Discover Jalan Kamunting, Kuala Lumpur’s most creative neighbourhood - SilverKris

"Once the city’s nightlife epicentre, this revitalized stretch of Jalan Kamunting now features over twenty 1940s-style shopfronts housing excellent restaurants, a glittering nightlife scene, charming cafés, world-class art galleries and a variety of creative businesses, giving the area a distinctly creative flair and making it a major cultural and entertainment hub." - SilverKris

The hidden charm point of this street is the Petronas Twin Towers photo point. The restaurants are also good.

There’s 3 streets here full of just incredible food!!!! My favourites are bricks and bread for the best baked custard you will ever eat in your entire life. Or 103 for the best breakfasts and tapestry for also some incredible food. We spent a month eating here every single day and having so much fun discovering new places and new menus. This street is a must if you’re in KL.

My husband and I stumbled upon The Row Kuala Lumpur while going for our afternoon tea at the adjacent hotel, and what a delightful discovery it was! The charming street was lined with an array of cafes and restaurants. We were so impressed by the architecture and ambience that we couldn't help but wish we had chosen to dine there instead. The Row KL has certainly earned a spot on our list for future visits - we can't wait to experience all it has to offer!

Nice ambience and vibes. Came on a public holiday but it was very quiet, with only a handful of choices opened for brunch. Few tourists and locals were here just to take photos. Only wished that the surrounding area was more walkable as there were some run-down buildings and construction just across the road. Paid parking is available at the open air carpark nearby.

One of the highly recommended places in the heart or KL because of its great ambience for meetups with great food and drinks! There is also a great spot for insta-worthy photo after sunset with the Petronas twin towers as backdrop.

༻༺ We had staycation around this area and The Row is within walking distance. The Row is old shop houses refurbished into stylish bistros, restaurants and cafes. There are some interesting restaurants and cafes at and nearby The Row. The Row still looks rather empty for now (some shops are still vacant). This place has a lot of potential and looking forward to it being another busy eatery and drinks joint (alternative to Changkat).

Hidden gem with many modern cafes and restaurants both local and international. Just 5 minutes walk from Medan Tuanku monorail station.
