The Serai Bandipur

Had a wonderful stay at The Serai Bandipur. All the staff were incredibly courteous and made us feel welcome throughout. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with a good variety to choose from. The serene and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to rejuvenate and unwind. A must-visit for anyone looking to escape the hustle and reconnect with nature!

First thing to say about Serai Bandipur is location. It was perfectly placed and you will feel close to nature.|Staffs are really really good , each and everyone starting from security person till the chief manager, always carry smile on their face and greet us whoever they see. This made us feel good. |Food is at next level, each item were very delicious .|Nature walk is the very rare thing which we don't get it in any other resorts, we get to see lot of different kids of birds ,they guide will explain about them he has really good knowledge. ||Overall It was really an awesome stay we had ,the ambience , hospitality everything was really great. And we plan to keep visiting when we get bored of the. Concrete city life .

Our stay at The Sarai Bandipur was a fantastic experience. The resort is spacious, with large rooms and an excellent view from the restaurant, located peacefully close to the jungle. We frequently saw deer and elephants nearby, and even deer within the resort grounds in the morning.||The service was a highlight; the staff is incredibly friendly, humble, and always ready to help. The food was also very good, especially the breakfast buffet with its wide variety and live cooking stations.||We highly recommend The Sarai Bandipur for anyone seeking a peaceful escape with great hospitality and a true connection to nature.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Serai Bandipur. The staff, especially room service and restaurant services were excellent. Place is clean and well kept. ||One request- please avoid large corporate group bookings as the noise levels are very high in the resort, especially as it’s a forest reserve, we need to keep the peace and quiet!

Loved the property. Its just next to forest. Deers come inside property in the night, you can see peacocks in the morning. Very peaceful, calming. Overall good experience. They have arranged safari and transportation to it at reasonable price. Food could have been better. Hospitality is good.

Had an amazing stay at Serai! Residence-02 has the best rooftop view with no blocks, and we even had deer visit our backyard at night. Good food, super courteous staff, and overall a really relaxing vibe. A bit pricey, but totally worth it.

The property is vast, beautiful, and impeccably maintained, set amidst a stunning forest. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent guidance on nearby tourist attractions. The naturalists at the resort were knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife, sharing valuable insights about safaris and animals. The resort's safari organization was seamless – they even provided transportation to the safari starting point and offered complimentary coffee/tea beforehand. One suggestion for improvement would be to improve the taste and diversify the buffet menu, as the food options were a bit repetitive. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Serai Bandipur and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

(Read the last bit) Overall a very nice resort. it is located in a buffer zone within the Bandipur reserve. Rooms are good. breakfast spread is good.. lunch / dinner food options are limited but quite tasty. Staff is courteous. They have cycles which you can use to go around. small play area with TT / pool table and a swimming pool etc. 2 main challenges. 1. they are unable to get you proper safari .. if you rely on them u will be disappointed like most other guests were. 2. they will charge 100% mark up on the published government rates for the same safari. We ended up standing in the queue for safari for about an hour and a half and got tickets on day 1. The next morning the resort arranged tickets for early morning safari. they said they are not adding any 'resort fees'.. but when i checked later it was 100% markup. Now i dont have an issue with it, but resort should be transparent about it. Finally the last bit: One of their staff who also doubles up as their bus driver, tried to pull a fast one on us.. when we were trying to buy the tickets on our own. He tried to use my credit card (pulled it from my hand) to buy tickets for some other hotel guests on my card !.. when i rebuked him, no apologies, no explanation. he just disappeared from the scene..
