Is a gorgeous charming British era theatre worth a visit for a play. There are beautiful windows, chandeliers, mirros, and winding staircase, There is enough leg space while you sit and enjoy the show. Too bad they don't have more groups performing here. The steps in the balcony are a bit steep for elderly.

This place has that SOBO vibe, which every Mumbaikar should experience atleast once. Reminds of the British Era. Do go there dressed up elegant and not like me in tshirt and track pants. Get some nice pictures in there.. Was on my checklist, was quite a nice experience. Went for a comedy skit call The Relationship Agreement. Might go again for other shows.

A milestone destination to be in when you’re in the city of Mumbai. A place that is not only meant for stage performances, but that teleports you back to a Victorian era where grandiosity and larger-than-life performances were revered and celebrated. This is the ultimate zone for art, music, history, and motion, arts enthusiast to converge for the best, cultural and fusion events in the city. I was here for the Ibtida ek Mehfil mumbai edition which brought electronica virtuosos Techpanda and Kenzani meet Hindustani classical artforms in the most brilliant Jugalbandi ever. Highly recommend the curtains here. A must visit spot.

I attended the candlelight concert at the Opera House and it's been a thoroughly beautiful experience! The renovated Opera House holds the same charm as before, Royal and classy! Highly recommend it

I was sceptical at first when I booked this candlelight show by the end of August. We were more than mesmerized once we visited. The entry was fully decorated with candles and the interiors were also decorated. The interiors were complimenting the lit candle or rather the other way round. The tickets were available at a minimal price of 1k ranging till the box seating. For this particular show the box seating was unavailable and all were placed on 3 levels. We bought a 1.5 k per person ticket and were placed on the first mezzanine level. There was a second mezzanine floor which was a bit pricey. I would surely visit again if given a chance . Highly recommended!

Awesome experience last evening with college mates for Sufi fusion music. The icing on the cake was the audience stood up to dance together. Magical ambience.
