This was our very first time staying at The Royal Purnama, and from the moment we arrived, my partner and I knew we were in for something special. The resort radiates an atmosphere of calm, luxury, and genuine Balinese hospitality. Nestled away in the peaceful area of Sukawati, it offered us exactly what we were looking for — a tranquil escape where we could relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment together.||Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the front office staff who greeted us with sincere smiles and a refreshing drink. Gede from the front office deserves a special mention — his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to explain everything about the resort, from the dining options to the villa facilities and nearby attractions. It was clear from the start that guest comfort and satisfaction are a true priority at The Royal Purnama.||Our villa was beautifully designed — spacious, elegant, and exuding that perfect blend of Balinese charm and modern comfort. However, during our stay, we experienced a small issue with the in-room safety box. To our surprise, the maintenance team responded immediately, attending to the matter without any delay. Their efficiency and friendly attitude left a lasting impression and reflected the resort’s strong commitment to service excellence.||One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the dining experience. The restaurant team went above and beyond to cater to my dietary requirements, as I am lactose intolerant. From the first day I mentioned this to the staff, they remembered it throughout the entire stay. Without needing to remind them, they always offered almond milk with my coffee or tea, and even during our high tea experience at the resort, they made sure to provide lactose-free options. The care and thoughtfulness shown by the team were truly heartwarming. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality where every staff member takes note of the little things that make your stay more comfortable.||The culinary team also deserves recognition for their creativity and passion. We had the pleasure of speaking with the Food and Beverage Manager, Heri, one evening about the Espresso Martini, which tasted slightly different from what we were used to. Heri was receptive and welcoming of our feedback, taking it in a very positive and professional manner. The next day, to our surprise, the restaurant staff presented us with a complimentary upgraded version of the cocktail — the perfect balance of flavour and presentation. It was a thoughtful and classy gesture that perfectly captured the resort’s commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.||Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered — from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant teams — was friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist. Their coordinated teamwork and dedication created a seamless guest experience. It was clear that the staff take pride in their work and truly care about each guest’s comfort and happiness.||The location of The Royal Purnama is another reason we fell in love with this resort. Surrounded by the serenity of nature and away from the busy tourist areas, it felt like a hidden sanctuary where time slowed down. The sound of the ocean, the beautifully maintained gardens, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect escape for couples seeking privacy and relaxation. Despite its tranquil setting, the resort is still within easy reach of local attractions, markets, and cultural sites — ideal for guests who want both serenity and convenience.||We left The Royal Purnama with full hearts and unforgettable memories. It was not just the luxurious setting or the excellent facilities that made our stay special, but the genuine kindness, warmth, and attention from the entire team.
