Found an unattended full water bottle sitting on a table, I know how easy it is to spike and hot glue a water bottle to be closed. Brought it to the bartender and was called drunk and kicked out. Work for government contractors, tried to explain that I know how the situations work, and they just threw out my drink, which was my second and full… and just kept calling me drunk and told me to leave the premise… obviously, do not care about the safety of customers and care more about the Almighty dollar… “Edit” I also want to note that I was sober enough to call my bank and dispute my charges with them because if you will throw me out for looking out for others, you don’t deserve my money and deserve to eat the cost… you deserve the low rating as well.

I have been here multiple times and this last time I went we got kicked out after sitting down on the speakers? to be fair the lighting makes it hard to tell that they are speakers, had we known that wasn’t allowed we would’ve moved but they immediately kicked us out even though we only sat for less than a minute to literally text people and come to find out someone stole my phone afterwards, i had only been there that night and they refused to let me in to find my phone even after telling them my phone was in there. Come to find out someone ended up taking my phone to another bar which we hadn’t been in and i finally got it back after locking and searching for it the whole night. To clarify I have never lost my phone once because I am always careful and have been in there less sober than i was at that moment, also went to multiple bars after trying to find my phone and surprise surprise i wasn’t that intoxicated and i got into every single one of them.

I understand protocol and rules have to be followed but the security guy did not handle situations very well last night. He was very aggressive and could easily turn a bad situation into a worse one if there was one. By being very aggressive and mouthy and conformational.. My friend was just simply dancing and we were all singing together and the man grabbed him up by his arm and shirt and told him he needed to leave. He shoved him into the elevator and I was trying to sit my drink down so I could leave with my friend and he start mouthing off to me and being rude to me.Like I said I understand protocol and rules should be followed, but a security officer should never be shoving and mouthing off in people’s face when they are being compliant and agreeing to leave we were just trying to get our group together so our friend wasn’t left alone. I’ve never seen someone act like that unprovoked.

Went on Friday, it was lit! The dj was so diverse in music, drinks and atmosphere were good too!! The only thing I didn’t like was the floor was so sticky from all the drinks that were wasted, it was almost hard to dance. But I would definitely go back :)

We entered and asked what vip bottle service was. We were told at the door it was $250. We were charged $500 and when a member of our group went outside to smoke they (and the member of our group who escorted them for safety reasons) were not allowed back inside and told they “didn’t have to explain” why. We will not ever be coming back.

The owner of this club was absolutely outstanding. Went above and beyond for my friend that is in a wheel chair. Expect to wait in line on the weekends but that is just part of it! The atmosphere was great and the security was kind. The drinks were priced well in my opinion as well. Overall a great time!

Worst place to get loose and have a good time, bouncers are too strict and extremely violent, with this kind of behavior, this place will shut down. I’d rather pay a $100 to get into a club that is actually fun. Bouncers kick anyone out for anything. On top of the staff being ignorant of their surroundings, I witnessed 2 people roofing drinks, this place is in shambles and I will not be returning to this trashy place.

Terrible. They kicked us out because they mistook us for the wrong people. They took our drinks after I paid $30 worth and I didn’t even get a drink. Do not go here. Terrible service. I am livid about this.

Bouncer was a dickhead and would not let me in, I asked why and he said "because I said so" Very unprofessional!

On the rox won't stop charging my card!!!! Can't reach the merchant but they keep changing the pending charge to now double!!! I made sure to sign and leave merchant copy of receipt, they have no changed it multiple times DO NOT GO HERE

I thought this place would be pretty good ... I'm from Los Angeles, CA and I'm 25 years olds but it's my first time in Kentucky. Literally I've been recommended by a quite few in town that this place is the best however it's not. The security manhandled another man out of the club and throughout that process he knocked over my shot out of my hand. I wouldn't be as mad but for this particular round i bought "Don Julio 1942" and that's the most expensive alcohol they have here. I asked several times for the head of security and was never introduced to him or her. They made me repay for another beverage.. just extremely unprofessional by this place.

The Roxy is a fun bar, but it smells bad. Lately it's been worse. Last night my friends and I went there and we immediately left because the smell was so gnarly and overwhelming.

Nick the bouncer is an idiot and does not know the difference between an actual Kentucky ID and a fake. Get some people that can actually do their job. Disappointed.
