The Perfect Stay Right Inside the Airport The location couldn’t be better — it’s literally inside Haneda Airport’s Terminal 3, directly connected to the departure area. I woke up in the morning, enjoyed a nice breakfast, and simply rolled my suitcase to the check-in counter without ever stepping outside. No rain, no wind — just effortless travel. A short indoor walk also takes you to the Haneda Airport Garden complex, where you can shop, dine, or pick up last-minute souvenirs before your flight. It’s an unbeatable location for both convenience and comfort. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet-style and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable — I stayed with my daughter, and our twin room had plenty of space for two large suitcases. There was also a small table and chairs where we could sit and enjoy some snacks. I especially appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom, which was perfect for relaxing. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay — highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of Haneda.

Google
It was so nice to find this hotel right inside the airport terminal. You do not even have to walk outside. I landed around 7am, had breakfast rested a few hours and felt able to then deal with the Tokyo subway. It is a really easy way to deal with arrival or spend your last evening - with no journey whatsoever to the airport. Room was small but had everything I needed and there was no noise at all. Breakfast was a buffer and perfectly fine with good miso soup. I would stay again.

Simple check-in and check out with payment upon check-in. Rooms were small but adequate for the short transit stay until next morning’s international flight. Beds were firm and fortunately did not have the body size dip found in most hotel beds. Bathroom had all the necessities: a strong pressure shower, tooth brush and toothpaste, comfortable slippers that fit my wide feet and that of my husband’s. Their unisex night robe was comfortable to sleep in. I almost didn’t have to open my luggage. The airport lounges and our departure gate were nearby. Excellent stay for the price. Totally worth the price! Book early since it was sold out when we checked in.

Google
Very "interesting" stay. Had a change of flight schedule so my travel agent had the airline book me a stay due to the very long stopover. We were in a "normal" room which had the hardest best I have ever slept on. In softness I would rate it 1 out of 10. 10 being soft and comfy! The pillow was made out of beans so it was like sleeping on a beanie babie! Room was tiny. Not a huge fan. Room was very clean though and lots of amenities in the bathroom was a good thing. Water pressure good. Room was a bit old fashioned. ||On the way back we decided to book a better class of room and for approximately US$90 we chose the premium floor and a room that was a bit bigger and would fit out suitcases in. The bed ranked a 2.5 in softness out of 10 in this premium room. Pillow was still the weird bean thing. Room was very clean. Lots of usb plugs and power points. Room did have a great view of the airport and was very quiet. Could hear noise in the walkway though.||I would suggest going to stay across the road at the Villa Fontaine which has a small shopping mall connected to it and seems a lot more modern.

Google
Wonderful airport hotel accessible from within terminal 3. The entrance to the hotel is on the same floor as the check-in desk in the left hand corner. We had an early morning flight. Staying here means that we did not have to get up really early and make our way to the airport. Instead we were able to sleep in a little, go downstairs to check out and the check-in desk was right in front of the hotel without even having to leave the building. Check in was a self service machine. It does take a little while. You have to follow the instructions, answer the questions, scan all your passports and pay any outstanding balance before your room keys are issued. There are several machines available and you use the same machines to check out. A member of staff is close by to provide assistance if required. We did not have to wait to check in nor check out but during busy periods it may be interesting. The rooms are okay size and comfortable. You have all the amenities including shaver kit combs and even a set of pyjamas. You have full control of the temperature using the thermostat. The shower is good. You also get free bottles of water in the fridge. Another thing worthy of a mention is the soundproofing of the rooms. I had a great night sleep without the noise of fellow guests walking past our room or getting ready in the morning. For a morning flight, I would definitely stay here overnight for a more relaxed journey. It is a bit more expensive than staying at nearby hotels but for the convenience it is worth it. Highly recommended.

Google
Location is so excellent as this hotel is right at the departures in terminal 3. The room was very small but clean; lucky I was on my own as the bathroom is all glass off the bedroom - no privacy at all. Maybe this is because I was solo - so if you are with a family /friends ask the question whether there is privacy to the bathroom before booking. Bed and pillow were hard. Check in was easy using the online booking station device at reception. I didnt pay for breakfast instead opted to go to Tullys Coffee cafe in the terminal which was really good value and had excellent coffee. If you have an early flight or you arrive into Tokyo late at night I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel

Google
This hotel is located at departure hall (outside immigration gate) It is easy to reach the hotel, the entrance is just at the left corner of the departure hall. Follow the signage and you can get there easily. The room I stayed was in square size, and the space of bathroom was large. Just weird that the curtain at bathroom cannot be fully covered (opposite side was the roof of another building) and because of the not fully closed curtain, it would be bright in the morning and made me awake Self service check in is available at lobby. It is easy to use for check in and out The convenient store at airport is located 5-8mins walk from hotel. A bit far away. Overall, this hotel is convenient for the traveller who need to stay overnight

Google
Excellent location at public area of Terminal 3 level 3 of Haneda airport. Very convenient as there's no need to catch another transport to hotel especially if arriving late. Small room but good service

Yelp
Location, location, location...flying out of Haneda Airport on an early flight, rather than waking up early and rushing to get to the airport, I opted to stay on site at the international airport terminal and it was a great idea. The room was relatively small, even for a Japanese room (barely enough room to walk around the bed), but it was comfortable and the bathroom, shower/bath worked. There is a restaurant right by the entrance to dine, but remember, there are a whole bunch of eating establishments and convenience stores in the airport. I checked in to the hotel in the early afternoon and took the train back to Tokyo where I enjoyed one last night and returned to the airport where I was able to get a decent night's sleep before flying back. It's worth considering staying at the airport hotel as I had a restful sleep and lazily walked to the check-in counter for my flight home.

Yelp
Super convenient airport hotel inside terminal 3 departure level, all the way to the end of the departure hallway. The room is well arranged. Beds and pillows are comfortable, you get a bath and a shower in this small room. Very happy about this nice place to rest in the airport before another long flight to India. We are well rested.

Yelp
This was the last of the 3 hotels we stayed at during our recent Japan adventure-- and fortunately it was just for one night. Room was the tiniest of all 3 hotels we stayed at. It was also the most outdated, and the staff were a bit less friendly. The only enjoyable part was the convenience of being in the international terminal.

Yelp
TL;DR: hotel not bad but carpet felt not that clean. Now this hotel was good but it had a few things I would point out. There need's to be a way to make stars in fractions. The hotel itself was a saving light; We had a fun time in Japan and when it came time to leave, there was a mess up with how time zones were labeled on the tickets. So out next flight wasn't until tomorrow afternoon. So either sleep in the terminal or hotel? Hotel. It's a given that renting a room at a hotel with no prior reservation will cost more however, it was expensive for two rooms for the one night! The rooms. The rooms themselves were small, that is not the issues here, in Japan space is pretty limited, yet what I am saying here is that carpet of the room we stayed in were kind of nasty! I did not like the feeling of how the carpet felt dirty! I'm not sure if it was the carpet texture itself was off but I knew that I had to use the slippers they provided us. I do not have a picture of the room itself but the room looked a bit tacky. Service staff were great and friendly. The hotel's water system is contained in a gigantic wooden industrial sized tub with a note card in the bathroom describing the wooden structure. All and all, not bad for a hotel that's part of the Haneda Airport. A warning for those that want to travel, Make sure you read your return tickets very well! Do not make the same mistake we did! Learn about the countries time zones and what kind of clock system they use! Do research and ask for help. Ask the airport staff what time *OF DAY* when you have to leave: Morning, afternoon, evening, night, or red-eye flights (flights that take place between 10PM-6AM). If you are in Japan or planning on going to Japan. Hope you have or had fun, I sure did!

Yelp
Super convenient hotel with an art musuem on one floor (!). No. We didn't make time to visit the art musuem. Wish we did. Very accomodating staff, and ATM style check in and check out service. Clearly perfect for the one night stay or business traveler, as our rooms had fresh pajamas, basic toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver, full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap. There was also a pants press and a 'freshen up' spray for your clothing. Microwave and refrigerator and kettle included. Unlike some other hotels, there wasn't a lobby tray of additional amenties, but as I mentioned, likely this place is designed for the one nighters. Who stays multiple days in an airport? Nice location next to a upscale restaurant with a bar, and then a few 100 feet from what I consider a 'shopping mall in the sky', with additional resturants, stores and light entertainment options (drop a yen, win a doll kind of thing). If you are stuck 8 hours in an airport - like we were - it's not too shabby of place to find yourself.

Yelp
Stayed overnight in the Prism suite on the 8th floor. The hotel was very posh & exquisite! Lots of little details including down to the pajamas & even mikimoto cosmetics. The coffee maker was reminiscent of this one cruise line's Neptune suite coffee maker. Easy to make & perfect tasting coffee & also the earl grey tea! I noticed the old way of Japanese bathing. First showered & that particular rain shower was truly HEAVENLY!!! Plus scrub down in the deep tub. But I guess I'm too Americanized bc I just took a shower instead. They do give you 2 free bottles of mineral water. Although we got four go figure. Out of the three suites one in Sacramento, next Waikiki & then here this one was by far the best one bc the accommodations were stunning & the front desk also included two free drinks, complimentary Japanese style buffet breakfast & little details that were inclusive like comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, vanity set, headband, scrub brush & bath salts! We definitely got spoiled! Would love to come back!

Yelp
My wife booked a one hour a shower for 5,000 yen and used about 30 minutes. My son was stuck at security so I was delayed waiting for him. When I got there, I asked to use a shower, the front desk clerk told me they were sold out. My wife came out and still had 30 minutes left and the front desk clerk would not let me use her remaining time. I understand the policy since its to avoid multiple people sharing a shower, but they should have some latitude since they were sold out With extra time remaining, this is a very poor policy and customer service.

Yelp
Location is spectacular! I did not want to stress about traveling to the airport for our morning flight. This hotel is located IN in the international terminal. You are steps from the check in counters. The best part is you have access to Haneda Garden that is loaded with restaurants and shops. There is an amazing sushi restaurant open 24 hrs too! It was nice to go to the observation deck to watch the flights take off. Check in was -meh. It's via kiosk and if you have more than one room you will get stuck. There was an attendant who attempted to help us but his Japanese was poor and he didn't speak English well either. I wanted to make sure our rooms were on the same floor but that didn't happen because no one to speak to about arranging this. The gentleman at the actual check in counter kept insisting we use the kiosk which was not helpful . After 10 minutes of this we went to our rooms which were on different floors. This would not have been a problem but every time we wanted to visit each other's room you had to go to the front desk and ask a bellman to use his key card to get to another floor. Quite annoying and very inconvenient. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice - we had a separate toilet with sink basin room from our tub and shower with another sink. Our room had a mini fridge and a nice sized couch, table and chair. Other than that if you want easy access to your flight stay here.

Yelp
Location can't be beat, inside Terminal 3 right off the departures hall. You can hear the PA announcements from the restaurant, where they have a really good breakfast. Stayed here twice, 1st time room was great with a roller blind but 2nd time the room had vertical blinds that could not align perfectly so could not black out the room, luckily I had an eye mask. Super clean, quiet, free water, pajamas, can walk to the shops and restaurants in the airport and the adjacent mall. Only knock is the room is small as expected so it really seems like a waste of space not to have beds with useable space under the bed. Though the room is small it does feel just a tiny bit larger than some of the really tiny rooms in Tokyo proper.

Yelp
I had an 8 hour layover and rather than shopping and spending money or lounging in the crowded airport lounge I decided to book at 6 hour stay here. Best decision ever! The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom was bigger than some other Japanese business hotels I've stayed at. I used their pajamas, shower cap, shower, coffee and tea with hot water kettle, the tiny fridge for my sushi that I got before checking in. Ate there in a little corner. Watched BBC news. Checked on my flight on the TV. It's typical Japanese thoughtfulness and thoroughness. I took a nap before my red eye home and it was a little over a hundred bucks. It's not cheap but I prolly woulda done more damage if I stayed at terminal 2 shopping mall and used my credit card at all the stores there. It was fairly quiet although I did hear some noisier guests in the hallway. The best thing is that it's inside the international terminal past security. Right by gate 114. I booked and prepaid online - there was a sign reading that there weren't any vacancies so glad I did that. I felt rested, refreshed, clean for my flight!

Yelp
I had an awful day of travel, delayed flights and missed connections. Finally got to Tokyo Haneda Airport and spent the night at The Royal Park Hotel. Quick, clean, and extremely convenient. I ate dinner at 9:30pm and they close the kitchen at 10:00. At 9:50 a large group (about 15) came in and there was no question they took on the whole group.
google avatar

Blu M.

Yelp
I'm so glad this hotel exists because without it, I would be rushing to my flight and also would probably have to stay at a hotel that's near the airport but still a hassle because of getting on a bus or train. Instead Royal Park is literally inside the airport at terminal 3 departure floor. The hotel is very nice and clean! The staff were very polite and nice and overall was just nice to be around and get a good night rest without rushing to the airport! Also wasn't too pricey since I booked ahead of time!

Yelp
Rooms are very small but it is very convenient. Close to the departure lounge. If you have a early flight it is worth staying there overnight

Yelp
I'm so impressed by this airport hotel I pulled up Yelp to praise it immediately. The service is fine, but as someone who travels quite a bit for work it is a real pleasure to find an airport hotel that excels as this one does. It is a small room for one, but the Haneda managed to make it feel bigger than it is thanks to the thoughtfully placed bathroom, which takes up 1/3rd of the room. This is fine as I am just sleeping here and doing some work, but it brightens the place up, and it could have been really dour if the wall was solid beige or something. It's quiet, comfortable, I can't hear airplanes from my room, and it's nice and cool in what is a record-breakingly hot summer. It's also a lot closer to the airport (it's IN the airport on the 3rd floor/don't go up the escalator near the entrance or you'll miss it) than Google Maps suggested. I thought maybe it was .7 miles away from Haneda, but it's a short walk to security check-in. Considering I shipped my luggage to arrive ahead of me, this is the perfect place to stay the night before, rather than rushing to the airport on the day of my departure. I'll be staying here every time I come through if they have space!

Yelp
Good hotel! there was a complimentary water in the refrigerator and the room was very clean. the toilet had a bidet and the bathroom was full of amenities.
google avatar

Yelp
This hotel is small right outside terminal 3 of Haneda Airport you can access directly from airport lobby. Very good quick service and friendly attendants. Nice smaller room with all the amenities you need for a good nights rest. I'd definitely recommend for a one or quick stay rest.

Yelp
This hotel is the only hotel adjacent to the international terminal (T3) of Haneda International Airport. I stayed here for one night on the day I arrived from JFK. After I arrived at Haneda on an ANA flight around 9:20pm, I went through the immigration and customs and went up to the Departure level to enter the hotel. At check-in, the front desk lady staff gave me a little chocolate gift for Valentines Day. It was a couple of days before St. Valentine's Day but I thought that was a great service. It reminded me of the Japanese custom of girls give chocolates to boys on Valentine's Day. I went into my room and saw the outside view of two ANA planes parked at gates in a distance. The funny thing is that between the view or the windows and the bedroom is the bathroom. The bathroom and the bedroom are separated by floor-to-ceiling glass windows without any blinds or curtains on the windows. Interesting design. Next morning I took a warm bath and shower with the airport view but soon the hot water and the warm temperature and moisture made the windows cloudy and I could not see outside anymore. The pillow was a very unique one. It was a two fold type and you can choose the texture of your choice. The room had an air purifier/humidifier. It was clean, functional and very comfortable small room. At this hotel, like many other moderately priced hotels, you pay first using a machine, then get to your room. When you arrive at Haneda late at night, this is a very good hotel to stay on your first night in Tokyo.
google avatar

Lis K.

Yelp
That one time I went to Japan. Not having to navigate somewhere additional upon arrival in Haneda is wonderful. The hotel is tucked in at the far right corner if you're facing the front exit. I missed it a couple of rounds. My floor had a lovely hallway art gallery. The room was tiny as everywhere in Japan but tidy and perfect for me. Hot baths are amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that covered more traditional Japanese items as well as some western items. I ended up changing one of my bookings so I could stay the last night here and fly out the following day. I checked out as required but as my flight was not leaving for several hours, the concierge kindly stored my luggage while I did some final shopping etc. So convenient. Plus... Less to do with the hotel but pro Tip: There's an AMAZING tonkatsu place in the airport restaurant area that I highly recommend. I ate here twice.

Yelp
The Royal Park Hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd Floor of the Haneda International Terminal. I chose this hotel because I didn't want Darcie to have to spend the night in the terminal with me. It was cheaper than the Excelsior and offered reasonable double occupancy unlike the cabins. It was very easy to find after exiting Customs because it was clearly marked. The outside looks fancy. When we got in there was no line. Just a handful of passenger checking in and airline employees checking out. We had our room keys in minutes. We caught the elevator to the 6th floor and walked down a long hallway with plush carpet. Once in the room, we turned off our Ninja Wifi to conserve the battery and logged onto the free hotel wifi. I spruced up the carry ons as Darcie showered. She said You're gonna love this shower. She was right. The tub was super deep. The water was piping hot and very forceful. They also stocked the shower with full size amenities. Other little touches were the free water and toilets with bidets. I don't think i would stay here for a full vacation, but well worth the cost for a comfortable short evening.

Yelp
Coming in after 10pm, I knew I didn't want to make my way into Tokyo proper at that hour. Check-in was a breeze. They gave us BB Royal 2 to help with any extreme fatigue that we might be feeling and breakfast certificates. Walked in the room and was pleasantly surprised. It was a good size (actually quite spacious compared to other western Japanese rooms I've had). There were PJs on the bed (not meant for tall people but perfect for my 5' 2" frame). The amenities were amazing. Fabric & air freshener spray, shoe horn, shoe brush and shoe cloth, complimentary mineral water, keurig with tea & coffee pods, jewelry tray, flashlight by the bed. Not only did the bathroom have Mikimoto Cosmetics body soap, shampoo and conditioner but there was two containers each with a foldable brush, razor, shower cap, cotton swabs, cotton pads, Toothbrush and paste, hair dryer, face & hand wash. And the toilet was super cool. Yes, the Japanese have mastered the art of the toilet. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Japanese. And since it was a buffet, I had just about everything but my favorites were the curry and the natto. If I land in Haneda late again, I am definitely staying here.
google avatar

Fifi S.

Yelp
It's a bit expensive... 12000 Yan (110 USD) for 6 hours... but the bed is very comfy and the room has everything like other hotels outside the airport. Taking a shower in the middle of a long flight feels awesome :)
google avatar

George L.

Yelp
If you've been traveling for more than 14 hours to come to Japan and arrive late at night in Tokyo, I highly recommend a one-night stay here at this convenient hotel inside the Tokyo Haneda International Airport (you'll find it after going through customs). It's ~$180 USD for one night in a twin room, which is on the pricier side of hotels in Japan, but you get a clean, functional, and quiet room of typical-Japanese-hotel-room size (2/3 the size of the average American hotel room) with free wifi. The $25 USD breakfast buffet is really good too!
google avatar

Dean Y.

Yelp
Great hotel if you need to stay near or at the airport. Bathroom and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. New hotel so its modern. No real views of anything except the Haneda Airport. Food is cheaper at the food court nearby - with Family Mart below and 7-11 across the bridge.
google avatar

Savanna M.

Yelp
My husband can be a little "fancy" and insisted we try and find a shower option while at the Tokyo airport (Haneda). I didn't really believe it would happen, but we stumbled across this hotel inside the airport, and were very pleased. First off, they do offer a 1 hour room option - perfect for us looking to grab just a shower. Of course we were told all the 1 hour options were full and we had to upgrade to the 6? hour room option - about $120 instead of $100. Our layover was only about 3 hours, and we wanted food, so we realistically were in and out in about an hour regardless. Overall, the room was pretty tight and small (it is Japan after all) but the bathroom was a good size, and so was the shower. We loved that the tv showed departure info so we could keep an eye on where our next gate was, and if there were any delays! Definitely recommend!

Yelp
I came here to stay one night after arriving from SFO at 10:45pm. I was in my bed by 11:30pm! That was after touch down, taxing, helping a nice lady with her luggage, a very long immigration line, take an elevator to 3rd floor, walk to the hotel, check in, walk a long hall way as my room was at the end of the hallway... I previously stated at the hotel connected to the terminal 2 but I didn't like it, so I decided to try here this time. Location, location, location. Who wants to take a long taxi or train ride after traveling for 24 hours. Sure I got some rest on the plane but that flat seat is not completely flat. Laying in bed feels so much better. My room was at the end of a long hallway, a slightly larger than other rooms, so it seemed. Nice king size bed was a bit too hard for my liking, a squire shape pillow reminded me of the time from former east Germany hotels I didn't quite care, but my room was roomy enough, I felt comfortable, soon after I arrived at my room, I was asleep. Breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about. $25 I thought if you didn't book a room with breakfast plan. Hotel price was higher than others so called Haneda area airport. I checked price for others within 10 mins of taxi ride from the airport, they were about 10-20% cheaper but for just one night, the fact I can just walk to my hotel from the airport (connected to the international terminal), it's worth it for the extra rest I can get. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. They know how tired we are from travelings, they seemed very efficient processing check ins. I paid price but nicer airport hotel, good option to consider for your next visit to Japan.
google avatar

Yelp
I would highly recommend this hotel inside the Haneda Airport. We stayed here on our last day because our flight wasn't until midnight. The hotel is very fancy and has a pretty good restaurant in the lobby. The rooms are kind of small as most are in Japan. Early check-in is available depending on occupancy and is 10 per hour. The earliest you can check-in is 12pm. As long as your hotel is prepaid no credit-card is needed. We travel as A family of three and they had a room with three beds. If we come to Japan again, we will stay here on our first and last night!!
google avatar

Tessa R.

Yelp
Very nice hotel especially after traveling for the last 17 hours. Rooms are actually decent and comfortable size. Nice bathroom too. I would definitely stay here again. Free wifi too.
google avatar

Nathan N.

Yelp
A little expensive, but they are in the terminal. The pricing is strange, but the staff are polite. The rooms are small...I liked that. Be sure to have Yen or credit cards only. The snack choices are limited, but paid food and drink are just downstairs. Very, very clean and mostly quiet.
google avatar

Julie K.

Yelp
Perhaps the management should be awarded a prize in cheapness. We arrived 25 minutes before our check in time and were asked to pay ¥1,000 or wait 25 minutes. I explained even to the manager that we had a long day, were tired and if he could please accommodate us. He was more than willing to assist provided we pay the ¥1,000 surcharge for an early check in. Never would I stay at this place again nor do I recommend this hotel to anyone. The only reason I awarded two stars was cause it is very conveniently located and the washroom was clean ND decent size when compared to the rest of the room. Yelpers, BEWARE
google avatar

Rick K.

Yelp
Hawaiian Airlines flights to Haneda arrive late in the evening so we usually stay at the Royal Park Hotel Haneda overnight. The hotel isn't the cheapest but is by far the most convenient since it's located at the Haneda International Terminal. The rooms are clean and come with complimentary bottled water. Check in was fast and trouble free.
google avatar

Jose V.

Yelp
The prices are good, considering it's in an airport terminal - you can pay for hourly increments, great for awkwardly long layovers! The staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are decent in size and there are a lot of cool quirks to find about the room. I would definitely recommend for a 13-hour layover like mine!
google avatar

Avi L.

Yelp
Overpriced for the room size and what you receive. However, if you have a long layover and early morning flight, you definitely pay for the convenience. The pillow is... Interesting and took some maneuvering to get used to. Walls are thin so if you wake easily, bring earplugs.
google avatar

Ron G.

Yelp
Conveniently located inside the airport, the Royal Park is a good transit hotel. It is perfect for travelers coming in early, arriving late, or for those waiting in a layover. Rooms with beds are standard sized with a pretty nice bathroom. Refresh rooms, without beds, are also available and can be rented by the hour. The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was pleasant & helpful enough. In summary, the Royal Park is not the Four Seasons but it does its job well as a transit hotel inside of HND.

Yelp
Convenient when arriving very late or departing very early (to stay over the night before). Clean, quiet and excellent well-supplied bathroom. Fast wifi; would be perfect if breakfast was included.

Yelp
Very nice hotel inside the airport. I stayed since my flight got in at 11pm and I didn't get done with customs and find the place until midnight but there are still people there to check you in late at night. The room was small compared to what I'm use to in the states but it was super nice. The bathroom was amazing and gorgeous. The room has a very modern compact feel to it. I enjoyed staying here.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in to use the refresh rooms after a poor nights sleep in front of a gate and had a fantastic experience. It's a little under $20 USD per head but it's worth every penny. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and each has a thermostat / fan control. The showers were extremely refreshing and the furniture was efficient but very comfortable. After our brief stay we wish we paid for an 8 hour rental room. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. If we have a long layover in Haneda again we will most definitely be returning to the Royal Park Hotel.
