The Sandridge Motel

Great position, right among the main street with choices of every possible food you could want to find for dinner after travelling. The rooms are quiet, clean and the view from our unit could not be beaten. Not resort-modern but also not as crowded as a resort might be, this was the best place to return to after dinner and just have a quiet evening. Recommend for sure, we'll be back to see everything we didn't get to see in Lorne on this flying visit.

Ticks all boxes for comfort, value, service and location! In the heart of Lorne but beautifully quiet rooms (esp towards the rear) with only the sound of ocean waves to fall asleep to. Parking and ease of access to room was a bonus. Thank you!🌻

Sadly the front desk ladybwas nice but rude. She had her moments. The room was basic the view was lovely. For $200 a night the least they can afford is soft Kleenex toilet paper. But that was not there.

Sandridge Hotel in central Lorne, VIC was great. Wendy is a darling. She’ll be at the front desk most of the day. If you need anything, she’ll make sure you’re looked after. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Microwave, wine glasses, coffee and milk, all provided. Located in the center of town, walking everywhere is minutes away. There’s a private car park on the premises. Balcony looking over the bay with friendly bird guests. Great experience. Thank you

Comfy rooms. Bathroom a bit dated but not an issue. Great view. Great location. Nice little balcony. Staff very helpful juggling things so we could have an extra night.

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly, Room is great. View of the ocean is nice with many shops and restaurants so close.

We stayed here for two nights in an Ocean View Room. |On arrival we were greeted by Wendy who was super helpful and a pleasure to speak to. |The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the fridge cold and the view fantastic. |We would definitely recommend a stay.

Okay for a motel. Nicely located. Room was okay. Showering however was a bit tricky with trying to adjust the temperature of the water because - and no exaggeration - rotating the cold water tap by more than a couple of mm is the difference between hot and cold.
