We spent two nights at the hotel. Location, location, location - this is in a great spot. All of the downtown area is walkable from this location. Best of all you have a place to park your vehicle. The rooms were good size, clean and the beds were comfortable. They have a nice covered area at the one end of the hotel with outdoor seating. Surprisingly, we couldn't hear any of the traffic from the room, which was great. I was very impressed with the service. We received a call before we arrived and each evening shortly after 8pm to see if there was anything we needed. We will definitely be back. The best p

Spent one night at the property with 2 of our friends in an additional room. It was in the perfect location, right between the main drag of shops and restaurants and the Tlaquepaque shopping village. I would definitely stay at this property again while visiting Sedona. It's not fancy, but it has what you need (a comfortable bed, bathroom, coffee machine, fridge, free parking, and lovely staff) and is clean and convenient. Also, we didn't have time to visit a vortex while in Sedona, but walking through Tlaquepaque felt otherworldly and gave us a fantastic feeling of entering another time. It was great. Don't miss it.

Google
Fantastic experience at this location. The location is great with everything important at walking distance along with the Art district. Excellent views from the room, patio and the parking space. Actually parking is in front of the rooms with each room having a seating area in front of them. The rooms are clean and tidy with all amenities. Bathroom was clean and we felt good staying there. The office closes off at 9 pm and reopens at 8:30 am. As we checked out before that, we had to leave our keys in the room. We paid around $256 for one night and given the popularity of Sedona during spring and all high costs around, this felt justifiable. Overall the location and the views are king for this accommodation. A 5/5 experience.

Google
Beautiful location right at the edge of Sedona. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating, and there’s a balcony with excellent sunset views! If you aren’t a fan of crowds like me, I suggest the Hangover Trail— it’s only a mile away from the hotel, and you can easily walk there (start on the Munds Wagon Trail at the Huckaby Trailhead). Incredible views, and I barely saw anyone on the entire 8-mile trail.

Visited this lovely hotel in February of 2024. Enjoyed many healing modalities while in Sedona and this convenient, budget-friendly base pad worked well for my 4 day visit. Friendly service and very comfortable rooms. ||I booked my room through Expedia.com, as this was the best deal. Typically, I like to book direct with hotels, but in this case air/hotel package was most cost-effective!

Cute rooms. Came for our anniversary, which is not romantic, but we booked last minute. I love how its walking distance from all the hot spots, then we didn't have to worry about parking. The traffic is horrible, but you can't hear it from the room. Nice big parking lot and cute balcony. The rooms looked cute in photos online, but there could be a little more updates.

Google
We simply just loved being here. The room, the view, the friendly and most helpful host. We will be back again one day and will for sure stay here again.

Google
This is probably the best location to stay when you are visiting Sedona. Comfortable rooms, friendly service, and amazing views. Walk to all the shops in the area easily.

Yelp
Adding a few photos of my room, a lovely, budget-friendly stay, indeed! Plenty of hiking options, shopping and more!

Yelp
We were in Sedona for one night and decided to crash a random Inn for some shut eye after being on the road for 7 hours. The Sedona Hilltop Inn had a vacancy and we booked it. Gentleman that assisted us was very friendly and professional. The priced for one night was very reasonable for the location. The rooms were very nice and clean. The Sedona Inn is located in a great area. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were awful, lol. Overall I'll shoot them four stars.

Ellen M.

Yelp
Refused our request for a refund after we had to cancel our trip due to Hurricane Milton.

Yelp
Quick overnight stay at the Hilltop Inn. Clean, comfortable and location was perfect. Staff was friendly and everything was as expected.

Yelp
We had an amazing time in Sedona. Before we left town we made plans to come back. But, we also had to pick another hotel to stay at. We would not stay at the Hilltop Inn because of several reasons. The desk clerk Linda was awesome. But with any issue she consults the "owners" who are not on site. The "owners" were just plain rude! Poor Linda, always had to provide an answer to an issue that she knew was a crappy thing to do to a customer. If this "owner" had any sense they would let Linda do her job because her customer service is way better then the missing owner. AFTER we checked in we asked where the ice machine was located and we were informed that it was "broken". This was a bummer because we had lots of hiking trips planned and had brought our cooler. Everyday we had to go buy bags of ice. When we asked to be reimbursed the "owner" was called and we were denied. The hotel listing says that they have an ice machine. They don't. We were told the owner said it was a "luxury, non essential item!! It was over 100 degrees and we had to go buy ice twice a day. Not even a credit towards the ice we had to buy. The rooms are ok. Nothing special. Very old school with weird paint colors and odd "art" on the walls. Mattresses are hard as a rock. Our a/c was set on 61 degrees the entire time and never stayed cool. We relied on the ceiling fan for comfort. They have a patio but the trash can smelled so bad we had to move the trash can down wind. We used the patio several nights and it was the same horrible smell every night. We stayed a Wednesday thru Sunday and we were pretty much the only guests (twice someone stayed the night and left) for our entire trip. We never had room service. Never bothered anyone. Never asked for anything. Linda walked thru our rooms (never once mentioned the "red" color) and we gave her our keys and then we left for the long drive home. About 2 hours out of Sedona, Linda called my friend and said that her "hair color" had transferred to the sheets and one towel and they would be charging $48.00 for damage. What??? lol So crazy!! We have stayed in 100's of hotels and have never had an issue. White sheets and an old ratty towel that could have just been washed with a little bleach. ‍ It's a scam for sure. So, if your looking for a place in Sedona and you don't mind an up charge after departure and the added expense of ice purchases, then this place is for you. Our next stay will be up the street at a place with a pool, and an ice machine, and real laundry service. Not a poor desk clerk who is also being made to wash linens. Photo of $48.00 over charge.

Yelp
Had tamales here. Dry and tasteless. Beans and rice were both unremarkable. At least the salsa with the chips had some flavor.

Craig W.

Yelp
It's a motel but the price and location were excellent and the room was spacious and clean. If you are not going to be spending a lot of time in your room, this place should be high on your list. The room itself had a fridge and microwave and a nice TV. It also had a tremendous view right outside the front door. From the motel, it's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the touristy area. Across the street is the popular Hideaway House restaurant and also the fantastic Creekside Coffee house. I will say that the walls are a bit thin and our insane neighbors played the TV at all hours at a deafening volume. But it's not the hotel's fault that humans are rotten and, if you get normal neighbors, you should be fine. Incredible value for the price. I'd gladly stay here again.

CG L.

Yelp
This place is just about perfect. It's a small motel located in the arts district, right across the street from Tlaquepaque. You can walk to so many places. It was quiet, clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & very attentive. The beds were comfortable & we loved the ceiling fans (first time seeing one in a motel room). Also loved how they hid the microwave, coffee maker & very nice size refrigerator in a cabinet instead of having them out in the room. The shower water pressure was great, AC was not only nice & cold, but quiet too. The TV was great & one of the best as far as size & picture quality goes that we've ever had in a room anywhere. The only thing about the room that could have been any better was that we found some snacks still in it from the previous guest & due to the restaurant shortages in Sedona right now, the table & chairs were not the best for dining in. Normally we never have meals in motel rooms, but on this trip it was our only option after we discovered there was an issue with finding a place to eat each night due to the labor crisis there. Otherwise the room was designed very nicely & we completely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
You can not beat the location of this motel. It is centrally located (near the "Y") and you can walk to uptown or down to Tlaquepaque. It is very close to the pink jeep tours, the trolley tours, shops and restaurants (Creekside Cafe across the street for breakfast!). Parking and traffic in Sedona are difficult this time of year (April) so walking alleviates a lot of the headaches. The motel was clean, rooms were comfortable, it has a fridge for all your leftovers and the staff was very friendly - you even get a nightly call to see if you need anything else before the office closes. Traffic can get a bit noisy (not really too bad)...since it is right on rt. 179 so you may want to take a noise canceling device.

Morgan H.

Yelp
Bad experience. Fine location but Sedona is filled with other hotels. Genuinely freaked out by the owners response to my mildly critical yet polite google review so I wanted to also warn folks on yelp

Mitchell L.

Yelp
Easy friendly check in. This is an old motel, completely renovated and remodeled tastefully. Easy parking right at front door. Clean and simple, but every thing we need. Minimal furniture, but fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. No pets, no smoking! No pool. Nice view. Great central location. Solid 4.

Steven S.

Yelp
Wow what a cozy little place and so well taken care of of. We spent 5 days at this location and the area around it was so nice. It's a very clean and great location to many other places to visit while you are in town.

Jayni T.

Yelp
BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS on our entire 2-week southwest road trip!! WOW!! The beds alone are well worth the stay. Charming, quiet little Inn.

Gina B.

Yelp
Came here on a whim and lucked out we got the last room. Its located about a half a block from Tlaquepaque I'm sure I just spelled that incorrectly... Anyways if you look at it by the outside you will think to yourself no thanks.... But it's just been remodeled and its so nice!!! The view is very pretty as well. There is not a path to the creek from the motel but it's fairly close to downtown Sedona as well. Our room had two Queens, comfy, nice TV, a coffee pot and microwave. The bathroom has a makeup mirror, a sink mirror and there are two large mirrors that are close to full body length, there's also a iron and ironing board. I have stayed in other motels around here and this is by far the nicest. The shower head sprayed good and good water pressure. We will definitely be back.

Albert B.

Yelp
Very nice and clean, smelled so good when you first walk in. comfortable bed, shower and roomy. We like being on the Hilltop and watching everything from the guest patio. No pool

Heather T.

Yelp
This was a great yelp find! The hubs and I stayed here for just one night but found the room to be clean and the owner very friendly. He gave us great suggestions on where to go around Sedona to see great views of the stunning landscape. And the bed was super comfortable for us. We both slept really well; the best on our trip. And the views outside the motel were spectacular. Definitely recommend staying here while in Sedona.

Yelp
The Sedona Motel is a family owned business that is on scenic Route 79 within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants and galleries. The front desk crew is amazing at providing excellent customer service! If they didn't have an immediate answer to a question (for example, where's the best local place for a massage), they do diligent and swift research and get back to you as soon as possible. They are also the most friendly hotel staff I have encountered and they truly make your stay worthwhile. The rooms are spacious with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave as well as free Wi-Fi and cable television. Every room faces the magnificent red rocks and their patio is a relaxing and picturesque spot, great for watching the sunset. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in Sedona!

Beth R.

Yelp
We recently visited Sedona and since we were unfamiliar with the area, we didn't know what to expect. We have always stayed in one of the major hotel chains when we go on vacation, but it was a holiday weekend with very limited availability. We picked Sedona Hilltop Inn and were pleasantly surprised. The area was great, as we were right in the middle of everything. We could walk to restaurants, shops and even to the trolley stop for Cathedral Rock. As many have stated in their reviews, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean. There is a really nice outdoor area and amazing views. We would definitely stay here again.

Mina N.

Yelp
Very basic, updated decor and clean. Good location and onsite parking. Good for a short stay near most shopping.

F. D.

Yelp
Very nice place and incredibly CLEAN. Rooms are comfortable and quiet at night, with easy parking spaces adjacent--and there is upholstered outdoor seating adjacent to each room for relaxing and enjoying the views of the mountains and the town. Efficient and quiet A/C in the rooms. Friendly staff.

Cindy G.

Yelp
Okay, so I gotta be honest. Based on the overall experience, I would have given this place 4 stars, maybe 4.5. But when you factor in the low price I a high-cost tourist destination, it totally rises to 5 stars. You absolutely can't beat a room in the heart of Uptown Sedona for $120 a night!! The owner was incredibly nice and helpful. He gave us maps and recommendations on where to go in town. The rooms were super clean and had the amenities you need. Our one gripe was with the bed. Not only was the mattress itself not great (thin and hard) but the sheets were terrible quality. My husband would tell you that I'm a snob about sheets but the ones in the motel were not up to par, they were scratchy and it kept me up much of the night. Other reviewers have commented on noise....we didn't find that at all, it was quiet all night and early morning. The views from the motel are killer and the location can't be beat. If you want luxury, this isn't for you, but if you want a phenomenal value, definitely stay here.

Karen F.

Yelp
An inexpensive motel with great service and clean rooms. The location can't be beat either. I'd stay here again. Walk across the street to creekside restaurant for a great meal.

Yin H.

Yelp
I paid $135 a night for this place during off season so I definitely expected a little more than what was offered. First, given that it was Thanksgiving, I received a call from the motel the day before that if we couldn't arrive by 6 pm, they would leave our door key on the door. I understand that it's Thanksgiving and they want to be with families but you also operate a hotel and leaving room keys in plain view definitely poses a security concern. He didn't really offer any other solutions. We did manage to arrive before 6 pm, though barely, so were able to retrieve our keys from the main office. The good: Rooms are large Nice big flat screen TV Clean Good location, lots of places walking distance Needs improvement: The rooms are dark and poorly lit. One of our nightstand lamps also was missing a knob and we couldn't turn it on. Check out is 10 am - have never seen a checkout this early. They advertise views but they are really just from the parking lot and can't be viewed from the rooms. There are a few chairs but if there are cars parked in front, the views are completely obstructed. It was an average experience. Given what we paid, I definitely had higher expectations for the room and customer service.

Abbot Place T.

Yelp
Very pleased. The rich carpet was nice. I loved the easy access and decor Tub was comforting. Price was right and location premium

Patty T.

Yelp
This is a diamond in the rough. I know that the word "MOTEL" immediately brings all sorts of unsavory thoughts in a weary traveler's mind. However, I read amazing reviews on another travel site about The Sedona Motel. We had never been to Sedona and upon driving onto Highway 179 we were floored at the rocks immediately. As we drove into the heart of the town and past Tlaquepaque, perched at the top of the hill, across from Snoopy Rock was this cute little place. Clean. Functional. Central locale. Budget Friendly. Gorgeous Views! Not for high maintenance folks. No mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion or shower caps. No gym or spa. Just the basics. The biggest plus, was Bill, who checked us in and gave us a rundown on the best of Sedona. We were given a map and orientation which was incredibly helpful for first time visitors. I would recommend the Sedona Motel to anyone who asked and I look forward to staying there again on my next visit!

Boss L.

Yelp
I've stayed here twice now. Once a couple years back and then last night. Clean, modern and quit. Very friendly and helpful host. No pool, but you didn't come to Sedona to swim ;) You'll be in the heart of old town Sedona. Every single room has a view!

Janeth Q.

Yelp
Location, location, location! Located next to the shops at the Hyatt resort. This motel is clean, reasonable priced, and good costumer service. The owners are very knowledgeable of the area, gave us great tips. The rooms were well equipped with Safe, TV, Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Pot, Coffee, hair dryer, Iron and Board. Free wifi. Check in 3 pm and check out 10 am. No online reservation. Beds could be better. No shampoo and conditioner. However, did have organic soap. No pool. Wifi was slow. And no breakfast but plenty of choices nearby. We just wanted a place to sleep and shower to enjoy hiking in Sedona, Grand Canyon and Antelope canyon. We were skeptical with the "motel" but after arrival we weren't disappointed. We will definitely come back.

Ray F.

Yelp
The best place to stay in the red rocks. Over the years, Ive stayed at much more expensive places in Sedona, but I have not stayed at any better for the price. Very clean and quite, well appointed rooms with comfortable sleeping, an in the middle of town location, with easy access, convenient parking and a friendly staff, this little motel is hard to beat. This is a true old style motor inn motel and at around 100$ a night (a little less in the off season) by Sedona standards is on the inexpensive side by comparison. As this is a market where you can easily spend in excess of 200$ a night. Like I said, you can stay at much more expensive places in town but why... This cool little motel offers one of the more pleasant stays around, and is way more relaxed and unpretentious than most of the lodging places in the red rocks. A solid 4.5 stars. Rounded up for being the cool place that it is. 00226

Shanti P.

Yelp
Great views and awesome service. Second time here and both times Don helped us out and was the one to check in. He gave us a map, told is where the tourist attractions are, and let us know where the best places in town are. We will definitely stay here again.

Andre S.

Yelp
Take away the Frou-Frou, the lavender-scented toenail lotion, the 400 channel, air-conditioned TV; but keep the comfortable bed, thick bath towels, tasteful furniture and artwork, and genial host. Sum the two parts and you have exceptionally good value for your dollar. Now tour Sedona or Oak Creek in peace, knowing there's no better place to stay.

Patricia D.

Yelp
Great location!! Nice clean room with new carpet and big nice flat screen TV! Call direct to make reservations much better prices than on other sites! The walls are a little thin but with our fan it didn't bother us very much! The views from motel are great!

Patty T.

Yelp
The room was very clean and the view was beautiful from our balcony. The staff was very helpful.

J. L.

Yelp
I love this little hotel! It's nothing fancy, but it's updated and clean and you cannot beat the location. It's walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops and it has a great patio with an amazing view of the red rock. The rooms are a little small but I didn't mind. They have a mini fridge and microwave and comfortable beds. It's super affordable and I'm shocked it even had vacancy! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Elcid M.

Yelp
My husband and me stayed in sedona motel. It is a family owned hotel, small but so clean and in order. Complete with refrigerator, microwave and all the necessary basic things for their guests. The mother and son were adorable and polite host to us. I spoke to Michael the son over the phone and he made us so welcome much more so in personal. We travel a lot both international and local and I am so elated and jovial that their are still single proprietorship business that render good service vs gaining a lot of dollars for their bus...thanks Michael and mom for the welcome. I rate this hotel the highest in Sedona. Marie.

Greg N.

Yelp
Reasonably priced, good location, very clean, parking right in front of your room. The rooms are simple and meet all your basic needs - comfortable bed, refrigerator, hot water. We'll be back again soon.

David G.

Yelp
If this were still a really inexpensive motel, I would give it four stars, or even five, because it was clean, reasonably quiet for being on a main road, and the bed was comfortable. If all I wanted was a decent place to sleep, I would be pleased with Sedona Motel. That is, I would be pleased if the price were $100 a night. But at $150 a night, I expect just a little bit more - Sedona Motel is not only basic, it is "basic" basic. This is the only motel I have ever stayed at where there was not a single drawer in the room - no dresser, no night table, nothing. They give you no toiletries except some tiny soaps. Even the tables are small, leaving you scratching your head as to where to put anything. And it appears that they want to save money on hot water too, because after a certain time in the shower, it cuts off - not runs out gradually, but cuts off abruptly. My point is that you can certainly charge $150 a night if the traffic will permit it, but at that price you can afford a little furniture, a bit of shampoo, and a TV larger than 25-inches. Bottom line - Sedona Motel does not provide good value for your money.

Charlie B.

Yelp
Great view of those iconic red rocks...comfortable room and great price...need I say more?

Megan K.

Yelp
It was my first time going to Sedona and I loved the location of this place. We checked in on Saturday evening and then went out. The next morning we saw debris all along the bed frame next to the mattress, including what looked like animal feces. We went to the office and brought a staff member a showed them. She assured us that it would be cleaned and sanitized right away. There was also a square black spot on the carpet by a chair but we just assumed this was an old stain until we noticed it was leaving black stuff all over our socks. We contacted the office again and they said they would go down and look at it. I called the office again to speak with a Manager but there was not one available. The employee I spoke with said she had notified them of the issues and she would speak to them again. On the evening after we checked out someone contacted us to ask about what happened so we explained it again. We were told that they'd get back to us and that never happened. We have tried to contact several times the manager (I assume) who called us with no reply. This was the worst experience at a hotel I have had and horrible customer service. They don't seem to care that this is happened in their hotel. We would never go back here.

J T.

Yelp
I'm still congratulating myself for choosing the Sedona Motel. Rooms are large and immaculately clean. The owner, Bill, is a delight; he shared lots of helpful info with us and even offered us his Red Rocks parking pass (we'd already purchased one.) It felt like we'd stepped back in time to the kind of motel we used to visit with our families when we were kids! The location is perfect too - close to the center of town so you can walk to dinner. We loved the wonderful views of the Red Rocks from the communal patio. We brought our drinks out there each night before taking off for dinner. The free wifi was a nice bonus too. When you factor in how affordable it is, this place absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Carlos R.

Yelp
Awesome location..great views..nice staff..they have limited lobby hours however have a drop bix for late night arrivals ..rooms are spacious and clean..fridge and coffe maker inckuded along with microwave..bougie motel at good price

D C.

Yelp
WOW! You can't beat the view here! We were concerned that maybe we'd be stuck in a little rinky dink place amidst the splendor of Sedona, but we were happily surprised when we arrived and found that our front windows looked right out into the red rocks, illuminated by the sunset. (Sunset is, by the way, one of the most gorgeous times of day in Sedona - better than sunrise, for sure. Be certain you get out there and walk/hike/drive around to see what the city looks like as the sun goes down.) Front desk staff was pleasant and professional, and check-in was a breeze. Yes, it's a little pricey for a motel, but the location is incredibly convenient, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and fairly modern. We were only here for a night, but we really enjoyed our stay. On the downside, no breakfast is provided, which we've come to expect from motel-type establishments, but the location made up for it.

Jamie W.

Yelp
There was a mixup with hotels.com when I reserved a room here when this hotel was closed during the covid pandemic and the Inn was closed at arrival (not the fault of the inn). The manager was prompt communicate with me and went out of his way to assure he would contact hotel.com to sort out issues on their end and I received a full refund. The manager was so kind and responsive. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Sedona and recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much. Your kindness is very much appreciated. Best wishes and stay safe!!!

Hope W.

Yelp
The word motel is not accurate for this establishment. The room was very clean, nicely furnished (comfy bed, small fridge/freezer, microwave, etc), and overall very cozy. Great location, with nice views of the red rocks. Also, perfect location in relation to the downtown area. Also, The Hideway restaurant across the street is amazing as well. Although, it is pricey, compared to other hotels in the area it is a great deal!

Yousef D.

Yelp
Priced too high for what you get. Quick remodel with no attention to detail. WARNING: They charged $100 to my card because my son accidentally spilled some iced tea on the bed. Poor business practices.

Delphine D.

Yelp
The motel has a nice view and it is well located near the shops and restaurants. The room is spacious, well-decorated, very clean with a good size fridge and a microwave; the shower is enjoyable with a good pressure. We enjoyed the little spot on the side of the motel with a set of chairs and 2 tables. However, these is a lack of USB plugs in the room to charge cell phones or pads. Besides, it is noisy because of the proximity of the street.

Matthew D.

Yelp
If you're looking for a place to stay while you're visiting Sedona, you know that there are lots of fancy hotels around town. Forget about them. Look at it like this: Take an older, cheap motel. Revamp the whole place so that each room has a nice bed, nice furnishings, a small fridge and microwave, and maintain it well so that it is absolutely sparkling clean. That's the Sedona Motel. It doesn't have those pain in the ass electronic door locks, but the analog pin card keys work just fine. Sedona doesn't offer 3G service for iPhones, but there is wifi here. Service is provided by a very friendly gentleman in the office, and you get the "cheap motel price" for a little place that is just full of awesome. No, nothing fancy here at all--don't expect lotions and potions and a complementary hairnet in the bathroom--you get SOAP. Spartan Luxury, to coin a phrase. This is the best lodging deal in Sedona, you get great, kind service, and you get it all for a song.

Margaretsen H.

Yelp
Great price for the area. It is off the main street and you will constantly hear traffic. It's an old building and when someone shuts the door it shakes your whole room. We were able to talk to main shopping area and restaurants. Laid back office. Don't be surprised to see a sign on the door to come back later to check in. That's kept happening to our friend when he checked in. We were greeted though and we were early. Clean rooms.

Jill T.

Yelp
A bit nervous when I booked this "motel" for our Sedona vacation but the location and price were so good I wanted to give it a try. Firstly, set aside the word "motel" since this place is nicer than most of the hotels I have been to. Suspect fairly recent renovation since everything seems on the new side and immaculately clean. Flat screen TV (with HBO) fridge, microwave and coffee pot with GOOD coffee make this place just awesome. Loved grabbing a cup then setting in their patio area with the awesome views while my spouse slept a bit longer. About a 10 minute walk to the main part of town which will save you a ton of time and frustration trying to find parking (trust me, don't even try it). BBQ place next door is the best you will ever have! No pool so no noisy kids, no smoking anywhere-LOVED THAT! Close to the road but since Sedona basically closes at 8PM it becomes silent from 9ish to 6ish and even then it's not super loud. Note* no shampoo so bring your own but other than that everything you need is there and you really can't beat the price. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
Just stayed at the Sedona Motel and I agree with the other reviews that its not the place to stay if you are high maintenance. Since we are not, it was fabulous for us. If you are going to Sedona to hike, dine out, and enjoy nature, then this place is perfect! Very basic but also very CLEAN. I also really enjoyed the hospitality of the owner who welcomed us graciously and recommended several great things to get us started on our trip. There is also a large common area with several tables and chairs where you can eat and relax and take in beautiful views of the red rocks; it's also a nice place to meet fellow travelers staying at the motel. Parking is also great- you park directly in front of your room. I'm giving this 5 stars because this is definitely as good as it gets at this price point! Great value for your money.
