Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with flower garlands and a warm smile at the lobby. The hospitality shown by the receptionist, Ms. Uma, was truly impressive. She provided a clear and helpful explanation about the resort and personally escorted us to our room, giving a brief yet detailed introduction of the room facilities. The following morning, Ms. Uma once again made us feel welcomed by greeting us during breakfast at the restaurant and kindly reminding us about our scheduled photo session. Her attentiveness and genuine care made a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at The Seminyak Resort and Spa was an exceptional experience, showcasing the true essence of Balinese hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. A special thank you to Uma, Tari, Lusi, and Desi — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a great mood. They were not only attentive and professional, but also always open for a joke, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, they even taught us a few words in the Balinese language, which was such a lovely and personal touch. Thanks to the amazing team, our stay was unforgettable. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali.

By far the best hotel or resort in have stayed in. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly, always smiling. The grounds are immaculate and the food is heavily. We stayed in a garden pool villa which was amazing. Special thanks to our villa hosts Aussie and Tude who were so helpful in booking taxis and restaurants, making sure our stay was superb. They did so much to help us it was incredible. The infinity pool was awesome, perfect temperature, great food and drinks and attentive staff. I cannot represent in words how wonderful our stay was. This hotel is truly exceptional. The rooms are absolutely stunning…beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully detailed. The food is outstanding, with every meal feeling special and perfectly prepared. The spa is a dream… relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Every staff member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making your stay unforgettable special mention to Epi. The hotel’s beautiful location was surpassed by its exceptional service staff. Every member (Epi, Cintya, Losli, Trisna) went out of their way to make our stay feel personal and warm. Small touches and genuine attentiveness made all the difference throughout the visit. Truly memorable & overall, an outstanding stay — thanks entirely to a remarkable team.

Staying at the Seminyak was a wonderful experience in every way. Prior to my arrival, they notified me of some of their events taking place while I would be there, which was useful in planning my trip. On arrival, I was greeted warmly by every staff member I met. They provided a welcome drink and brought my luggage to the room. The room I stayed in was massive! Gorgeously decorated, with a balcony overlooking the beach and a bathroom equipped with a hot tub! I joined in on their Balinese dinner and show, which takes place on Wednesday nights. The buffet was plentiful and truly did encompass a range of authentic Balinese dishes. The show itself was lovely, each performance was unique and well presented. My only suggestion would be including a little bit more information about the stories being represented in the traditional dances we witnessed. I made a booking for a massage at the Spa within the Seminyak. The masseuse took care to focus on areas I highlighted and she was both professional and kind. I fell asleep at one point! On my check out date, I had a late flight planned. The Seminyak not only held my luggage in storage, they also gave me access to the spa facilities for a shower and freshening up before making my way to the airport. When I eventually make my way back to Bali, I’m really hoping to come back here for a longer stay with my friends.

We had the best time at this hotel. It was the start of our honeymoon and they made it so special. We had the garden pool villa and it was stunning.
