The 12 Best Hotels in Key West

"A departure from the area's pastel B&Bs and kid-packed resorts, The Saint is a swanky, sexy boutique hotel with just 36 rooms tucked away from Duval Street and a place where the points-obsessed crowd can accrue Marriott Bonvoy points aplenty. Rooms are decorated in the hotel's signature blue-and-white color scheme, with mood lighting to drive the vibe home. It can all feel like a bit much, but under the snazzy facade are contemporary and classy details, including Frette linens and Niven Morgan toiletries. Once you step outside, you'll find that you're right in the heart of everything Key West has to offer." - Paul Rubio, Nancy DePalma

Service was great! Location was great! Staff was great!! If I am ever in key west this will be my place to stay! Everything is in walking distance, 10 minutes away from the airport. During my time of stay the room was cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk was really nice. This was just an overall good location! The pool was very nice and relaxing as well

Google
We have been at The Saint for a week and it has been great. The room and property are clean and unique. The restaurant on property is really good. The staff has been friendly, helpful and made sure if we had any needs they were met. The beds are comfortable, like laying on a cloud. The property is quiet until the roof tip bar opens then it gets a little louder but not over the top or anything. Overall a really nice place to stay.

My husband and I stayed in the queen loft room for a week in May. We had a fantastic time. Yes, it was expensive, but we knew that going in and decided to splurge. The hotel is very centrally located, right off of Duval St. It felt like everything (Mallory Sq, the buoy, Hemmingway House) was a 15 minute walk away. The only (very available) Ubers we needed were to/from the airport and Ft Zachary Beach. ||The hotel was very quiet, the pool was tranquil and relaxing with a good drink service. We had Sunday brunch at the hotel with unlimited mimosas/bloody marys, which was great. Craft cocktails at the bar were good.||Being in the loft room, we were isolated from all the noise, with the exception of the nightly live music beneath us, which we enjoyed from our private balcony and promptly ended at 11:00 pm every night.||All told, it was a great spot for us and we are already talking about visiting again.

Google
We had an amazing stay at the Saint! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, every part of the experience here was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We will 100% be coming back to stay here again. I have stayed in 4 different hotels in Key West over the years and this is by far the best. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering staying here!

Google
This was the perfect place and location. We will definitely be back to stay here. From the time we walked through the front door to check in until we checked out, it was great. We didn't plan on staying there when we checked in, but the bar and entertainment were outstanding. We decided to just there for dinner, and we were all glad we did. Dinner was amazing! We all ordered something different and just passed the dishes around so we could taste a little of everything, we had 6 people in our group. The lobby, bar, pool, room, everything was clean and well taken care of. Thank you to the staff who was working on April 1st, 2025.

Google
Beautiful hotel, excellent service! We recently stayed for two nights and absolutely love this beautiful place. We’ve stayed in several smaller hotels on Key West and this is our new favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is awesome. Great location, right off of Duvall Street, but still quiet in the evening.

Google
I can't say enough about this hotel. Small and quiet but location was central to anything by the water or on Duval. Had a room with a pool view. Staff was amazing and friendly every day. Didn't get a chance to eat or have drinks there. I would definitely return. Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Google
The hotel is poorly mainted with dead plants, ladders sitting around, a table saw in a walkway and old chairs around the pool. While many of the staff are nice a lot of them are new and the reason why is horrible mgmt. The GM is rude and runs a very poor operation. Hidden behind the plants was water and aloe but god knows when they were last cleaned or filled. The food was nothing special. In addition the GM and one or two staff were upset that we have service dogs. We went to the pool without the dogs (who travel across the country and world with us and have never had an issue in a plane, car or hotel) as it was 94 degrees out and there was no shade and the GM used this as an excuse to charge us $250 for made up damage which was actually the dogs poop/wee wee pads that they took out of the garbage and said were ruined linens. They ruined our get away weekend and it is too bad because with a good GM and some work on the property it could be really nice.

Yelp
Tucked on a side street in downtown Key West, this Marriott boutique hotel will leave you breathless. The food is delicious, the ambiance is exquisite! Can't wait to return.

Yelp
Sunday Brunch, 2 hours of tapas style offerings each one better than the last. The ambience is wonderful both outside by the pool or inside in the artistic setting. The wait staff is very pleasant but a little slow but worth every minute and cost

Yelp
One of my favorite places to stay in Kw so far. There wasn't a single rooster the entire time. I'm also a sucker for some LED lights and this place is decked out with blue LED lights. The room is cozy and has everything you need. Our room looked out at the pool. It's a small hotel with 20 something rooms. It is family friendly but it's mostly adults. The valet and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would def recommend staying here, and will stay here again myself. All around good value. The location is perfect also.

Yelp
We spent several nights in Key West in June and decided to stay here. From the moment we arrived and checked in, until we checked out every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Some went out of their way to provide extra service, like bringing extra pool towels or ice cold water poolside. The room was very comfortable and it was a decent size too, so we definitely didn't feel cramped or like we didn't have storage space, because we most definitely did! The housekeeping staff took good care of the room everyday, refreshing the room and making the bed. But they also came back in the evening and refreshed towels and took the used towels, which was really nice! The room was nicely decorated, but some aspects of it were dated and definitely needed updating. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispenser in the shower was a style that is very difficult to pump when taking a shower (similar to the AC Hotels, which are horrible). The pool and common areas were very nicely kept up with and clean. We even saw staff cleaning handrails, etc frequently. The pool is very nice a d soothing, given the very hot and humid weather in Key West. Staff vacuumed it daily and they also kept cushions and covers on the loungers around the pool. There is a full restaurant with a very nice cocktail bar called Tempt on site. Additionally, there's a rooftop bar called Halo, which overlooks Duval St. The food and drinks were excellent! We visited both bars often and enjoyed lunch at the outside seating area of Tempt one day and a late night snack inside at Tempt's bar one evening. The location is PERFECT! Right at the corner of Duval and Eaton, in the heart of all the excitement of the area, but sitting far enough from Duval that it was quiet and chill. Definitely will return!

Yelp
This Marriott property has a very kool vibe and character within steps of Duval Street. The bellman and all around expert resource Gustavo Lobo was the highlight of out stay. Gustavo always is smiling and happy which makes traveling much more enjoyable. They have remodeled rooms on south side of the pool which is awesome. Highly Recommend !! Thanks Gustavo

Yelp
The outdoor seating is covered, small and pretty standard. The inside decor is funky but aged, not looking as if it's been updated in awhile. The most notable thing is you feel like you've eaten a dryer sheet when you walk in there, as if every outlet has a brand new glade plugin in it. The bartenders aren't overly friendly or chatty. The drinks were tasty and themed for virtues and sins. The food menu pretty standard. There is a happy hour with food and drink specials.

Yelp
My husband and I come and stay at the Saint every January and this time we decided to stay through Monday so we could have brunch. If I had my own private plane, I would fly there every Sunday just to have brunch and enjoy Paul's company. It is a tapas style and there are probably 18 to 20 things on the menu. All of it is fantastic, even if you're not staying there you have to call and make a reservation for brunch. It is out of this world amazing. I only got three pictures because I was so busy eating and enjoying all the food.

Yelp
Location, Location, Location. We stayed at The Saint in April. It was our first time in Key West and based on feedback from friends, we knew we wanted to stay downtown. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we always look for Marriott properties first. This is what first drew us to The Saint, an Autograph Collection hotel. The feedback we read was good and you can't beat the location. It is on Eaton, right off Duval. They even have a side entrance on Duval St. The hotel had everything we needed. Great attentive staff. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in good hands. They have a variety of room types. We stayed in a petite room. It is much smaller than your average room. A full sized bed, with enough room to walk around the sides, bathroom and shower. There are normal amenities in the room like TV, ironing board, safe, etc. Just not a ton of room. We weren't there to stay in our room, we used it for sleeping and showering. We wanted to spend our money on meals and activities. They have a restaurant downstairs. We didn't eat there, but reviews seemed positive. There is a small pool in the courtyard and a bar on the roof. They have great music nightly. Idol alum Kristen McNamara calls KW home and plays upstairs multiple times a week. It was a treat to hear her a few nights. The Saint will be our go-to when we return by ourselves.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful, small but nice. The location is right in the heart of the action. However the bar/ restaurant is god awful!!!! I have never been too a place more unprofessional than this and for the price $55 per person. There was no other option. They advertised as if they are fancy and professional. They do no have a high chair, their system "went down" the brunch style is allowed 2 plates at 1 time. The 1st round didn't even come out and the waitress asked if we were ready for the next. The people next to us got up and LEFT! They were fed up the other couple behind them received 2 rounds and left!! I wasn't about to spend $55 per person just to receive 2 bites of food. That's exactly what they bring out. their menu was false advertisement... they also couldn't even get 1 order correct. The waitress kept on coming back to confirm our orders

Yelp
This was our 2nd stay in 6 months! The Saint is in a great location, nice pool and great service. Gustavo, Amy, Abraham and the team work hard to ensure a great stay.

Yelp
A beautiful hotel with a great location and friendly professional staff. It has two entrances, one on Duval, same entrance as the rooftop bar Halo. Our room has a shower area and a toilet area; both were spacious. However the room itself was tiny with a ceiling type AC that directly blew to the bed which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. Additional the room has a dehumidifier that runs 7x24. For those never dealt with a dehumidifier: yes, it's very noisy; yes when the bucket was full you need to dump the water and it might happen more than once or twice a day; yes, the bucket can be full at any time. When we were there once it happened at 3am. The machine beeped so loudly, we got up to dump the water. It ruined a nights sleep.

Yelp
Beautiful old hotel with a nod to heaven and hell. It's part of the Marriott Autograph Collection. It doesn't have very many rooms, so it's cozy while also being trendy. The rooms are clean, as is the entire property. There was a DJ at the pool one day and live music most nights at the rooftop patio bar overlooking Duval Street. The hotel is right in the middle of the action. It was awesome to be able to walk everywhere. The food and drinks were excellent. If you're a fan of Paloma drinks, do yourself a favor and drink the best one you've ever had.

Yelp
What can I say other than The Saint Hotel in Key West has attained perfection in my eyes. I love Autograph Collection Hotels generally because they create more than a hotel....they create art. I love to explore their themes and staying in a place that has personality. The Saint has personality through the building and the staff. The hotel reminds me of The Cosmopolitan in Vegas with their playful....the right amount of wrong atmosphere BUT they have their own flare. The hotel is located on the corner of Eaton and Duval streets The Saint is close to everything but yet feels tucked away. My hubby has a high status with Marriott so I honestly thought we would get upgraded but the hotel was booked solid. That being said we ended up in the smallest room they have "think Harry Potter bedroom" yet it was our favorite room. We extended our stay several days so we had to keep moving rooms and even though we loved the bigger rooms "the closet" was our favorite feeling like a treehouse. Side note on hotels in general in Key West - space is at a premium and you will find most hotel rooms small BUT you are in KW so get out and enjoy! Check-in: Parking is located several blocks away but they have a couple spaces in front of the hotel where you check in and drive your car to the parking lot. The hotel will follow you to your spot and bring you back to the hotel in an open air golf cart. The lobby is intimate and eclectic. The hotel theme is Saints and Sinners so be prepared for a little naughty undertone in the decor - but it is tasteful and fun. I loved exploring all of the artwork and the music that is playing throughout the lobby, bar and pool area. I feel like the pool is the heart of The Saint. All the activity is centered around it as you come and go from the bar/lobby to your room or as you leave to go out for Key West. It is small but big enough to cool off and have a drink. It feels like this lush oasis with rooms that open onto the pool or garden view rooms. Tempt Bar/Restaurant has a deck that overlooks the pool where your can order breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lastly, I highly recommend the rooftop bar. First, it overlooks Duval Street which is prime people watching material- entertainment on its own. Secondly they have live music every night and the artists are very talented. But what makes the roof-top top notch is Paul. I am pretty sure there are three of Paul because you see him everywhere in the hotel yet he is always there when you need him. Love his dry sense of humor and his ability to pour a drink and wear a crown. (Who doesn't love a crown?) We ended up extending our stay 3 days because we didn't want to leave this haven from the real world. The staff and the personality of The Saint will definitely see us again......SOON!

Christine E.

Yelp
We live in the Keys and had never been to the Saint Hotel. We decided to try their "happy hour" my husband and I are in Love. The food and drinks we're phenomenal. The ambiance of the hotel bar and by the pool I rate a 10. The bartender listen to everything we wanted in our drinks since we are such picky. Martini drinkers. The owner Paul came over and talked to us and told us about their Sunday brunch with everything you can eat. My husband scheduled us for this Sunday. If you're thinking about going, don't think twice. You will love everything about this hotel.

Yelp
While we've stayed at several Marriott hotels, this was our first stay at an Autograph Collection hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel and rooms have a hip, trendy, and sexy vibe. Everything from the decor to the cocktail menu, plays into the heaven and hell theme. The staff was super friendly (especially Abe!) going out of their way to ensure we had a good time. We especially appreciated the spot-on restaurant and bar recommendations. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of available lounge chairs. Pro tips: 1. While in the pool, sit on the bench under the waterfall for relaxing water-fueled back massage. 2. Ask for their bar and restaurant recommendations. 3. The hotel is a very walkable distance to nearly everything and Uber/Lyft cars are quick to arrive. No rental car needed! 4. Ask if a late checkout is possible. It makes having brunch on check-out day much easier.

Yelp
We are avid Marriott followers and this boutique Marriott did not disappoint! We absolutely loved our five night stay here. Everything from the breakfast to the friendly staff was appreciated. We plan to come back and stay here again. Our only recommendation would be that they get a hot tub and mini fridges in the rooms. Both would be great but otherwise an amazing stay.
google avatar

Anthony I.

Yelp
Even though we really just slept here after driving through the keys, staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Yelp
This hotel was top dollar, far more expensive than any other hotel around but we liked the location as it was close to Duval Street so we booked it. The one daily ferry arrives at 11:30. Check-in is at 4. We are Titanium Marriott Members, so I called twice from the train tour to ask for an early check-in and was told she would try to get us in ASAP. Well, it's 3pm and we are sitting in the lobby waiting for our room. The hotel itself is very nice. The pool area is tiny. There is barely enough room to walk around the pool, the chairs are squeezed in around the edge of pool.
google avatar

Yelp
Very quite nice place nestled into a beautiful pool setting. Guys at the bar are fantastic. They go out of their way to serve and make whatever you wish to drink.

Bob W.

Yelp
Had a severe noise issues, TV that did not work, charges to our room we did not make and no responses to our phone calls, emails, Better Business Bureau complaint or credit card company dispute. We spent 300,000 Marriott points and paid $1,266 cash for room upgrades, requesting a quit room at the time of reservation. We had multiple problems that were not solved that took away from our enjoyment of Key West. Had an ear piercing noise that could be heard in our room. The noise happened many times including three nights after 11 PM. It seems flushing the toilets or running the sinks in the restrooms near the lobby triggers the sound, our room shared a wall with the restroom. We reported it to the front desk many times. We also had problems with our TV, we asked the front desk several times on January 24 the day we checked in, they did not know how to fix, she sent the bell hop to our room, he could not get it to work. We usually enjoy relaxing and watching TV in the evening, the apps that were available required subscriptions. Finally, on the last night we were there another bell hop was able to scan for channels so we could watch the NFL playoff game after we missed the complete first half. Being the closest room to the outside bar and restaurant seating area also created a lot of noise, especially late at night. On Saturday night there was a wedding next door and people were drinking and being loud late into the night.

Yelp
Wow this place is so swanky! It was our first time staying here. Valet parking in the front of the building. We stepped into a dimly lit foyer and were greeted by a lovely lady who quickly got us shown to our room. We passed a lovely courtyard completed with a pool. Upon entering our room, we were blown away by how beautiful and clean it was. It was really tastefully decorates and had a small sunroom off to the side. The only negative may have been the series of steps leading up to the room so be mindful of that if you have challenges with steps. The hotel welcomed us with a chilled bottle of champagne and a nice welcome note. The only negative about the room is that the bathroom is a bit dark so ladies you may have difficulty having proper lighting g for makeup. The toiletries smell really good too by the way. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but we may in the future. There are several balcony rooms overlooking the pool. Not much privacy though so keep that in mind. They have a restaurant and a cool bar with lots of drink options. There a patio off the bar next to the pool so you can eat outside if you prefer. The hotel does have a side entrance to Dubai Street. You just need your key card to access it. They also have bicycle rentals. We meet the manager on our last day as he was bringing pool floaties for a pool party. Too bad we had to check out. If you are looking for a really nice romantic hotel on Duval, this place is my recommendation.

Yelp
Love this place... great location and vibe. Rooms are cozy and since you just need to sleep with so much to do nearby the right size. We got a room with a patio and just off a busy street didn't hear the car noise so very well designed. Food is amazing and you have an intimate bar inside and a great live music venue upstairs in the open air. Pool is secluded and swanky. Play naughty and stay saintly is the right phrase for this oasis!!

Yelp
Beautiful place, rooms, live music, food. Great location. Bartender girl could use some lessons in customer service. I am on vacation and, every bar or place we have been too everyone is so nice, ehances our memories of this beautiful island. This girl had us feeling like going to her was a bother

Yelp
Came to try the Absinthe on happy hour which was fun. It was an interesting a cool experience! All had a few cocktails and some happy hour apps. We had the bao, meatballs, and crab cakes. All delicious but of course not very big even for $12. There's very little seating and the staff isn't very attentive, but the decor is cute and elegant. Overall not bad for happy hour and especially the absinthe experience!

Yelp
Great little hotel next to Duval street. Great bar and cocktails. Staff was friendly. Definitely will stay again if we go back.

Yelp
Had a great stay! Loved the vibe and the charm this property has. The service was outstanding, Checkin was phenomenal and the room was perfect!. The food is fantastic! Happy hour is a highlight to start the evening! Enjoyed our stay highly recomend!

Yelp
I didn't stay at the Saint but went to the bar twice during my visit in KW. Paul is a so much fun and knows his craft! The first time I came with a couple of friends after a long night for them. It was Kentucky Derby Day and we heard there was a special mint julep in celebration. Was the best mint julep I've ever had. The bar itself is funky. The food menu was delicious. My friends both had the burger cause they needed something to soak up the alcohol consumption from the night before. The flat bread was delicious with the arugula, and I believe figs think I added the prosciutto for extra perfect balance of salty sweet. They had some festivities going on in celebration of the derby and a few characters came in before and after the kinetic parade they had that afternoon. Swung by again on Cinco De Mayo heard Paul does a mean bloody mary didn't have the works with the Yorkshire pudding just a basic but very tasty. They had a breakfast buffet going that had fun jell-o shots made by one if the other bartender was a able to take some shots. Definitely drop by if uour near The Saint their sure to have something fun going on in the bar. If not to drink at least to sit in the big chair in the lobby

Yelp
I've stayed at the Saint in New Orleans, this one is much brighter and less threatening feeling. The front desk staff was always pleasant every morning and night at the hotel. Unfortunately the nicest of the bunch was quitting during the time that we were there. This is an old bed-and-breakfast type place, converted to a Marriott in 2014. The rooms are small, some are oddly shaped, the bathrooms are not configured well. Don't expect to have much space, you may even run into a wall while trying to go into the bathroom in the middle of the night to use the restroom. I am a titanium member and used my points to book, unfortunately I had to pay cash plus points. I was given a room on Duval, even with the plastic on the windows I could hear everything outside. Fortunately I have a prescription for sleeping pills, or I would've never slept. The street sweepers start at 6am. The pool is nice, small and intimate. So if there's a loud group there, you will not be able to relax. At the pool you are not allowed to bring any of your own drinks or snacks. We were told by a restaurant owner across the street that the bar inside the hotel is where the locals go. Because we went during the coronavirus most locals were not there. They do have a unique happy hour is from 4:17 PM to 7:14 PM which is their address backwards. I had asked for a room to be cleaned one day while we were gone, it was our third day, we came back and nothing had been touched. Pretty disappointing in that part of the customer service. Parking is six blocks away, and cost about $30 and change - a day. They do have a shuttle that will run you to and from the car but don't always count on it. They also have bikes that you can borrow for four hours at a time, they aren't in the best of shape. If you are a Marriott regular you know there is typically a drive in the room. Do not expect to have one in your room, we had to request one and luckily we got it they seem to have a shortage of them. The bellhop had to bring it to the room. I would stay at this hotel again for the location only. There's nothing else special about it. If I had to pay again plus points I would choose a different location.

Yelp
HORRIBLE. Extremely unaccommodating staff minus bellhop who was the only one with any ounce of customer service. 1. We get to the hotel and parking is 6 blocks away requiring you to take a shuttle if you want to get to your car. It's left out in a public parking lot in the middle of key west. 2. We went out that night and got back around 8pm, there is a rooftop bar two doors down that blasts music until 10pm shaking your room. 3. Fast forward to the next morning, we see fluid (which looks like blood) on our headboard in the LED+sunlight. At this point we have had enough, we're grossed out and wanted to leave as they were booked up and couldn't upgrade us. 4. the manager 1. Wouldn't refund us for the night as we were going to stay elsewhere since she could not accommodate us or provide another option 2. Claimed this foreign substance was not blood (how could she know that?!), regardless if it was blood or not, there was a huge red stain right where we lay our heads at night. They couldnt tell us what it was, but claimed it was "cleaned" but the stain remained even after when we returned to our room 3. Insinuated since we had been there a night that it was caused by us. My jaw was on the floor I was so offended. Key part - they could not accommodate us to guest standards and still would not refund us for the night. Again, they were unable to provide us alternate accommodations, and still would not refund us. We are Marriott honors members, and treated like garbage. We booked with the Hyatt ($1500 a night) and picked up our stuff and left although we had an additional night stay. We would rather spend an additional $1500 then stay in a dirty room. Wanna know what the manager offered us when this happened? TWO DRINK VOUCHERS. It was laughable

Yelp
From the first moment you step in, you are impressed with the unique attention to detail and vibe. Rooms and grounds provide a "WOW" factor that you aren't expecting! Staff is very gracious, accommodating and with top notch customer service. Abraham went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute arrival and ensure a memorable stay. Room was beautiful and well appointed. Hotel's location is right in the heart of Key West. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Yelp
Enjoyed our stay but felt it was overpriced. If staying make sure you book a room that has a balcony or direct pool access the other rooms seemed to be tucked away down a dark hallway, located directly under the rooftop bar.

Yelp
As a first time traveler to Key West I had no idea what the town layout would be like in person and I whole heartedly suggest staying here. Friendly and helpful at every turn, this small but elegant hotel is much different than anything else you can expect on that end of Duval. It is indeed a different resort experience in terms of size and amenities, but so is Key West. Great group of people running the hotel and bar.

Yelp
4 of us were able to find a seat at the bar on a Thursday around 5:00pm. We did not eat there, just had drinks. Vanesa makes a perfect cosmo. Blush, not too sweet. I was surprised it was only $10.50. It had just the right amount of Tito's. A glass of wine was also $10.50. The decor is Miami-ish, dark red, with oversized furniture and unique items in the lobby. Plenty of (pay for) parking just outside, it was $4 for an hour. The only issue that put a little bit of a damper on the experience was that there was a group of 6 people sitting in the round corner table next to the bar. As the minutes rolled by the volume of their conversations increased exponentially. They were so loud we opted to head out and find dinner nearby. I'm all for folks having a good time, and understand after a few drinks patrons don't realize how loud they get. It just would have been a nice touch if someone who worked there was able to gently remind them to there were other people in the bar who were also trying to enjoy themselves.

Yelp
We loved staying here!! The location is perfect in relation to Duval. For check in, you need to use the entrance on Eaton. But once you have your room key you can access the side door which is directly on Duval. We were one block from The Porch, First Flight, Fat Tuesday's, etc. Even though the rooms are small, they were very well planned out. We had a dresser and a wardrobe to hang our clothes in. They also provided makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, robes and new towels daily. There was also a clothes iron and a blow dryer in the room. Our balcony overlooked the pool which we made good use of on Sunday. Our only complaint.... the pool chairs are HARD! They really needed a cushion or a pillow. We also thought it was kind of weird that no one ever walked out to the pool to offer drinks. You have to dry off and put clothes on to go inside. There were 2 bartenders for 2 people. There was 5 families/couples at the pool. You'd think they'd walk out to say refills anyone? At least once an hour!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here 2 days this week. The entire staff was superb! Lady at front desk recommended we watched sunset and sunrise and so glad we did. They have free bike rentals which I HIGHLY recommend. Great way to see a lot without walking. The pool was heated which was great. Recommend the valet service which is $35 per day since you don't need it. You can walk to everything or use their free bike rental. The women's bathroom in lobby has a picture of a naked woman so be warned if you have kids. Hotel is modern and super cool. Highly recommend due to its cleanliness and superb staff and of course amazing location!!! Check in is not until 4 pm but get there early and use the pool or leave your bags with front desk and go enjoy the town

Yelp
As someone who travels for a living, I spend quite a bit of time in hotels. I've got to say, that The Saint was one of the most pleasurable hotels I've ever been in. It is quaint, eclectic, and just filled with a dramatic New Orleans flair that radiates personality. Don't come here expecting the Ritz, because it is not. What it is, however, is a drop of luxury right smack in the heart of Duval street. From the amazing inside bar, to the rooftop Halo bar, to the very private pool, this place had something for everyone. I will absolutely be glad to return here in the coming years as often as I can.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite summer vacations ever! I have stayed all over Key West and nothing beats this location, and the sexy adult vibe was perfection for my group. We had a group of 23 women on a girls trip and everyone in every part of this hotel went over and above taking fantastic care of us! GM Abraham made sure to take care of everything from before our arrival all the way through until check out! Resident host Paul was one of the highlights of our incredible five days there! We are a handful and they anticipated every move we made and made it our best trip yet!!!

Yelp
I can't speak to the resort itself, only to the onsite manager, Amy! My flight cancelled and we were unable to make our reservation. With their cancellation policy I thought I would certainly be losing my money but Amy, the onsite manager was so understanding and refunded my stay! Without a doubt, I'll book here the next time I'm in Key West after such great customer service! Many thanks, Amy for making a bad travel day a little better :)

Yelp
OMG! What a hidden gem on Devall St in Key West! The Saint will be my go-to boutique hotel destination on future trips! Everything was spectacular! From check-in to valet service to the incredible room to poolside to dining in the restaurant, you can't ask for more in a hotel! When I told them our reservation was for our 23 Anniversary, they upgraded our room, had champagne in the room on our arrival and secured a reservation in the restaurant for dinner on short notice! The room was top-shelf! Most comfy bed & luxurious shower! We truly felt like royalty! I call The Saint a hidden gem, because you have to know to look for their signature red door & the Duvall entrance is private requiring a key card to open. You must put The Saint on your list of must experience while in Key West

Yelp
I expected a lot more for what I paid for. 150 square foot for $450/ a night. A cot for my guest would've been nice. No housekeeping due to CoVid which is to be expected. Mattress was meh! Location is great though and it seems that they take care of their platinum members regarding late checkout and complimentary breakfast and cocktail when arriving. Let everybody else eat cake.

Yelp
Interesting hotel, not what I expected but pretty good. Kind of a modern hotel in a older building... actually buildings. Hotel consists of a few separate buildings. Staff was terrific, even arranged rental bikes from a nearby shop when the hotels' bikes were all in use. Great location right off off Duval street, near all the bars and restaurants you'll need. Pretty good breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Music from the pool area speakers a little loaded but turned off at a reasonable hour.

Yelp
Funky. Funky in a good was and typical for an Autograph style hotel from Marriott. Our room wasn't quite ready when we showed up (it was a couple hours early) but they did call us to let us know it was ready. Cool room and different than many hotel rooms. Hotel bar was awesome with handcrafted cocktails. Highly recommend the rooftop bar with music as the night moves on.

Yelp
This review is overdue, visited key west in early January and had a fantastic time. This hotel is awesome. Half a block off of Duval and halfway up Duval it was the perfect mid point. Small hotel, very boutique feel but affiliated with Marriott so you can use your points here. Beautiful rooms, nice pool and a great little bar. Total upscale feel. When we checked in we met Paul who was the bar manager. Great guy, gave us tips all week. Cassie at the bar was great and Radu working breakfast also. Great hotel, great staff. This is the place you want to stay when visiting the keys.

Yelp
Love the staff - were awesome, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quaint and very, very well located. DO NOT PAY EXTRA for the studio rooms (rooms 223, 224, 225,226). These rooms were added by the hotel after the fact, are musty, are above a sex shop on Duval and are loud as they get the noise from Duval and a vendor stall that starts to blast music/videos at ~9 am. We are told by many at the pool that all the other rooms we quiet and had no such noise. Paying extra was a negative! Again - the staff was awesome and the location was great.

Yelp
Check in felt a little awkward in that the staff went on and on about Key West. This was not our first visit, we had just arrived from an 8 hour drive and all we wanted to do was check in. Suggestion would be to ask your guests if they are familiar with Key West and if they would like more information...do not assume your guests want to hear a 10 minute speech on the hotel/town. Our second day (Saturday) was the WORST experience and was the deciding factor on that we will never stay at this hotel again. It started with the horrible DJ music that was on constant repeat for hours! I was really looking forward to a relaxing visit but that clearly couldn't happen with the SUPER loud, annoying music. Please note that not everyone likes "Miami style/night club" music. To make it even worse after the DJ (which we didn't know about when selecting this hotel) was finished then the SAME type of music came on. We felt that we had to leave the hotel and explore the city to get away from the loud music. Super disappointing because it's in a great area and very pretty but definitely not worth it...unless you are looking for a 24/7 party. We also had to ask for extra towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper bc our room was never cleaned.

Yelp
Given this is a Marriott property, I expect a certain experience. This hotel is in a great location - off the beaten path but walkable to everything. The lobby is small and eclectic, which is fun. The bar is very well appointed, but feels a bit naughty, keeping with their theme. Our room, an upgraded one, is tiny, but clean and meets our needs. The reason for the low rating is the pool "music". Playing all day is basically clubbing noise - you know, incessant throbbing base with occasional tones or voices in the background and much too loud to talk over. Making it worse is the music blasting from other rooms - the walls are apparently have no insulation. If you are in your twenties and just want to drink and party, this is the place for you. If you are an adult who wants to get some rest in your room, look elsewhere.

Yelp
Due to severe storms, all flights were cancelled in and out of the Keys the evening I was flying in. I was diverted to Tampa and once on the ground, I phoned the hotel and let them know I would not be able to get there. The operator said something like, "That's understandable, we've had a lot of cancellations due to the weather." I thought that was it. The room was cancelled. But then I find a charge on my account for the full amount. I call, get the assistant manager and explain the situation. The short of her response was: "Sorry, you had to cancel X days in advance per our cancellation policy." She didn't seem to care about the impossible circumstance or that I was a Platinum Bonvoy member and even tried to disassociate the hotel from Marriott...e.g. "You'll have to take that up with Marriott. We're just a small hotel." Huh? I thought you were Marriott? I asked her to have the manager call me and her response was, "He's a very busy man and not sure when he'll be able to get back to you." Huh? I thought you were a small hotel? Her overall tone was stubborn, rude and condescending. By the way, I never got a call back from the manager...very disappointing. I have a one or two instances a year like this happen and "Marriott" never hesitates to "not charge" me and do the right thing. In fact, if I ever complain about anything at a property, they turn flips trying to make it right. They see my past loyalty and revenue and see that my future earnings potential far outweighs a few dollars on a dispute. I will not let this one isolated incident change my loyalty to Marriott. I've been a member since the 80's and they have always been my hotel of choice. I just hope Marriott takes this asst manager aside and explains to her that it's no longer, "The Saint"...it's "The Saint, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel. And being a Marriott, you can't treat customers (especially 30 year loyal customers) with disrespect!". So. If you're a regular at this hotel and love it, great. If you're part of the Bonvoy Program and looking around, I would look at other Marriott's in Key West.

Yelp
Gr8! Room 226 is the way to go if you want a perfect romantic rom that is literally over Duval st. Recommend 100%. You will not be sorry to be here!!
