Very good property. View of the ocean from seaview rooms. Could have balcony but I won't complain. Cleanliness is good. Service is great. Food/breakfast is clean. The reception guys were really nice to us. Thank you for the great stay;

The location is top notch. The views from the place are amazing. The rooms definitely need a revamp. The mirror light was messing up again and again. Overall the feel isn’t really up to the mark. The bathroom despite having a shower did not work. If these things are ignored, it’s a good stay.

We came here on 31 Aug 25 after booking online. Our reception was smooth and we were upgraded to a Superior room once the staff learnt that I was ex Army. Comfortable rooms with an excellent 180 degree view of the ocean and the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. From our room we got the best ever view of the sunrise. The food at the restaurant in the top floor is good. The staff is courteous and helpful. Gr8 stay

very clean and quiet hotel. they gave an extra bedroom request for our driver to sleep in one of our rooms. parking was complimentary. well lot. good service. breakfast was excellent. restaurant in 7th has amazing views of the ocean. we saw an amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean from there.

This hotel is located on a prime location with a seashore view. Fantastic hotel for local sight seeing too. Services - Breakfast is free with room tariff. Staff is polite and professional. Quality of food is great however they need to increase the quantity of food in same price. Basic amenities like Free wifi, shower, clean and hygeine toiletries and towels. Top notch terrace restaurant with sunrise view balcony. Parking is available in front of hotel. All local temples and Vivekananda memorial is on walking distance. Local market and bus stop is very close. Added photos for reference.

Beautiful Location & View, but Room Maintenance Needs Work I stayed here for one night with family and had booked a sea-view room — and the view was truly excellent. The room size was also quite good, and the rooftop restaurant offers a stunning ocean view, which made the experience memorable. The location is prime, walking distance from the temple and the boat jetty. The staff were courteous and helpful too. However, the room maintenance was just okay, and cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom fittings and overall finish looked worn out. Food quality was also average — not bad, but nothing special either. If you're looking for a short stay with a great view and central location, this place works — but don’t expect high standards in cleanliness or upkeep.

One of the best hotel for sunrise.. people say it's best place for sunaet too but we didn't get a chance to witness it. The room boys are very helpful but the receptionist man was not very helpful.

Awesome location !!! We enjoyed the stunning sunrise from our higher floor classic sea view room. The staff is very helpful and prompt. Rooms were clean and were provided with basic amenities. The hotel breakfast was ok and staff should find a more experienced chef. All other facilities along with food are satisfactory. There is definitely a place for improvement. All in all a wonderful and happy stay.
