Been on a sweets/pastry exploration lately and found another winner. Went a bit after 8 on a Sunday morning to the Tennyson location in Denver and didn't have to wait long. Being there so early meant there were some flavors not out yet, but I'm extremely happy with what I got. The pistachio cannoli doughnut was my absolute favorite of the bunch. Light and balanced flavor and even though not the traditional cannoli shell, they still managed to imitate the feeling of the overall dessert. The traditional was light and would likely satisfy the "not too sweet" folks. The brown butter and sea salt was a good cake doughnut. Got the doughnut holes for a kid and they were demolished before I could say enjoy. All in all, a definite try, especially if you're in the area.
