Really Friendly service, It’s So well thoughout, We would not stay anywhere else and we have pretty high standards! 😀😀😀 see you again

Pros: The staff are beyond lovely, and went over and above to accommodate our requests. Thank you again. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and they went out of their way to get us two lovely cakes although we hadn't warned them in advance. The property is right on the beach and accessible although the stairs to the beach are a bit steep and may be difficult for those who are disabled Cons: The rooms in general are not very thoughtful although they look well designed. No kettles, no intercom to get to the reception, the windows opened with quite a struggle onto the pool area. The pool does not seem to be cleaned too often of bugs. We were given ground floor rooms (this was a prior request). I was fairly... whelmed with the property but still want to appreciate the efforts of the staff - yes there were delays in delivery but it seems to be a problem more to do with understaffing

I would give 6 stars if I could! Everything was exceptional: the room, the common areas, the food, the breakfast, the pool, everything was beyond amazing! Special mention to the staff which was really nice, friendly, and always available for every request, they are doing a great job. It is definitely the best hotel we have stayed at in Sri Lanka, we would love to be back one day and would 100% recommend it!

Not suitable for three adults! The extra bed was a short folding one, completely unsuitable for an adult, yet they charged about $80 extra for it. There wasn’t enough hot water for three people – something basic any hotel should provide. Very disappointing experience and poor response from the owner.

Terrible experience!||Do not book a room for three adults. The so-called “extra bed” is a short, uncomfortable folding bed that no adult can sleep on, yet the hotel shamelessly charges around $80 extra for it. There was also no hot water for three people, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel.||||We spent an entire week trying to reach a senior manager with no response at all. Only after we left did the owner finally reply — rudely, saying the hotel was now “closed to us.” Our request for a refund for the extra bed was refused.||||A total scam and an absolute disgrace for a hotel that claims to be high-end.

The Sandhya Hotel in Sri Lanka is absolutely amazing with its breathtaking views, luxurious rooms, and beautiful tropical surroundings. The property itself is a paradise haven that perfectly captures the island's natural beauty. However, the quality of customer service is a little poor. Despite the wonderful setting, service delays and unresolved requests detracted from what could have been a perfect experience. A stunning property that unfortunately needs improvement on the service side.

We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our trip. Absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food and drink was good. The beers could have been slightly colder though. The bedrooms were extremely nice and comfortable. It is a very small adults only hotel with just 8 rooms I believe, finished to a very high standard. The pool area is exceptionally comfortable with very easy access to an amazing beach area. We absolutely loved this hotel and Ahangama beach.

I brought my family to this hotel as it’s one of my favourite spots on the south coast and I have stayed here several times since it opened. We had taken a sea-plane flight from Kandy and needed a place to chill out and eat after a very early start. The staff could not have been any friendlier and attentive despite us not staying overnight in the hotel. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and the management even treated us to a wonderful complimentary bottle of champagne as they heard it was a very special occasion. My brother in law enjoyed it so much he is insisting we book to come and stay for some days next year so I can’t wait for that.
