The Scott Hotel

Modern, recently renovated hotel with stylish common areas and bright, airy rooms featuring large windows. The beds are comfortable and the hardwood floors (no carpets) are a hygienic plus. Environmentally conscious with refillable bathroom amenities. Location is reasonably central. Breakfast offers good variety, including gluten-free options - better than first impressions suggest. The open wardrobe design offers limited storage space. Rates are somewhat high for the standard of accommodation offered. Major drawback during stay: Out of order elevator with no quick repair (>24hrs). The only access was via a very narrow staircase reminiscent of a medieval castle - challenging for those with mobility issues or luggage. Despite some issues, a solid choice for modern comfort in Brussels, though perhaps priced a bit high.

This lovely little boutique hotel in Brussels was quaint and charming. The elevator was a little small, only managing about 3 guests at a time with luggage, but a lovely spiral staircase will do the job as well. The rooms are clean and well equipped with water and coffee. The bar at the lobby has more than enough to keep you engaged throughout the night. What impressed me was the breakfast spread with waffles, croissants, and a selection of hot food such as scrambled eggs and bacon, which was very welcome indeed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall would rate at around 3.5/4. The good: Sweet hotel kept well Good breakfast choice and everything fresh Well located Maintenance acted very fast The negative: We had a family room in what seemed like an annex with No lift so was left to carry up suitcases & pushchair up a steep staircase along with kids. No control over the heating in the bedroom Towel rack in the bathroom didn't work so no way of heating or re-using towels Coffee & water top ups in bedroom don't happen rendering the coffee machine useless The shower leaked on the first day since its not laid at the correct angle so maintenance had to re silicone a strip of rubber to prevent flooding.

I had a great stay at The Scott Hotel in Brussels! The room was really spacious, and the location was walking distance to most shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. The breakfast had a good variety, and everything was tasty. No complaints at all—friendly staff who took care of our luggage when needed and a comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it!

The place is a quaint yet tastefully decorated small hotel with very helpful staff. Modest yet delectable breakfast. Unfortunately no food nor drinks served other than breakfast that went with room we paid for. Elevator service was a but underwhelming due to limited space but tolerable if not in much hurry. Rooms are small but cozy enough. A walk here and there would lead one to nice restos and pizza parlors concenvence shops drugstore. I can recommend to those on a budget.

Room was really good. We were with kid and cot bed provided was very good and larger than usual. Very clean hotel and breakfast was with a lot options

Very comfortable modern rooms. Small bathroom. Has balcony. Two double beds in family room. Reception is small and the lift is average but it reasonably priced for the room quality.
