The Secret Garden Quito

We had a great time and stayed multiple times. The rooms were great. Very clean. We stayed in a private and dorms and thought both were great. We had dinner and breakfast at the rooftop bar (great views). Julio at the rooftop was very helpful and had great service. We also used the laundry service and Martha made sure we had a clothes done before our flight in the afternoon. Thanks so much secret garden!!

The staff is friendly and helpful, recommended a bus line for our onward travel, called us a taxi and made sure they arrived. The restaurant and public areas are great. Lots of quirky decorations but in a great way. We didn't stay there so I can't comment on the rooms.

Had an amazing time in the Secret Garden. The beds were very comfortable, the food was great and quite affordable as someone staying in the hostel. I do wish there was a lounge that stayed open after 11 to hang out and talk but otherwise such a nice atmosphere

Had an excellent stay here for 2 nights coming back from the Amazon and the Galapagos. Great little hostel that is able to connect you with almost anything you want to do in Ecuador. Booked an Amazon tour through them to Cuyabeno and had a great experience. This hostel has clean rooms and clean bathrooms. I stayed in a private with a private bath and once without the private bath and both were great. Food and drinks are 50% off when you’re a guest as well. Recommend the free walking tour as well as a great way to see some of the historical centre, we had Christina as a guide and she was great. Would love to come back and do the stay in Cotopaxi.

The walking tour was phenomenal and a highlight of our Quito trip. The rooftop is definitely worth a visit with the fantastic views. I can recommend the chicken fajitas. Overall a great stay! Additionally we had the opportunity to spend NYE here and it was great experience!

Hostel is exceptional. People are very friendly and the tour reception is awesome. Lots of tour varieties. Special shoutout to the very talented bartender, Dora. He's very passionate in his art and makes delicious quality drinks! 👍

This was our second time staying at the secret garden quito and just like our first stay it was amazing! The food is delicious, beds are super comfortable and there are showering and toilet facilities at ever corner! The staff were so friendly and honestly could not do enough for us, special shout out to Diego and Mario who were especially accommodating! We will be returning for our THIRD time next week before we head off to the secret garden Cotopaxi with which the secret garden Quito arranged for us, we’re very excited! ||Ps. The Rooftop bar is 10/10

One of the best hostels I had during my gap year of travel. They got the best community atmosphere, offer very nice trips, like Cotopaxi, food is okay, among others every night family diner for $ 5,00. Good rooms, clean, great showers. Stayed there 5 times already.
