Love this place! The venue is one of my favorites in PA. Menu has great variety, very fun coffee drink options but the main event here is burger Fridays! 10$ for the meal and it is arguably the best burger in PA! definitely need to add to your list of things to do on a Friday.

Amazing Ceasar Salad, fresh and crisp lettuce with a home-made delicious dressing. The Ribs were so good too and a fair price. I will be back, but please get some red wine and a variety of beers on the menu !

Good coffee and decent gingersnap. Ordered a flat white this time but I have had their lattés, cappuccinos, and macchiatos before. There used to be way more dessert options. The macarons are usually quite good but I didn't see the ones I like best today. As always, the atmosphere is casual and steampunk and I was happy to see some new additions to the décor.

Great and friendly service. Scrumptious meal- I have the bacon&beef tenderloin and my friend had supreme chicken. Beautiful vintage theme interior decor. We will definitely pass by again next time we are in PA.

Had the pizza deal. The pizzas were very good! The seafood pizza experience was made complete with the added parmesan and fresh lemon juice. Much better than my previous time having it. Crust is out of this world delicious, I highly recommend it!

Unique steampunk decoration but with a limited menu which is mainly crepes, both sweet and savory, a few pizzas and a couple other things. Our group all got the burger and liked it. It's more of a cafe than a restaurant I think.

The Rusty Owl is a great cafe with a very intriguing design, I love the steampunk layout and the variety with every single menu item it has to offer, the food is very delicious from the desserts to the lunch items, I especially love the endless possibilities of delicious drinks with everyone can find something they will appreciate! I had a great experience

The food is great there. All of the antiques and steampunk things were very cool. It has a great welcoming environment. I highly recommend this place for anyone going out t eat or to grab a coffee.

Other reviewer is way off... so what if you can make the same DELICIOUS food at home- it's still DELICIOUS! As was our special of the day: homemade hamburger with fries (or salad). They also serve crepes, artisan pizzas and fresh fruit milkshakes; we had yummy strawberry. See photos.

I have tried the rusty owl on a couple of occasions. The food is ok, nothing spectacular. I have attempted to order on 5 occasions, but they are always closing or are not open. This establishment has a very flexible schedule, that is not advertised.

Was in town for a work trip and this spot was recommended for our lunch break. Half of what was on the menu was unavailable that day as they were out of a lot of items, no big deal. I settled for a standard chicken caesar salad. Right before our table's food came out, the staff informed me that they were also out of chicken, but the salad had already been made. There was no option for a refund or to order something else - she simply handed me two dollars in change to cover the cost of the chicken I was no longer receiving. Needless to say, my plate of lettuce was unsatisfying and has prompted me to write this review.

Very beautifully decorated! However the menu is overpriced for what you get. I ordered a butterscotch milkshake and while it was delicious it was something I could have easily made at home. During our time there I noticed the wait staff seemed to keep a close eye on me which made me feel a little rushed.
