Very nice rooms 😊 great service! They stored our luggage for free for 2 nights while we visited Lake Toya. Our first room is with a park view at a high floor level. The Sapporo TV Tower is just right by our window! 😆 thus the location is very convenient. We will definitely go back to this hotel! Highly recommended!

It’s nice and quite. There is no TV in the room but I like the peace and quiet. There was a a vinyl record player but don’t quite know how to work it out. Nevertheless the room is cozy and big enough (bigger than most Japanese hotels I have been to). The hotel is just a few meters away from the metro/subway entrance. The subway area has plenty of eating places.

Not a huge fan of this hotel. If you are a family of four with two young kids, you get two twin beds. There is a day bed in the room but they won't give you linens. We kept asking for one flat sheet which they gave us the first night but the cleaning person took it away the next morning. When we asked for another flat sheet, they refused. Not sure if they expected one of us to sleep on the day bed with no sheet which is kinda gross. The day bed is advertised as a an extra sleeping space. Also there is a rental area where you can get extra blankets (no linens) but we found hairs(!!)in our blankets. Agree with another reviewer who said not all the staff are personable/welcoming here.

Exceeded expectations. Commodious rooms, shower cubicle and bathroom. Location being central and perfect for the city and also going for day trips. The roof top terrace in the evenings is a MUST DO with a brilliant view of the tower. We did not have the breakfast there but went to DOUTOR around 2 mins walk from the hotel which opens at 7 am . The Bakery/ restaurant next door called Donguri inside Le TROIS is a treasure for freshly baked food and salads. Great stay and hope to come back

The location is great, with easy access to Sapporo Station and Susukino via the underground shopping mall, whether it's cold in winter or hot in summer. The rooms are clean, and the rooftop has a great atmosphere. Ice is available on the third floor, but a microwave would have been a plus.

Stayed here for a few nights in a standard double. Location is right next to the TV Tower and the hotel has an awesome rooftop terrace with a bar, seating, firepits and a yurt! Also nearby entrance to metro and "Aurora Town". Staff were friendly and spoke enough English at check-in/out. However they mostly directed people to the machines which had a queue, where as I'm sure they could have done some manually to speed things up? Rooms were far more spacious than what you get in Tokyo, had their own vinyl player hooked up to a "wooden" Bluetooth speaker (yes, you can pair your phone to it). Nice little touch although the vinyl on offer in their room was... not to their taste and would have been good if it could have been swapped? Otherwise the room was clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious with a really good shower. If I ever visit Sapporo again I would happily stay here again

The hotel was great overall, but unfortunately, a fire broke out on our floor on the first night of our stay. The staff handled the situation well, but we would have appreciated better communication about what happened, even the next day we still didn’t know, which was stressful. We waited close to two hours, mostly outside (which is understandable for safety reasons, though it was uncomfortable), at night. We would have appreciated some form of compensation or discount, as our first night was quite hectic. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location with the best view of the tower. The rooms are super comfortable, and overall, it’s a great place to stay. It was just unlucky that this singular event happened and caused us stress.

I stayed in Sapporo for a couple nights but I honestly I really loved my room. The check in is on the second floor with a REALLY nice lounge. There's also a rooftop bar. There's no tv in the room but there is a record player with a library of Vinyls on the second floor. All in all I absolutely loved this hotel
