⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Epic Stay at The Santa Maria – Already Dreaming of My Return!
As a travel agent who regularly reviews top-tier properties around the globe—and as a proud member of the Marriott Excellence Club—I can confidently say that my recent stay at The Santa Maria Resort in Panama City, Panama was nothing short of epic.
From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail, the warmth of the staff, and the sheer elegance of the resort captivated me. Every interaction was elevated by hospitality done right. The team didn’t just meet expectations—they quietly anticipated needs. At one point, as I glanced toward the restrooms, a staff member kindly asked if I needed directions—small, thoughtful gestures like that make all the difference.
The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was phenomenal—elevated local flavors, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. The in-room breakfast we enjoyed on our final morning was sublime, a perfect end to our stay that highlighted both quality and comfort.
Though I was genuinely excited to play a round of golf on what I’ve heard is one of the finest courses in Panama, unfortunately, the rain had other plans. That said, the club staff handled the cancellation with grace and refunded my greens fees without hesitation—yet another example of the high level of service that defines The Santa Maria experience.
I cannot wait to return—especially to finally enjoy the golf course in full swing. It would mean so much to be welcomed back with open arms and, if possible, considered for a complimentary golf and stay package during my next visit. I would be thrilled to continue recommending The Santa Maria to my travel clients, many of whom are discerning travelers looking for excellence—and this resort delivers just that.
