ONE GLOBAL KOREA

I am a Korean. I stayed 2 nights. I had such a wonderful stay here! On a rainy day, a kind staff member with a beard helped us with my luggage in the rain without hesitation – I was truly touched by his kindness. The room was also clean and well-maintained. Excellent service and a very memorable experience!

Check-in/out: Fairly good experience. Could be a bit faster especially when they are expecting you to prepare the paper works. Rooms: Quite spacious with fairly decent set of amenities which you will find in almost all 4 star restaurants. Service: Loved their service. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and greeting you when you cross them. Keep up the good work! 👍 Location: Walking distance from Mumbai Central station and you can easily catch a cab/bus from just opposite the hotel. Really convenient. View: There is no view such I would say which one could enjoy if you are on a vacation as it is in Mumbai. But, not a bad view either. Just passable. Food: Morning breakfast was good with live kitchen for omlettes and dosas. Wish they would introduce more options for long term visitors.

It was bad experience...stayed there for 4 nights by paying 10000 per night.|On the first day only,we were refused to sit in the restaurant Rivaaz by telling us that it is full...at 9.20 pm we asked for table and de told us all the tables are booked but at that time all tables were vacant...|Then we went to another restaurant Bluet...where they told us that it is mandatory to take buffet..you can't order food.|This is how treated us on the first day.|Then breakfast had very few items everyday and it was never ready at 7 am.. had to wait for atleast half an hour everyday for all items to get ready.|Then our booking voucher mentioned that 15 percent discount will be given on food and beverages|.A night prior to check out ,we told them to keep our bills ready ..so that we can leave for airport on time...we waited there for one hour from 7 am to 8 am to get that 15 percent discount..but no body listened ...they just kept us waited and did nothing..and atlast we had to pay the whole bill without discount as we don't want to miss our flight because of such greedy people.|So,A BIG NO TO THIS SAHIL HOTEL...WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.|All senior people on the reception keep in hiding...only one girl Preeti was there and one boy was there...who were not able to solve our problem..when we paid the whole amount..senior people came and sit there...You can't escape like this...if i have given something in voucher|.u should provide..|Whosoever is the owner, kindly look into the bad services provided by your hotel.

I recently visited The Sahil Hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell quite short. The food was average — taste was just okay and definitely not worth the price. What was most disappointing was the water bottle pricing. A regular ₹20 bottle was being charged at ₹80, which is not just unreasonable but also against government regulations. When I brought this to their notice, they showed no intention of correcting it. The service was equally disappointing. The waiters were extremely slow and inattentive — they didn’t serve properly and didn’t seem concerned about customer satisfaction at all. For a hotel that claims to be 4-star, this kind of negligence and money-minded behavior is unacceptable. Honestly, there’s no reason to visit this place again. If they truly want to maintain their name and reputation, they need to work on their hospitality, train their staff, and stop overcharging guests. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes — because at this rate, they’re losing both credibility and customers.

I had a great stay at The Sahil Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, especially for business travelers, with easy access to nearby transit and restaurants. Breakfast was decent, though a few more options would be appreciated. Overall, a good value for money and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel stay was decent but had several drawbacks. The size of the room was very compact, making it slightly uncomfortable for a longer stay. Service was average and not very responsive at times. The morning breakfast was quite disappointing, with limited variety and almost the same items repeated daily. Quality and taste were not up to the mark either. Cleanliness and basic amenities were fine, but overall the experience didn’t meet expectations. The hotel may work for a short business trip or solo stay, but for families or longer visits, it might not be the most comfortable choice.

Worst hotel ever. Landed from London, tired, and was made to wait over an hour for check-in with zero apology. Staff was rude and careless, more interested in checkouts than guests arriving. Place was noisy, smelled awful, and felt filthy. I cancelled my booking even though it was non-refundable – that’s how bad it was. Stay far away from this disaster of a hotel.
