The Saguaro Palm Springs

Room felt very open, clean and modern. The hotel fridge was filled with lots of drinks but there was enough room to put my own drinks/food in there. Great view of|the mountains and courtyard area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved all the amenities including the bikes, pool/lounge area and El Jefe restaurant was pretty solid. The taco Tuesday/Thursday is a must. Aesthetically pleasing modern hotel with great ambient or lounge music playing in the courtyard at all times. Balconies are not very private; it felt very communal. Highly recommend, would come back.

Nice amenities. Restaurant is excellent. Pool area is nice. Fun for a girls weekend. If you are booking a hotel based on room amenities…look elsewhere. Our room had obvious evidence of water intrusion on the ceiling from the wall a/c unit. Also first hotel where I’ve stayed at where you put the do not disturb sign on the door and they tap on your door at 9am to bring you keurig coffee pods? Don’t remember asking for that. Overall, they could frankly just do better.

My daughter and I went along with many of her dance team families. The pool area was perfect for a break from the competition. The restaurant was great for breakfast & dinner for us. Our room felt just right. But, the best part of the Saguaro is the staff! They were very accommodating and friendly with every request. Will definitely return!

The Saguaro Hotel was very nice and affordable but the reason I only gave it 3 stars is because the actual rooms were in need of repairs. I went with a friend and we had our own rooms and in mine the locks to the sliding glass door and the main door did not work so it felt a bit unsafe. My bathroom was in need of repairs - leaking toilet and no water pressure but they did send a plumber right away to fix those issues. My friend's room had missing light bulbs, no towels and stains all over the carpets but besides those issues it was ok. Housekeeping never came over 3 days even though I put the sign on the door asking for service. Be careful asking for a "mountain view" since yes, you do see the mountains but you are also over a parking lot so there was quite a bit of noise 24/7. The folks at the front desk were nice but one man acted like he was doing us a huge favor by having to check us in so it was quite off putting. The hotel is in an ok area but not really walking distance to much but still close to many places to visit if one had a car. We did eat dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel and I'm sorry to say the food was vile and we couldn't eat it and when we told our server she said nothing and took away our dishes. My friends and I were laughing about it but it really was horrible. All in all it was a decent hotel and compared with others in the nearby area it was the most affordable. I will say the beds were quite comfortable so that was a plus.

This hotel looks nice from the outside but it ends there. The rooms are sparse and tacky, and they weren't "remodeled"- they were painted obnoxiously bright colors over wallpaper which was peeling in my bathroom. The first room I was given was Barbie pink- I asked to be moved. The purple carpet in the hallways was dirty and littered. There was a dirty drinking glass left on the floor in the hallway that wasn't moved the whole weekend. The rooms don't have standard USB plugs. I booked through a third party and they tried to charge me a resort fee of $42! My confirmation mentioned nothing about extra fees so the manager waived it. The walls are thin, there was lots of noise and a barking dog! I would never stay there again. The staff weren't very friendly. When I checked out, they didn't even ask if I liked my stay.

I've been here several times now. I adore the minimal yet fun decor in the rooms. During my most recent stay we ordered room service from the restaurant El Jefe. The tacos and corn were outstanding! The pool area is the true star of this resort though. The pool is huge and is heated to the perfect temperature for an evening dip. There's 2 hot tubs and cool music playing here. This area also features some hammocks and yoga classes. I will be back here the next time I'm in California. Thanks Saguaro for a wonderful experience!

It was a most fabulous time. The show was off the chain funny and entertaining, the Divas were all 10's, Aaron of guest services/photographer was excellent. Aaron made Us feel so comfortable and welcomed, he even got Us drinks as we were so excited to be there for the event, we arrived an hour early. We were not disappointed, the food, atmosphere, show, all excellent. Will suggest this event to as many friends and aquaintances as possible!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾💯

The pool area is the greatest! Feels like you are IN a SHAG print. Warm water and plenty of lounge chairs in February. It was great to have drinks pool side and look at the mountains. Clean rooms and friendly staff, I would recommend this hotel 100%.
