The Royal Yacht Club of Jordan was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Aqaba. Set against a backdrop of bobbing boats and shimmering water, it’s a beautiful, tranquil spot with a vibe that felt effortlessly chic — the music had a subtle Hotel Costes feel that made the entire experience feel elevated and relaxed.
The food was truly exceptional. We shared a variety of dishes, from perfectly cooked rice and pasta to an incredible seafood platter, all bursting with freshness and flavor. As an Italian, I was especially delighted to find authentic focaccia, served warm with delicious olive oil — a detail that instantly made me feel at home.
Though I was too full to enjoy dessert, my travel companions raved about the gelatos and sorbets, which they said were absolutely divine. The ambiance was made even more charming by the presence of adorable cats lounging nearby, adding to the cozy, coastal feel.
The service was beyond excellent — attentive, gracious, and genuinely welcoming. This is the kind of place that strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. A must-visit in Aqaba, and one I’d return to without hesitation.
