days in the Fairmount room. The bathroom is huge… it might even be bigger than the room itself which was cool. A lot of windows which allowed us to look out into the trees because our room was on the second floor. We brought our 6 month old baby girl because we were in town for her adoption. It was only a 12 minute drive to the courthouse. The breakfast was wonderful, neighborhood was safe, clean, with beautiful houses all around. Clean sidewalks with a lot of walking distance restaurants. We will 100% stay here again.

Google
A pure gem in the historic area. Lots to adventure around this location. Excellent for business trips as well as other events. It's like stepping back in time in style. The beds are great, and so is the breakfast. Innkeepers are amazing, too!!

Yelp
So thankful for Kelly and the Rosen Inn! She is always there for me when I need a place to stay when the roads are icy and I have to work. This bed and breakfast is so cute and cozy and I always get good sleep between my shifts.

Yelp
We just love Kelly! The room is always great and breakfast is superb! Always a great time at The Rosen House

Yelp
We chose this home for the night before our wedding in Fort Worth and it was the best decision ever! We were so incredibly impressed with the hospitality, attention to detail, cleaning, and cute dogs! I would highly recommend for any special occasion or weekend away!

Yelp
I'm not going to lie, I was a little apprehensive about staying in an old house but I was blown away at the charm and comfort of the Rosen House. Each room is beautiful and so comfortable. I never sleep peacefully away from home but I slept so soundly. We loved hanging out in the pool and enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Our hosts were so accommodating and breakfast was so delicious. We will be going back, no doubt. And we have already told all our friends.

Yelp
This is the BEST B&B in Texas! The customer service was exceptional, she was so helpful and nice especially with my son in the hospital and everything we had going on... I WILL BE BACK! The house is beautiful, the food was fantastic and the beds and rooms are gorgeous

Yelp
My husband surprised me with a "stay-cation" at the Rosen House Inn for my birthday. The owner, Kelly, and her mom greeted us warmly. We were invited to look around the home, and with all the antique decor, we had a lot of fun checking out the common areas. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We ate dinner at Lili's on Magnolia - you'll find my review there. The next morning, Kelly prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We enjoyed this delicious meal and had an interesting conversation with Kelly. And we met and enjoyed Rufus, her beautiful Great Dane. After breakfast, we sat on the front porch, read our iPad and newspaper, and enjoyed the community setting. I was reluctant to leave, and we will be back for an overnight stay again. It is a wonderful retreat from busy life and you don't even have to leave the city.

Yelp
Hubby and I stayed here Friday and Saturday night as we were attending a wedding in downtown Fort Worth. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the two delightful ladies AND the most amazing chocolate chip cookies. We also met the puppy, Chloe and the neighborhood kitty, who I dubbed Orange Kitty because I forgot his name. The house is beautifully decorated and guests have full run of the downstairs rooms, including the one with recliners and the amazing old typewriter office room! Three guest rooms are located up the creaky stairs, along with a fridge with sodas and waters, a K-cup coffee machine and snacks, including popcorn. They thoughtfully included a microwave in this area, so it's an amazing perk. We had breakfast both days and my fave was the eggs Benedict. Hubby doesn't eat meat, so they dressed his with spinach and tomatoes. We ate every last bite and left two happy pandas! On Saturday evening, hubby and I visited the pool and just quietly paddled around, enjoying the unseasonably pleasant Texas weather. Another wonderful touch is the basket of pool towels and sunscreen! Such a relaxing place, so very close to the happenings of downtown and Sundance Square. It was about $8 for the two of us to take Uber from the YWCA to our quiet hideaway, which makes this an even greater bargain!

Yelp
Rosen House Inn is awesome- you arrive as a guest and when you leave, you feel like family. Kelly's breakfasts are incredible and different every day. She is a wealth of information about everything in the Fort Worth area and is extremely helpful in planning your visit. There is a bottle of wine in the room when you arrive and also cookies every day. Anything you can think of that you might need while you're there is available either in the room or outside in the hall. Great Dane Rufus is a sweetheart and he and Deb put up with my very spoiled dog. We highly recommend RHI!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. It was beyond our expectations. Kelly was extremely welcoming and wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, and when she noticed I didn't eat because I didn't like a dish she whipped me up a new one. She made us chocolate covered strawberries which were yummy, and left us a bottle of wine in our room. The room itself was very cozy, we had our own private bathroom, cable, and wifi. We will be coming back for future celebrations.

Yelp
This place has so much charm and history! Nestled in the quaint Fairmount district and easy walking to Magnolia street with all the trendy eateries. We love staying here when in Fort Worth. Kelly takes such good care of her guests! Nothing beats being greeted by sweet Rufus the resident Great Dane. Grab your keys and instructions from mom and head upstairs where you will find all kinds of snacks and beverages before headed to your room. The bottle of wine and delicious homemade Chocolate Chip cookies are always a nice added touch. Then comes BREAKFAST! OHMMMGGGGG. Just go and find out for yourself how wonderful it is to stay here!

Yelp
Fort Worth's Fairmount neighborhood has a good number of stately turn-of-the (20th) century homes, making it one of the more charming residential areas in Tarrant County. If you're not already lucky enough to live here in a home of your own, then the Rosen House Inn is the next best place to stay. This circa 1910 well-to-do home turned bed-and-breakfast has been extensively restored to something very close to its original splendor and the owners have taken great pains to create a space that very much occupies a specific place and time. The living spaces and dining areas on the ground floor have all been finished and decorated to recall its original 1900s character, while the guestrooms upstairs have been furnished to continue the historic narrative. And while all the hospitality accoutrements might be vintage, the important stuff is up to date, meaning your wi-fi, bathroom plumbing, flat screen TVs and mattresses are all up to your 21st century standards of living. Guests arriving with cars will appreciate the private parking. A pool is available for cooling off during the unbearable Texas summer months and the generous front and back porches are great for relaxing during cooler days. Reserve a stay in the Fairmount Suite if you can, its sprawling bed and cavernous bathroom are well worth whatever you'd pay for a comparable room downtown. Breakfast is served daily by the owner's mother, Deb, and chief innkeeper/owner Kelly is quick to welcome and make sure all your needs are met. To be sure, it comes with the usual old-building tics - thin walls and creaky floors - and the surrounding Fairmount neighborhood is still a few years away from being totally cleaned up. But this Inn is so well put-together, you're likely to be so taken with its restored glory you won't be paying attention to anything else. The Rosen House is a one-of-a-kind historic experience and deserves to be considered by anyone travelling through the great city of Fort Worth.

Yelp
The Rosen Inn is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Great room, good food, and warm inn keeper. Would definitely recommend to everyone. They accommodated our dietary needs with a delicious breakfast. They left cupcakes and a bottle of wine in our room and homemade bath salts to use. The bed was warm and comfy with lots of fun antique items all throughout the house. The house is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants.

Yelp
Stayed here in February 2018 for a Valentine's getaway. This place FAR exceeded our expectations! The owner (wife) is wonderful!! We learned a lot about the history of the home itself, where to go for a drink/to eat in FtWorth and got some great insight into some awesome whiskey brands. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the food was great as well! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Yelp
This was my first time staying in a B & B and I'm afraid I just wont be able to go back to hotels/motels. Everything was top notch which has been stated in other reviews, we stayed in the Fairmont Suite and the mattress was amazing as was the bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool and conversation with our host, we felt like we were staying with friends. Kelly's breakfast was amazing, makes me wonder what she could do with other meals!! We loved this place, I want to come back soon and I want to bring my friends and family. If your in Ft. Worth then you simply have to stay here! If you don't have a reason to be in Ft. Worth the Rosen House Inn is a really good reason to make the trip!!

Amanda K.

Yelp
This is an awesome B & B! The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The food in the morning is amazing! Not your standard B & B! Far more superior! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're from out of town or if you live down the street and just need a little getaway!

Sarah K.

Yelp
(We stayed here in late 2015... I'm migrating reviews from one account to another...) Very pretty B&B, nicely traditional decorations (but without a chintz overload). Comfortable room, lovely breakfast, and friendly owner/manager folks. Located in a neighborhood that's almost completely made the transition to renovated, with lots of local restaurants nearby. Very close to both museums and the stockyards. The house itself needs some updates - it's 100+ years old and some stuff is broken (faucet, latch, floors so squeaky they woke us up). So treat it as an excursion into the past and not a luxe modern hotel. But it's a fun way to stay in the midst of a very cool, non-touristy area. We'd stay again, for sure!

Yelp
Beautiful historic inn. The room was spacious , lovely, and had an very comfortable bed. The house is filled with impressive antiques . A delicious breakfast was provided. Some great eateries and shops were in walking distance which I took advantage of. For an incredibly awesome place to stay I would recommend this exquisite inn . Cheers

Yelp
I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and let me just say this was an AMAZING first experience. The house is so cute and there was a huge yard for my dog to play in. He made himself right at home. And let's just talk about the breakfast. WOW. Food was delicious and the hospitality was even better. Next time I am in Dallas I will come back for sure.

Yelp
Beautiful old home renovated to host a small number of guests. Breakfast daily was perfect, served in the main dining room. It was nice to chat with the few others that were staying there each day. The one day that I had to leave early (~530am), there was a packed breakfast for me waiting outside my door! The location is also a plus, just a 5 minute walk from lots of eats/drinks along Magnolia street. Also, on my short jogs in the afternoons, it was easy to reach the TCU campus and the Trinity trail to sight-see.

Emily H.

Yelp
This is the quintessential bed and breakfast. The owners are sweet and go above and beyond for their guests. The location is convenient, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood. My friend who was getting married, invited the bridesmaids to join her for breakfast the day of her wedding. The owner generously served breakfast to all of the bridesmaids, even though we didn't stay the night. Next time my husband and I are in Ft. Worth, we want to stay here!

Yelp

Yelp
Beautiful rooms, great care, and delicious breakfast. We stayed a night there. It was very comfortable, and we had much more available than expected. Breakfast was yummy eggs Benedict. The tea was great. Kelly and Deb are wonderful hostesses. We will be back. Whether they like it or not.

Yelp
A lovely bed and breakfast. Great location near magnolia street. Walking distance to cat city grille ( great dinner with a groupon). The inn was extremely friendly and comfortable. Our room was perfect. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. French toast with croissants, multiple types of syrups, potatoes and bacon...along with yogurt and fruit. The wine in our room topped off a lovely visit...definitely would go back!

Kathryn O.

Yelp
We stayed there around Christmas time and the house was all decked out for the holidays! The little touches around the room and around the house made it feel so homey and welcoming. Kelly made a wonderful breakfast! She even heard that we were looking to move to the area and she called around to help us find apartments! This was above-and-beyond kindness and we really appreciated her making us feel welcome, not only to the inn, but to the city.

Oscar W.

Yelp
This is a new B&B venture for Kelly and they seem to have started off well. Opened in December 2011, I believe Kelly said. While a little cool just yet to take a dip they have a rather nice pool which is somewhat unique for B&Bs as a whole, certainly for Fort Worth. They also offer gated parking which is a very nice alternative to street parking. Moat of the rooms have been renovated after a fire a couple of years ago, prior to Kelly's ownership I believe. Yet they've maintained the look of an historic home. Breakfast was a quite a treat - Eggs Benedict and potato hash. That was a another little surprise and a very pleasant alternative to the typical B&B fare of quiche. Magnolia St (or Ave, maybe) is about four blocks away so easily walkable. Lots of restaurants there. Also only a few blocks from Esparanza's (associated with Joe T. Garcia's - see my review on them). When Arts Goggle is going on this is a very convenient location to walk to the event. Highly recommend the place - Go support Kelly's dream!

Robin W.

Yelp
This is a wonderful B&B. Breakfast were so good. The accommodations were very comfortable. There was a refrigerator always stocked with bottled water and assorted beverages. Great hospitality. Will stay here again!

Kathy W.

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary at this beautiful B&B and were very impressed. The room was very comfortable with HD TV, WiFi, private bath , luxurious linens, and incredible hospitality. Kelli & Deb are so personable! We were greeted by Chloe, the family dog, and shown to our room located in a mansion built in between 1900 and 1910 in The Fairmount District of Fort Worth, the largest historic district in the US. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful antiques and has the most comfortable wrap around porch ever! Rosen House is minutes from downtown, TCU and two blocks south of the restaurants o Magnolia St. We have 2 girls at TCU and will never stay anywhere else in Fort Worth but Rosen House!

Rogelio R.

Yelp
The most amazing chocolate chip cookies.Rosen House Inn good location, The house is beautifully decorated and guests have full run of the downstairs rooms, the amazing Rosen House Inn.

Yelp
Recent trip to Convention was a treat to say the least. I had to actually choose from at least three different dining places. Space was awesome. Staff was stellar. Thanks Hilton for giving that big city feeling a down home comfort.

Barry Y.

Yelp
This lovely B&B is located in the Fairmount Historic District, an up-and-coming, but not fussy, neighborhood close to downtown, just a few blocks' walk from the West Magnolia Avenue restaurant strip. The rooms are decorated with an old-fashioned aesthetic, with lots of attention to detail from the bathroom floor tiles to the knicknacks (hat boxes, hair brushes, antique valises). Kelly and her mother Deb are friendly hosts who adapted well to my dietary restrictions as they prepared their large and tasty (but again not fussy) breakfasts. It was particularly relaxing, after a long workday, to come home to cozy surroundings, reliable wifi, a swimming pool and a hot tub. I definitely recommend the Fairmount Suite, where I stayed, with its sleigh bed, famously huge bathroom, modern shower, and clawfoot tub, but should note to business travelers that the only desk is in the bathroom. A special note to male travelers: If you enjoy the feel of an old-fashioned barber shop, walk to The Barber, 1264 West Magnolia, and let Jorge treat you right for $12. And to vegetarians and vegans: Check out the simple, delicious fare at Spiral Diner, 1314 West Magnolia.
