We stayed there for three nights, and the receptionist kept telling us that the invoice would be shared after you checked in. After check-in, when we asked for the invoice, we were told it would be sent to your room shortly. ||When the invoice wasn't sent, we asked again and were told that it would be given at check out. ||Today, 5th of August, we checked out at 3am and were told the invoice will be sent by email by 4am as an audit was going on. ||We have reached our destination and since afternoon have sent three emails for the invoice but no response. ||We called the hotel late evening and the receptionist responded that the invoice will be sent immediately. After waiting for two hours, we called again and the phone was answered by the security who mentioned that the receptionist said nothing can be done till tomorrow morning. ||Why are they avoiding to release the bill? Is it an internal issue or tax evasion?||This is surely not a good practise.
