Even considering that it was the weekend, the waiting time was quite long. Although we had already completed our online reservation, we had to wait more than 30 minutes before we could check in — and it wasn’t as if there were a lot of guests waiting ahead of us. The most disappointing part was dinner at the restaurant. We went in around 6 p.m., looked at the menu, and tried to order, but most of the menu items were unavailable. Since our child was hungry, we ordered the three dishes that were still available. The problem was that even after waiting for an hour, no food was served. We asked if at least our child’s meal could come out first and why it was taking so long, but there was neither an explanation nor an apology. Two of the dishes still hadn’t arrived even after an hour and a half, and by then our child was tired and starting to fuss. Just as we decided to cancel the order and pay to leave, the food finally arrived. I believe that hotel dining is more expensive than other restaurants because good service is part of what you pay for, but the staff’s attitude definitely needs improvement. We were satisfied with the beautiful view and the well-prepared facilities, and our child really enjoyed the stay — but the staff’s customer service was a bit disappointing.

We came to the Royal Senchi for a wedding. from the second We got out of the car we were greeted with kindness, and everything was very smooth from the very beginning. We loved that we could get a massage on demand by just walking into the room. The rooms were extremely clean. The property is very well kept the pool is amazing. I do not have kids, but I did see kids enjoying themselves in the kid pool and the kid play area. The food was amazing. The drinks were great. I have zero complaints about this place. Don’t sleep on it. Everyone needs to stay at least once sincerely a girl from Texas.

Amazing lunch …Fantastic serene environment, food was excellent in taste and presentation. We were there for a small after graduation celebration. I mentioned to staff why we were there and from then on we were treated like royalty which we really appreciated. We have been there before when in Ghana and they never fail to deliver. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery with beautiful peacocks walking the grounds. Highly recommend for a celebration or just a relaxing lunch on a Sunday.

Beautiful Property Let Down by Serious Health Concerns I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On one hand, the resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff members were consistently attentive and kind. However, the dining experience was a major issue. With limited entertainment and few nearby options, we relied on the hotel restaurant. After a mediocre first night (chicken kebab and oxtail stew), I ordered a Caesar salad on the second night. By the morning of checkout, I had severe stomach cramps and nausea. This escalated once I got home, resulting in a hospital visit where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. While the setting is lovely, the food is overpriced and, in my experience, dangerous. I sincerely hope management takes immediate steps to improve their food safety and variety.

The rooms are great with a stocked fridge ranging from alcoholic to non alcoholic beverages, nice comfy beds with a lovely balcony and good washroom facilities. The food buffets are to die for. Lots of variety and flavor and the pineapple juice you must definitely try. The room service and service in general from the staff is 👌. There are a lot of outdoor activities like golf, volleyball, football, basketball and many more. Due to the location it's peaceful and quiet with great views of the mountains and surrounding areas.

The hotel is great and lived up to exceptions of good quality hotel EXCEPT there was a corporate event with very loud night events that totally ruined the experience for us. We got some room upgrades to try to resolve this but because the noise was in different places during our stay (first two nights at the treehouse) last night at the pool, these solutions were always partially successful. Either the hotel must be fully booked out to the corporates or the the sectioning of which areas can be noisy and where serenity at night mist be maintained should be strictly enforced qq

This was the most expensive place we tried while in Ghana which made sense because it’s a buffet. From my understanding it’s a resort and we paid to try the food which was 450 each. However, they did not consider dietary restrictions. I was looking forward to trying Jollof but they put goat in it and I don’t eat red meat. I appreciate our waitress being willing to go in the kitchen to get me rice without the meat. I also really wanted to try fufu but the lady who was making it policed it. She told me I couldn’t get fufu unless I was getting goat or snail stew, two things I had no intention of trying. I ended up eating grilled chicken, the rice the waitress brought me and some sushi. For me the cost wasn’t worth it. If you have any dietary restrictions I wouldn’t recommend here.

Very beautiful establishment, especially if you are on a budget. The boat ride, two pools, one for children, the treehouse, speedboat, beyond amazing service by staff. Me and my wife will definitely be returning. My only advice would be, When choosing to come please use ONLY Tema Motorway. 😁😁😄😄😂❤❤❤❤
