The Sebel Mandurah

We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Mandurah and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the waterfront with stunning views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the foreshore. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the water views was a real highlight. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always happy to help and make our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and gym, which were well maintained and inviting. Overall, The Sebel Mandurah offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mandurah.

Happy with the rooms and the location. Booked for one night was told there was no more available bookings but booked a second night online not that hard to check the availability. Overall I was happy with the experience and the service there. The breakfast is nice aswell

What a wonderful stay once again at The Sebel Mandurah. This marks our third year in a row staying at this fine establishment, and it continues to impress on every level. The service is exceptional, cleanliness is immaculate, and the food and beverage offering is outstanding. World-class service, especially during the festive season, which makes the experience even more impressive. Highly recommended.

Stayed over the years a few times now. Super stay every time !! Friendly , happy staff smiling makes a difference in this day an age for us older ones. Was a three day break and well enjoyed as always. Breakfast was tip top !! Coffee was excellent. Plenty of places for Lunch and dinner close by a small walk , down the elevator to the boardwalk. Awesome balcony for relaxing watching the world go by. Room was super clean and tidy and well maintained. Will be back again for sure many thanks to the staff very enjoyable break.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming reception was a fantastic start to our holiday. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm, making the check-in process smooth and instantly setting a relaxed tone for our stay. Our apartment was the definition of comfortable luxury. It was spacious, and provided all the amenities we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. Every detail felt considered, which contributed greatly to our comfort. A special mention must go to the bed, which was incredibly comfy and made for an excellent night's sleep after a full day of exploring Mandurah. The entire room was so inviting, clean, and beautifully presented. The hotel boasts a picturesque location. It was wonderfully convenient to simply stroll along the boardwalk and easily find a restaurant for dinner each night. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a high standard of service and accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and will certainly be recommending The Sebel Mandurah to friends and family.

The overall service at the hotel is excellent, and the location is convenient, being close to key attractions and transportation options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering ample space for relaxation. However, the bathrooms are a significant drawback; the grouting between the tiles is stained and moldy, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. This issue needs urgent attention, as neglecting bathroom cleanliness can quickly diminish the overall guest experience and give a poor impression of the hotel's maintenance standards.

Nice sized rooms, very clean. Room Service was only for a small selection of mini bar items. Small but tasty breakfast options in the breakfast room (no in room dining). No free bottled water Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. Easy walking access to literally hundreds of restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time at The Sebel Mandurah. Starting from the check in process with Gladys and Julie until our check out time with Steven. Everything was absolutely great. We loved it so much, we already plan our next stay in near future 🌸

its amazing to me how front of house staff can completely ruin your stay at a hotel with 1. upon check in the simply hand you a card and tell you where the lifts are (provide no information at all on anything) 2. avoid eye contact when you walk past, no greeting what's so ever 3. when you do have to ask something they do it in such a passive aggressive manner its mind boggling that they can even hold a front of house position. the only thing they managed to do properly was speak down to you any time you needed anything. was there for 5 days and this was a constant issue amongst all the front desk staff. the only saving grace and may i add irony (because they really do work hard and probably get paid less) is that all the housekeeping staff were super friendly extremely professional and warm. should i say super hot compared to reception staff. my advise to management is start cross training your housekeeping staff and replace your front of house staff because they are simply rubbish

It's great to see how the other half live! If you stay here request an upper bay view room as my collegue's room on the upper floor had excellent bay views. However my collegue on the lower floor requested to be moved due to car park noise this was happily and warmly accomodated by the efficient house staff. Room service is limited however the hotel is whithin short walking distance to cafes takeaways and supermarkets.

The hotel suites are luxurious but don't come here looking for peace and quiet. The hotel restaurant music blares until 11pm making it near impossible to sleep if you're on the lower levels of the hotel. If you want to enjoy the balcony in your room make sure to get a bay view or a room on the higher levels of the hotel. The lower levels get you nothing but parking lot and the associated noise.

DONT STAY! Really poor service. They gossiped to me about my colleagues, which was beyond unprofessional. They also have no concept of managing to the customer experience. Their gym is the worst I've seen - just one working stationary bike.

We stayed here on our 25th wedding anniversary. The rooms are lovely and luxurious we were given the choice of a room with a balcony and shower or a room with a bath and no balcony we went for the balcony room, the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to provide disposable shower caps particularly for the rooms with showers. The staff were lovely and helpful. Would stay here again for sure :)
