The Sea Hotel by Grupotel

This hotel is as good as or better than 5* resorts we've been to. The food was amazing and the buffet in the evening is restaurant quality. Every staff member was so friendly, always smiling and efficient. This is how a hotel should be. The food and drinks are amazing, there's attention to detail and everything is top quality. We will definitely come back. The area is lovely, on the beach, fabulous views but quiet and there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Can't recommend this hotel and it's staff enough. Never have I been as blown away by a hotel or wanted to go back as much.

Just back from a weeks all inclusive stay on the first floor in a very clean partial sea view room. The food was very well presented and tasted great. The list of drinks on the AI package was vast and served by wonderful staff. All the workers I encountered had a smile & can do attitude. Made to feel very welcome. Super location at the end of the prom ,20 yards from the beach/sea, so calm & tranquil. What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Very happy to recommend.|An hour by coach from airport.

I was more than satisfied with my stay at The Sea Hotel. The food was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety there’s something for everyone. The rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable right away. What stood out the most was the staff in the restaurant! They were extremely professional, friendly, and always attentive. You can really tell that great service is a top priority here. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back :)

Working in hospitality myself, I know how important true service quality is, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff stood out with their professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail — qualities I really value. The hotel was spotless, the food was fresh and delicious, and its location, just steps from the beach, made the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect example of how hospitality should feel.

We had a fantastic time at the Sea Hotel. The room was nice with a great side view of the ocean which we enjoyed very much. Due to the proximity to the ocean, we also enjoyed listening to the waves crushing in. The highlight was the food paired with outstanding service of the restaurant crew and the amazing work of the kitchen staff. Every employee (without exception) made us feel very welcome!

Staff very nice/supportive and detail oriented. It was my girlfriend birthday and they surprised us with flowers. Hotel located directly to the beach, food very good. Free towels for the beach and free beach umbrella. Though, not too many available spots in the private beach. Dinner time too much restricted, only until 21.00. In general, very much appreciated hotel.

Excellent hotel right on a long lovely clean beach that is shallow a long way out .Food high quality and great service in restaurant . Themed nights and excellent choice at both breakfast and dinner . Hotel clean and modern . Had a side sea view room with a balcony . Beach quiet in the early mornings - beautiful for a swim before breakfast and a coffee on the balcony just listening to sound of the sea . At end of main beach shopping / eating area so relatively quiet but lots of shops restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk . Live music some mornings at breakfast and in bar at night .Bus stop outside hotel if you fancy exploring or going to Palma .Pool isn’t big but v clean and worth spending time there and going in the spa area adjacent ( free of charge ) . Had a fantastic stay at this up market hotel on the beach . Fabulous ! Would definitely return .

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights in June. The hotel was really nice, very clean, modern looking and right on the beach. Had a pool area which we didn’t really use and a sun terrace which we used everyday and could always get a lounger and was nice and peaceful with great views. The room we had was a side sea view and was really nice, just what we needed, clean, enough space, nice ensuite, air con. The staff at reception and around the hotel during our stay were excellent, friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. All in all perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again
