I went to the Moosic location only after my appointment at the Pittston location was cancelled. It was inconvenient for me to go there, but I did because I was told I was being put with a “great stylist who will take great care of you.” What a joke! I showed Louis what the goal my regular stylist and I were working towards (blonde) annd I was there to touch up my roots, and he darkened my entire hair-so now all my highlights are dark by whatever he did. The blonde is gone and my hair is brown again. I have no idea what he did-but I do NOT recommend him! Not to mention, his area was FILTHY and he sprayed water on my hair to wet it initially before coloring it and when I looked at the bottle after, it had mold in it. I took a picture of it. It was absolutely disgusting!

I’ve been to Susan around 4 times now for massages and I’ve loved every single one. She’s extremely friendly and professional, as is every front staff member I’ve encountered. I love a deep tissue massage and Susan does such a good job that I leave feeling way less tense, and more relaxed than when I came in.

My husband tried to surprise me and send me for a massage. I was so excited to go. I’ve never had a massage where I couldn’t wait for it to be over until now. This woman Susan was so rough that she actually hurt my skin. She was rough and she rushed everything she did. Definitely do not go here.

I had a little mommy day at the salon and got the sapphire experience. All I have to say is wow. It was amazing and everyone was so nice

I had my first experience last night at sapphire. Everyone was so welcoming. And Camille, what can I say other than she is fabulous. She did an amazing job and listened to exactly what I wanted. I have lots of hair that is really curly. I have had more butcher haircuts then good (either they didn’t know what they were doing or just hated how much hair I have). So, being I found someone that did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, and kept a great conversation going I will definitely be back. I came home feeling wonderful about how I look with my hair. I will definitely be back and recommend Camille to anyone who wants to go there.

Since 2020 I have been a customer initially because they are an Aveda salon and keep coming back because they do a great job in every respect. Thanks to Cindy, Fermin and Lou. I'm grateful for them.

Worst hair salon i ever been to the so called stylist ruined my hair. Cut and color was no where near what i ask for when i left there i looked hideous.

I love going to the Sapphire Salon and Spa in Moosic, PA! I have been a loyal customer for more than 3 years and I rarely go anywhere else for my services (hair, nails, massage, and waxing). The staff is always very friendly, respectful, attentive, and competent. The salon is clean and I always feel very comfortable there. I like that they send text and email reminders so you don't forget about appointments. Highly recommend!

Very efficient, able to get 3 family members in for a spa day on late notice. Sauna is great and can be used while waiting for services.

I had previously box dyed my hair dark brown over an old ombré. When I had box dyed my hair, it dyed unevenly and ended up fading out in patches and turning red. After receiving numerous recommendations, I turned to Sapphire Salon to fix the mess of hair that was on my head. When I got there, my stylist, Lisa, asked me a little about my hair history, and what my goal was for the end of the appointment. I showed her pictures of the cut and color I wanted and told her that my goal was basically to see my hair all one color again! By the end of the appointment she had transformed my old long patchy locks into an evenly colored sleek long bob. My hair now looks and feels extremely healthy! Although quite pricey, I am happy with the service I received at Sapphire Salon!

I receive a monthly massage from Susan H. She is a spectacular masseuse. She will often recommend different massages and treatments based on the season, weather and personal disposition and concerns. I highly recommend the Stress Fix, Deep Tissue with Reflexology and the Chakra massages. They often include foot scrub and/or scalp massages. I have never had any issues with scheduling with Susan or the salon.

Very nice set up, and very accommodating to your needs. The prices are reasonable and better than a massage envy. I compare it to a resort spa quality. They were on time and very welcoming, no paperwork to file out. Louise was my masseuse and I would request her, especially if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. Hope this helps. It's also located in a strip mall with good shops and a Starbucks.

Horrible service and extremely rude. Lady at the front desk is extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unpleasant. My experience was awful and I will never go there again. Do not recommend this place.

I wouldn't know how they do hair because I couldn't get an appointment! I called during business hours and no one answered. (This happened on a few different occasions.) I left a message with my name and number asking for a return call so I could schedule something. No one bothered to return my call. I sent an email which also went unanswered. I know both the phone and computers work as my husband called the EXACT SAME day and they couldn't wait to offer him an appointment THAT DAY! (I had also emailed them the previous week with a gift card question that was responded to within an hour.) Customer service is a joke. I guess I should be glad they didn't take me based on some of the reviews I see on here! Take your business to a salon that cares!

Loui took care of me, he was extremely attentive and detailed, i love my hair. The best part he treated my hair with extreme care and the results were amazing. I got colored and blow dried. He took a long time but at the end it was definitely worth it!

Wife went here to get a haircut before vacation. Stylist cut her hair so short there is nothing anyone can do to salvage it. When she told them she wouldn't pay unless they fixed it, the salon threatened to charge her with theft. Avoid this place at all costs.

They have blocked all communication with me and refuse to issue me a refund of $210. After stating publicly they do everything in their power to satisfy their guests.

I recently got a deep tissue massage and was very dissatisfied!!! Before the massage I was asked how I liked to be rubbed and where I was feeling pain. I have bad arthritis and told the girl my lower back hurts the most and she can go very deep. She did not. I felt like my boyfriend could have given be a better massage. After I still felt pain and was very annoyed I will not be returning!
