Stayed here for a few nights in a standard double. Location is right next to the TV Tower and the hotel has an awesome rooftop terrace with a bar, seating, firepits and a yurt! Also nearby entrance to metro and "Aurora Town". Staff were friendly and spoke enough English at check-in/out. However they mostly directed people to the machines which had a queue, where as I'm sure they could have done some manually to speed things up? Rooms were far more spacious than what you get in Tokyo, had their own vinyl player hooked up to a "wooden" Bluetooth speaker (yes, you can pair your phone to it). Nice little touch although the vinyl on offer in their room was... not to their taste and would have been good if it could have been swapped? Otherwise the room was clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious with a really good shower. If I ever visit Sapporo again I would happily stay here again

The hotel was great overall, but unfortunately, a fire broke out on our floor on the first night of our stay. The staff handled the situation well, but we would have appreciated better communication about what happened, even the next day we still didn’t know, which was stressful. We waited close to two hours, mostly outside (which is understandable for safety reasons, though it was uncomfortable), at night. We would have appreciated some form of compensation or discount, as our first night was quite hectic. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location with the best view of the tower. The rooms are super comfortable, and overall, it’s a great place to stay. It was just unlucky that this singular event happened and caused us stress.

Very nice rooms 😊 great service! They stored our luggage for free for 2 nights while we visited Lake Toya. Our first room is with a park view at a high floor level. The Sapporo TV Tower is just right by our window! 😆 thus the location is very convenient. We will definitely go back to this hotel! Highly recommended!

I stayed in Sapporo for a couple nights but I honestly I really loved my room. The check in is on the second floor with a REALLY nice lounge. There's also a rooftop bar. There's no tv in the room but there is a record player with a library of Vinyls on the second floor. All in all I absolutely loved this hotel

Rooms are super tiny, left luggage on floor and you barely get space to walk around. The vanity area is too small that you can hardly find space sufficient for toiletries. Rooms at night quite noisy, heard a lot of sirens and weird noises. Location; however, is good where you can access the underground route all the way to Sapporo main station.

The location of the hotel is in perfect proximity to local trains and bus routes. The hotel breakfast, rooms, staff and overall experience was perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel. (Room sizes are also very good, we travelled with two ski bags and two large suitcases)

This was one of- if not the best hotel during our Japan trip this year. The hotel features very nicely furnished and clean rooms as well as a proper whiskey bar with good jazz music. We will come again on our next trip to Sapporo!

Very nice location right next to the metro station. Room is big enough for us to open a total of 4 luggage. There's just 1 downside about city, parking always is quite annoying though. It's nothing about the hotel, it's just the parking space and the cost are pretty expensive. Anyways, thanks for the service, and if I'm returning back to Sapporo, will definitely back in this hotel.
