The Rothschild Hotel boasts one undeniable strength — its location. Nestled on one of Tel Aviv’s most iconic boulevards, it offers easy access to the city’s energy, charm, and cultural pulse. Unfortunately, the service and room experience didn’t quite match the elegance the address suggests. While the overall stay was okay, a few details stood out in ways they shouldn’t have. The room was missing basics like a hairdryer, and small touches — such as fresh cups for water and properly cleared cutlery — were overlooked. The layout itself felt awkward, with functionality taking a backseat. Service-wise, the team was friendly but noticeably inexperienced. Hospitality at this level requires a bit more refinement and awareness. Some staff seemed unsure or untrained, which was surprising for a hotel with such a premium location and reputation. In short: the Rothschild Hotel shines in location, but lags in execution. With more attention to detail and stronger hospitality training, it could truly live up to its potential.

Cozy boutique hotel in lovely Rotschild Boulevard, bit if Paris and a bit of NYC Soho in an unique refurbished building. Comfortable rooms furnished with excellent taste with all mod cons but still echoing the times that were (water in a earthenware jug). Great water pressure and l'Occitaine cosmetics in funky vial shaped plastic bottles and wooden stands. Very quiet at night. Excellent front desk service (kudos to Dimitri) and yummy breakfast made to order. The present situation shown in slight lack of tlc (spent battery in the safe) but nothing a call to reception cannot mend. Note - a few seemingly unavoidable steps at the entrance and lobby and specifically ask for a room with walk in shower if the bathtub does not work for you. Will do all my very best to come back soon.

Downmarket, poorly maintained hotel with noisy and dirty rooms. The property is understaffed, the service is rude and unprofessional. Terrible value for money. We left halfway through our stay—this place is simply not suitable if you’re used to even basic standards abroad. Avoid and book elsewhere.

Unheard-of customer service. They advertised private parking but couldn’t accommodate it, then asked us to leave and cancel. A downmarket hotel—be warned. On top of the terrible experience in check in they provided extremely small room. overpriced low quality - last time

We loved our stay at the Rothschild Hotel. ||The location was fantastic. Being on Rothschild Boulevard you are near great restaurants like Cafe Noir and Cicchetti, and also near Shenkin St which has lovely shops and cafes. ||The hotel room was spacious, clean and homely. The bathroom is really nice and the soaps are lovely - a large selection of natural soaps/hair products are provided.||We’d definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice people at what is really a three star hotel. Dark hallways, small rooms and limited service offerings. With an average coffee shop type restaurant. Don’t let the name fool you-this is an average hotel in a decent location and by no means luxury or even four star.

I was their in Dec 2021. The staff is so helpful, so friendly, rooms are very nice. The best is the visitors lounge open upstairs - hours of free snacks and drinks and a great view. They are perfectly located in the center of Tel Aviv. You can walk to the carmel market, the beach or the mall. Afternoon specials in the lobby most days. Breakfast is a knockout. Theyd o have an underground garage too.

Friendly service. Beautiful rooms and a very good location. This small hotel is a gem.
