The Saint Hotel

The Saint is a lovely boutique hotel near Saint Pete Beach. It has everything you could want: large, well-equipped, clean rooms, a beautiful outdoor seating area, and a small, pretty pool area with a hot tub. Manager Kendall and her team are very attentive and courteous. Service with a big smile: every request is fulfilled immediately and everything is done to make guests' stays as pleasant as possible. We would also like to mention Brianna: a special thank you for the friendly welcome! There is ample free parking available for hotel guests. If you want to go to the seemingly endless fine sandy beach for a walk, a swim, or to marvel at the beautiful sunset, you can easily walk there in a few minutes. You can also find good food or a cocktail here. The casual dining restaurant 82 Degrees is located directly in the hotel. Its cuisine and bar are impressive across the board. As a hotel guest, you have direct access to the restaurant and can have drinks and food delivered to the pool at reduced prices during happy hour. The entire area was severely affected by Hurricane Ian. Even now, five years later, the consequences are still visible in many places. The surroundings are therefore likely to change as more new buildings are constructed. It would be nice if The Saint stayed as it is!

We have been rebuilding our home nearby that was flooded during Hurricane Helene and stay here when we come down to check out progress on the work. 3 stays so far and each time has been great. Randy at check in desk is the best and goes above and beyond always. The staff is great (shout out to Harley the best bartender:). This is a true "boutique" hotel (maybe 23 rooms or so) but has every amenity one could need. The location is walking distance to dining, bars and the beach is right there as well. The restaurant/bar (82 Degrees) is excellent and the pool bar makes relaxing poolside complete. The rooms are whimsical and unique with a creative and tasteful flare. We love being off of the "beaten path" and this place checks all boxes. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot give enough positive feedback for The Saint hotel! It was a perfectly curated experience; from the welcome Champagne upon arrival, to the complementary beach gear and bikes, the attention to detail is astounding. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool area is lovely. That view! A HUGE thank you to managers Kendall and Randy, for making my birthday extra special. They both gave the most thoughtful recommendations, and made it very evident that they truly care about the guest experience. The most genuine and kind hotel staff, I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We will be back ASAP!

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We celebrated a birthday and the staff was amazing! Special shoutout to Kendall for everything she did to accommodate my sister’s birthday! We genuinely appreciate every detail. The rooms were super clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor, colors and flamingos were cute! The communication was excellent. My only regret is that I didn’t book my stay longer. Thank you again for everything! We can’t wait to return!

Clever concept hotel! It fit our needs, it was totally clean, there were 2 amazing padded arm chairs, the couch was large and comfy, and the bed was very comfortable as well! 4 good pillows were provided too! We like the contactless check-in, and the overall decor. Our microwave was broken, and the table for “dining” in the room was scary wobbly. We ran out of trash bags, and the waste baskets were tiny. Overall positive.

Really really cute place. We took a weekend getaway to the area and recently stayed. This is a remodeled old-school Florida motel with a very modern vibe. Nice little place. At check-in we were greeting warmly, offered a cocktail, and given information about what was going on nearby that evening. The room was a nice size, and the king sized bed was very comfortable. We were there recently so it was considered off-season. It was very quiet. The small pool was very lively with a live DJ there in the afternoons. We would likely stay if in the area again. The location was great, the beach was a short walk away, and they offered beach accessories included in your stay. Our only complaint would be that the room, frankly, had a bad odor. It's typical for the area, and an odd smell, but we weren't in the room except to sleep so we just lived with it. Some may be turned off by the shower, which was glass and didn't have a door, just an open doorway to the rest of the small bathroom. Again, these didn't bother us, though we would have brought it up if we were in the room more or staying longer. Recommended.

This is a true gem. The property is wonderful and the rooms so unique. We had the one bedroom and it was huge with a full kitchenette. Well appointed, comfy and well furnished right down to the bathrobes. The staff is one of a kind. Once you meet Randy you will be disappointed in every hotel manger you meet after.

We came up for a Birthday/girls weekend and it was so much fun! Kendal and Randy really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and catered to. The room was gorgeous, and the entire stay we felt like we had stepped into a little piece of paradise. Skye at the Tiki bar was awesome not just with the delicious drinks, but she went out of her way to make sure we were able to catch our game and didn't have to leave the pool! I can't say enough good things about this property and we will absolutely be booking another stay in the near future.

The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. While it has been renovated it is just a motel. The rooms have been modernized with a quirky retro feel to them. But the walls are thin and can hear people in the room next to you, especially the drunks who come in late at night. We also had a loud humming noise coming from the wall behind the bed making it hard to sleep. Our room overlooked a gravel parking lot so nothing to look at. The Saint has a nice pool, hot tub and on-site restaurant. The desk attendant was very friendly. But when it comes down to it it's a fairly basic motel.

We were looking for a place to stay near the Dalí museum and happened to find this charming little place. Our room was recently renovated after the hurricane so it was in great shape. Restaurant on premises had great food. We ate there both nights we stayed. They have a pool, it is across the street from the gulf and three blocks from the public beach. One downside is our room did not have a dresser or place to hang clothes. There are drawers under the bed but we lived out of our suitcases.

We were looking for the perfect getaway on St Pete Beach and we found it. From the moment we stepped on the property, it felt like vacation. The front desk was so helpful, we explored the nearby Upham beach which is a 3 minute walk! I love hotels that are close to the action. We went to Toasted Monkey for lunch and ate at 82 degrees for dinner as we watched the sunset. It was the perfect getaway. The pool was lovely and they played music during the afternoon which was nice. You have access to a pool and jacuzzi . I also took advantage of the other amenities provided: cute pink bikes, beach chairs and umbrella with a cart to pull everything. We left feeling refreshed and happy. Thank you to The Saint for an amazing experience.

Such a cute hotel! I stayed in January when it was colder so it was hard to use the pool. But the restaurant, the staff and the vibe were all so great! I definitely would stay again. Very close to the beach, only two blocks away.

Negatives-- it's a renovated run down motel so the room walls were very thin. We had #24. We had a conjoining room door with Room 23 (or 25, i forget) but kept it locked. They liked to party. Their weed small permiated through the walls and doors. They stayed up until 6:30am. Since they did that and the walls were so thin, we could not sleep. I wanted to call the front desk but it's "closed" from like 10pm to 7am so no one is there physically at the front desk. In Room #24 there was no dresser or any type of drawers. No closet either. No nightstand drawers, nothing. We had to keep all of it in our suitcase, opened up, which took up a ton of space in an already small room. The sink in the bathroom was literally 6 inches long and 4 inches in width--so tiny. Got water everywhere trying to wash my face. Room #24 had some great lipstick on it too -- they put a huge piece of painted white ply board behind the tv to probably cover up holes or something. It was distasteful looking in such a nice boutique hotel. For paying $980, almost $1000, for 3 nights, I expect more. We sadly will not be staying there again. Positives-- Randy & the other lady are super nice and helpful. They make that place special. Great amentities -- free beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, pool towels, water, etc.

We had a wonderful time at The Saint. The room was pristine. The restaurant and pool were gorgeous. The attention to detail is beautiful, including robes and slippers and a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. We felt very cared for by all the staff, and the location is a very short walk to the beach entrance. They even offer a little beach wagon, umbrellas, and beach chairs. This will be our go to spot for St. Pete trips.

The food was very good and the views too. It was very pleasant.will definitely visit again.

This hotel is amazing! From the Location to the size of the room, the place couldn't be better. It's Within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, Including their own 82 degrees. I stay at a lot of hotels, and the service here beats any other hotel. Special shout out to Rebecca who helped my girlfriend get a very special ring back to her. We were here for a perfect christmas, and we cannot wait to come back in the summer!

If you are in Saint Pete and want to spend more time do not hesitate to try this hotel. Starting for the Lobby... the attention is Wow !! It's clean, rooms are so beautiful and comfortable etc.... And the Restaurant Bar 82 degrees excellent. A+ Definitely a place that I will try again.

Booked online. Hotel staff communication was wonderful. Randy wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived late and had two mini complimentary bottles of Prosecco chilling in the fridge. That was a nice touch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was for the pool view room description, which wasn't quite true. From the living area within the suite you could see the outside game area and in the distance the gate to the pool. Picky I know but would have preferred the description didn't mention a pool view. The suites were modern with an art deco feel. Loved the feel. Living area had a tv, fridge, cooktop, microwave and basic utensils. The bedroom was small with a barn door which separated the room from the living area. Bathroom was small but nicely done. Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and bottled water for guests to use at their leisure. Nice pool with amble chairs. Wonderful staff wanting to ensure you have everything you need. Definitely recommend. Thank you Randy and staff for a memorable stay.

Great hotel! We had the corner suite which is beautiful and roomy. We highly recommend this place. Hands down the best hotel in St Pete Beach. The restaurant is also amazing.

10 out of 10, would highly recommend. This hotel knocked it out of the park in my books and I will tell you why! I recently held my Bachelorette weekend in St. Pete and we chose to stay at The Saint for the adorable, luxury boutique vibes that it had and it was just that. Rooms were spacious and very clean, I loved the artwork and decorations around the hotel, great for photo ops. The thing that was most impressive was their guest service, we were always greeted and accommodated for whatever we needed. Amazing location and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

If I could give more stars, I would. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and it's team! From the rooms, to the pool, to the dining experience... it's all top tier. The Saint Hotel is exactly what St. Pete Beach needed. Extra thanks to Mario, Rico, Tyler, Alena, and Stefano for making our stay a special one.

Hard to leave! Wanted to take a quick road trip from Miami to St Pete. While looking for rooms everything looked so generic and ordinary. Then we found the Saint! It was perfect! On-site awesome restaurant. Great funky vibe. The rooms are so welcoming. Modern, fun, comfy and super clean!! The thing that really stands out is the hospitality! I can't say that I ever felt more comfortable in a hotel. Amazing staff. Thank you Saint staff see you soon!

When looking for a relaxing beachside getaway with amazing customer service, tasty poolside drinks, stylish and comfortable décor, outstanding patio area, and delicious food, look no further than The Saint. Every detail was perfectly curated down to the arrival Rose, to the pool playlist, to the chill evening outdoor fireplace. We spent our days lounging poolside in the comfortable cabanas, riding the provided bikes to nearby brunch, enjoying the sunset (using the complimentary beach cart, umbrellas and chairs) at the beach that is only a few blocks away, and relaxing every night in the provided robes and slippers next to the fire pit. The Saint has something for everyone. Jenna and Randy made sure no detail was overlooked and provided us unapparelled customer service. We can't wait to come back.

Randy and the entire staff at The Saint Hotel and 82 Degrees were so wonderful! They all went out of their way to make our stay extra special and even let us score some late night snacks after their kitchen closed. They brought us anything we asked for and there was even a small kitchen in our room which was awesome! The cute little space to hang out and play yard games was such a plus. Their pool is 24 hours which is also so cool! Truly a gem of a hotel. Definitely will return.

My friends and I enjoyed a quick girls trip and loved staying here! The room was cute and accommodated us well. Location was perfect, right across from the water and near beach access. The staff was friendly and welcoming, will stay here again!

Randy greeted us so warmly and everything was amazing our entire stay. They have wagons and bikes and so many things. The pool is relaxing. The rooms are Uber clean. The food at the restaurant is divine and the servers are the kindest people. Great stay.

Most accommodating staff and what a cool Vibe. They NAILED the pool area! The owner is is on site constantly while the hotel gets up and running, and it shows. Too many thoughtful touches to list...just come and experience it for yourself! Oh, and don't forget to check out the hotel restaurant and bar. The menu and drink list are both top notch. Not the typical same old, same old. We didn't want to leave!

This was our first time staying in St. Pete! Words cannot express how amazing our trip was. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed by the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and kind. I have to give a huge thanks to Mario & Rico (managers) who made sure that whatever we needed was taken care of. We had a few minor mishaps but nothing major and these gentlemen made sure all was well. Every staff member greeted us and was super friendly. We even had popsicles at the pool . They offered us bikes to ride around the area, beach chairs and umbrella as we spent the afternoon on the beach. The restaurant 82 Degrees was delicious and I ate there almost every day (very picky eater). The waitresses & bartenders were amazing and nothing they served was bad. We didn't have to venture far because everything we needed was there at the hotel or within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

The place was clean & beautiful but what really made the stay memorable was the hospitality. Randy at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating- he called us the VIP guests and treating us just like we were. :-) Alana was our server in the restaurant and we couldn't have asked for anyone more attentive and friendly. We felt like family instantly! Wonderful experience- we will come again for sure!

The Saint Hotel is the getaway you are looking for. I went for my birthday to visit St.Pete and it was beyond relaxing and the restaurant on site is AMAZING! The rooms are big and more importantly CLEAN.

The Saint Hotel is a perfect getaway! The rooms are very spacious and exquisitely updated. The staff couldn't be friendly and more helpful. Vibes around the pool are immaculate and the cabanas are so comfy! Live music around the pool was a great plus. Highly recommend whether you're visiting or a local you checkout The Saint Hotel! 10/10!!

Amazing owner and amazing hotel. Everything was thought of design wise. I had so much fun just looking around. Will definitely go back and if you're in the area check it out.

AMAZING! This was my first time in St. Petes and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saint. The Manager, Mario was amazing and so very accomodating. The room was super dope with all of the necessary amenities any traveler would need. The staff was on point and available. The night Manager, Rico was equally as amazing as Mario. The food in the restaurant was great, the bar staff and drinks were on point. I highly reommend staying at The Saint if you visit St. Petes. Great job by all.

$85 I thought it was $50 and they charged me twice. For all that use Day Pass, DONT USE IT HERE, it's just not worth it, when there are so many Nice Hotels I have written about. Truthfully this place Sucks. They care more about a towel then they do you, this I can Promise. Ok I asked the Waiter to come back in an hour, I asked the man up front if I could take a towel, "he said yes" headed off to my car and before I could open a door 2 employees and that sorry owner trapped me in and made me give them their towel. I KID YOU NOT. Never got to try the food. You know where I'll send ya Post Cards on the Beach Good Food. As for this place I got so annoyed with the whole place I left. The place is Putrid. Pepto Bismol pink : ( No Beach Access I don't think the food is good because no one was eating just drinking and this loud woman screaming at the top of her lungs at the Bar that was ok ? but dont use thier towel at the beach. Will never go there again a very sad place and thier swaying palms and open scenery is a Big Fat Lie.

The best burger I have has in a long time . Servers are awesome and so friendly. We will definitely be back . We stayed at the Saint hotel and Mario was awesome. We will be back. The rooms are very unique and done so tasteful with mini fridge , stove and pull out queen sofa.

Beautifully updated hotel with the old Florida charm. It was a short walk to the beach which made this location very convenient.

Went to the saint hotel after we had booked an Airbnb in the area that was not what was expected at all. Immediately on checking in we felt so welcome and at home. They offered us complimentary rose as well. The rooms are immaculate and the decor sets the perfect tone for the weekend here. This hotel has taken 90s Beverly Hills and revamped it for 2021. I cannot say enough good things about what Alon is doing with the saint hotel and 82 degrees. The food there is nothing less than delicious. Will definitely be back!
