we came here for dinner, however the dishes were so mid compared to their prices. i would expect from such place to put more effort on the tastes. I ordered a katsu sandwich, the meat was raw i couldn’t even bite it and didn’t finish it. However, i would recommend this place for cocktails/ atmosphere. The service and the manners of the staff was delightful

I rate 5 only for the ambience and the event I attended. The service is horrible. The servers are unbothered and treat people horribly, maybe even discriminate based on nationality. I went for an event and then also had an aperitivo. I paid 20 euros for the buffet. The servers were serving the buffet, and were not ready to give mire than tiny bits and 1 piece. When asked for various things they made faces. The people behind the bar had the same attitude while serving drinks. The ambience and the space is really great but the service is horrible. You are highly likely to get good service at your everyday bar! The food served at the aperitivo was cold and dry. The servers had no clue what they were serving. Pasta al forno was told to be lasagna and it was cold and dry, and tuna croquettes were told to be olive croquettes. And many other blunders.

We had a reservation at Sanctuary, where at the entrance we were greeted like the national guard and asked where we were going. Upon arrival, they couldn’t even open the restaurant doors. The interior is phenomenal and impressive, and they have a show at the beginning where a very nicely built, curly-haired guy from the gym, shirtless, amazes everyone with his torso while drumming. Extremely fun and incredible atmosphere. Then begins the lost-and-confused search for our table. The staff is very strangely unfriendly, looking down at guests, but it gives more the impression of incompetence and disorganization, which they try to mask with some kind of quasi high-end, distant, cold approach. Very funny and not pleasant at all. I don’t know if their point is to make the guest feel unwelcome—maybe that’s their style. The food is below average, the service comical because they get lost in the space even though there are many of them. They have headsets and microphones, like air traffic controllers or Kevin Costner in The Bodyguard. One walks toward a table, comes back, bumps into another, reaches the table, and doesn’t know what to do. No one knows which table belongs to whom, and they just wander around so much that it looks like they’re seriously busy and have purpose and intent. Then they don’t know what cocktails they have, and four of them have to decide who will make each drink. Absurd service, like theater of the absurd, slightly Dadaist. But otherwise, the atmosphere, the space, and the beautifully dressed guests are wonderful, and honestly, aside from the terrible service and below-average food, it’s a very interesting place.

One of the most dishonest, disrespectful, and humiliating experiences I have ever had. We bought our tickets days in advance. The ticket clearly states valid from 9:00 p.m. We arrived at 11:45 p.m., while the party was already in full swing, and were still refused entry. We were four girls, left standing outside in the freezing cold like we were nothing. No valid reason. No explanation. No apology. Just aggressive, rude, and openly disrespectful staff speaking with arrogance and contempt. Selling tickets with a stated entry time and then denying access hours later is not a mistake — it’s intentional deception. This place operates by lying to customers, wasting their time, and showing zero basic human respect. I’ve traveled and partied all over the world — I have NEVER experienced something this shameful. This is not nightlife, it’s a scam disguised as an event. Disgusting, pathetic, and embarrassing 🤮🤮🤮 Do not give these people your money. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable experience. We were told the party started at 9 PM, so we arrived at 23:40, only to be refused entry. Then staff suddenly claimed the party only starts after midnight and told us to wait outside in the cold on New Year’s Eve. There were four of us, all girls, standing outside freezing, with zero explanation, zero organization, and zero respect. No apology, no solution, no effort to help—just arrogance and confusion from the staff. If you can’t communicate basic information like when your own event starts, don’t host a New Year’s Eve party. Making people wait outside in the cold at midnight after misleading them is incredibly unprofessional. Terrible management, terrible communication, and a complete lack of respect for guests. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

New Year's Eve there was amazing and not so expensive, we arrived a bit late to the dinner time but they quickly found us a place. Very cool bohemian atmosphere, friendly people in general and laid back. Suitable for Groups and couples. The club inside is also big and has a pretty nice sound system. Good drinks as well. Definitely would do it again!
