Tried the slow-cooked pork belly with parsnip purée, marinated artichoke and pickle as well as the crispy lamb shoulder with grilled focaccia, hummus, dukkah and cranberries – both were absolutely outstanding.
The pork belly was tender and full of flavour, perfectly balanced with the creamy parsnip and tangy pickle. The lamb shoulder had the right amount of crispiness, paired beautifully with the hummus and dukkah, and the touch of cranberry gave it a really nice lift.
Presentation was top notch, flavours were creative yet comforting, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best dining spots in Masterton – highly recommend these dishes!
