Modern, recently renovated hotel with stylish common areas and bright, airy rooms featuring large windows. The beds are comfortable and the hardwood floors (no carpets) are a hygienic plus. Environmentally conscious with refillable bathroom amenities.
Location is reasonably central. Breakfast offers good variety, including gluten-free options - better than first impressions suggest.
The open wardrobe design offers limited storage space. Rates are somewhat high for the standard of accommodation offered.
Major drawback during stay: Out of order elevator with no quick repair (>24hrs). The only access was via a very narrow staircase reminiscent of a medieval castle - challenging for those with mobility issues or luggage.
Despite some issues, a solid choice for modern comfort in Brussels, though perhaps priced a bit high.
