The Sense Experience Resort

The service was very good. Everyone was eager to help. We did get upgraded since I am titanium with preferred resorts. |Our room was comfortable. |The beach was not what we expected the first two days, very wavy and not blue. The third day was spectacular. Flat, ( non wavy) blueish water and was, sandy! I hear it's like that most of the time its just that we hit cloudy weather.|The set up with chairs and cabana was lovely too!|Lunch at the sense resort was fabulous, great tarufo pizza! |Francesco, the manager was great and caring. |A suggestion would be a complimentary shuttle to some restaurants and sites.|Also a little more experienced front desk employees.|Other than that a great time!

Beautiful location with exceptionally friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. One suggestion for management: it would be incredibly helpful to offer a designated shower and changing room for guests who wish to enjoy the beach after checkout. Currently, the only available shower is located in the pool area, which is quite crowded—especially with children—and not convenient for guests looking to freshen up before leaving. At other 5-star seaside resorts, it's common to provide this amenity, and it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience here as well.

Great accommodation & food. Staff were very friendly and always available to answer any queries. Facilities available great! The only point I would make is that it would have been good to know a car is ideally required when staying. Train service was good, but added quite a lot of time to the travel time. We thought we would get a taxi from the airport, as it was suggesting it was 75 minutes but when we checked it suggested it would cost over 600 euros. However Brilliant accommodation & experience and would definitely recommend.

We went here to celebrate a special occasion and wanted to chill and unwind. This was perfect and the staff, service and food amongst the best I have experienced in a while. Born of a vision the family that run it are actively involved and it shows. Lovely room with a sea view (essential) great beach extensive facilities. Lots of activities on offer. We took bikes out and cycles the coast line on a bike path. The celebratory dinner at Eate was nothing short of superb. Only thing lacking was no spa.

Just a phenomenal place to stay. It’s a 5+/5. I want to specifically mention Ilaria, the superb general manager as well as Veronica. They went above and beyond in every way. It’s people like this that make the experience so exceptional. The rooms are amazing and the resort is beautifully located on the ocean. Food is very delicious as well. Congratulations Ilaria on managing this large team and doing it so very well.

All good but the food is not that good as you expect from a 5 star resort. Breakfast is good but for dinner the price is not worth. For dinner you better get a pizza at the village. Do not order meat.

Very quiet, very clean, very relaxing. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. The grounds were immaculate and very well situated. There were children there, but not many, and we were thankful. This is a perfect place to unwind, relax, reset. We will return!
